This place is a joke. I called to ask about the $659 car shipping deal they have but they said with the extra fee, the total is $900. I said that is much higher than the original ads, then they replied with if you give me the car for free, then Ill charge 650 to move it and ended the call abruptly.If you are expecting a business which can communicate professionally and respectfully with customers regardless of who they are, look somewhere else.

She handled everything for me from start to finish. She answered all my questions & put my mind at ease. Ive never used a car haul before so was a little nervous. She took her time & answered all my questions. My granddaughter & husband are military and expecting their first baby due anytime so we didnt want her to drive that far. She gave me a quote & pickup time. She was right on time with the pickup & delivery. Shes the best. I will definitely use this company & Nicole again.. Also the quote never changed from what she told me. They are the best.

My experience with auto shipping group was a very pleasant one. I was very skeptical about shipping my vehicle after calling around and talking to different carriers & brokers, however when I spoke with Felicia at ASG she explained everything to me in a way that I could understand she even located a carrier while we were on the phone. Unified Auto Trans is the company that transported my vehicle from Los Angeles to Decatur GA. They were very helpful and communicated with me every step of the way, thanks to Julie, Martin and Shaun. There was a minor delay due to engine trouble with their truck however everyone kept me posted and my car arrived 8 days after pick. Overall this was a great experience especially since this was my first time shipping my vehicle.

Julie was my contact for shipping my car from Memphis to Detroit. She was excellent, responsive, and took accountability to help get my car to me. The trucking company they picked was terrible, which is the only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars. Julie handled everything professionally and as best as possible, given the situation.

Nicole was incredibly helpful and worked hard to ensure I was getting the lowest rate available with a reputable driver.When Nicole was not available, she made sure her colleagues were clued-in to where we left off, and made sure to follow up with me soon after.The guys that picked up the car thoroughly looked every inch of the car, making detailed notes of every ding and scratch prior to shipment, and then again at delivery. There were no new scratches, blemishes, or any damage to the car whatsoever after the cross country voyage.I am very happy with my choice. I received quotes from a whole lot of other businesses, many of which did not stop calling me on my cell phone despite my request to be removed from their list. In an industry filled with annoying salespeople, Nicole stood out, was not pushy at all, and did an amazing job.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well the process went. After reading horror story reviews of various car shipping companies, I was expecting pushing selling and a possibility of shady, bait-and-switch tactics. Instead, I worked with Brenda Romine who was forthright about what would take place, the process, and the fees. She seemed very trustworthy and my car ended up being shipped without a hitch. She was also very responsive and provided high level customer service, understanding my needs and solving them. The only thing that bothered me was that in her initial automated response email to my inquiry, their broker fee of $190 was disguised behind the phrase plus a brokerage and administration fee. I thought it was dishonest that my quote wouldnt include 1/3 of the final total and that I had to call to find out this fee, even though they knew exactly what it would be when the email was sent. Not sure if it was Brenda or Auto Shipping Group that created that auto-email. Aside from that, I appreciated the whole experience.

The first thing you need as an online business is professional on the other end of the tranaaction that represent your business well. Wendy is that professional! My teenage son was on the way to college driving 8hrs from South Florida to Alabama. His drive belt came off causing him to lose control on I-10 cross into oncoming traffic . God protected him and others on the road at the time no wreck, no injuries, just major damage to his car. We were 12 hrs away in the North Carolina Mountains and after having the car towed to a mechanic shop we quickly figured out having a BMW328i repaired at a random mechanic shop in the Florida Panhandle would be costly.so we chose Auto Shipping Group to get his car shipped to him. Wendys showed ginuine concern for our son and our circumstances her personality was comforting! She connected us to a great driver who went above and beyond to get his truck into a community with a very tight fit so that he could get the car into the driveway, he could have easily justified not being able to get the rig into this neighborhood but his commitment to his job was evident. Thru this entire process Wendy called and texted me to keep me informed, she worked on me and my wife behalf for terms that were fair. Fairly simple process, company only accepts cash ...which is strange, they can haul a $40K car that customers trust them with but they dont trust customers enough to take checks.Overall decent quality haul not a lot to say.
