READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!Called the store on feds and they left me on hold for about 45 mins SO I called this location and Max answered the phone told me to hold I thought here we go again than Max got back on within a few minutes was VERY POLITE AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL got me on with the store asst.manger August and he also Gave me all the information I needed to make my decision to buy FROM THIS LOCATION!!! THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP got my New Wheels and tires installed in a reasonable amount of time ! There is also a Waiting area with soda machine $1 also a munchies vending machine .

Went once about a month ago and they were busy. Told the sales guy that was helping me he could just call with pricing. He told me he would call about 6 that afternoon. Never heard from him. Was back in the area 2 weeks ago and stopped in again. Since they never called I wanted my stuff drop shipped. Told me I should have it 4 to 5 days. It has been over 2 weeks and still no sign of my paid for merchandise.Not sure if I will go back again

This place has been pretty awesome! Every time I have called or gone In they have been very helpful. I had them put upgraded shocks on my 2015 Toyota 4 runner and everything went very smoothly. I have been too many different 4 wheels places even in other states and these dudes are super cool and always willing to help you out.Most recently I have been dealing with Talbot and prior to that it was Chandler and I dealt with August when I got my shocks. Talbot has really helped me this time around finding rims and tires and even helping me via email on his day off.I have spent a lot here over the past few years with going from a stock 4 runner to 3 inch lift to 6 inch lift to upgraded parts to mud swamper tires. They have never ripped me off and will even beat competitors prices. They never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. I’m the one who choose to spend the money I didThey all seem very genuine and passionate about the work they do. If you ever have any problems they are always willing to take a look and help you out. I highly recommend coming here!! Thank you Talbot!! I will post pics after I get my 4 runner back.

Completely terrible customer service. Ive been standing here now for 45 mins still waiting for 4 tires after they called hours ago and said they were ready for pick up. Im sitting through their employee meeting just waiting.The Warehouse staff explained that the Sales people didnt release the order to the warehouse people so it could be picked up.Next time when you call and say the order is ready for pick up in will call, please make sure its actually ready for pick up.

Got a lift kit for my 4Runner here. Talbot helped me out. That dude is legit. The whole experience was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service was top notch, good communication. He was even able to get me rear shocks at the last minute and still get my truck back to me in one afternoon.

Good store which is hooked to there warehouse. Busy most of the time. Customer service is good. Got my f250 hook up. They will come out and check out the truck to make sure u get the right part. There returns work well as long as u do not destroy the part. Staff knows what they are talking about.Like the shop so much also brought the charger in put some wheels on it. Did it in less then an hour.

I cant say enough good things about this store, but Ill try. Be warned, this is going to be a long review!I had a 4 long arm lift kit that needed to be installed, but after breaking a couple bolts I decided it was going to be worth the money to let the pros handle it, and handle it they did. Now, my jeep and I were living out in PA and OH dealing with the snows there for 10 years, so there was a lot of rust to deal with under there. Not only did they install the lift, but they spray coated the whole frame under there. They also replaced missing hardware from my sliders that I didnt even know was missing. And they had it done in 2 days! I also had a SYE and new rear drive shaft that needed installed that they did for me. Now going into the T-case to put the new shaft in there caused some binding, so.i couldnt shift to 4x4. I called them up, and they took apart the entire T-case and reassembled it to ensure it would work properly, and she shifts in like she did when I took her out of the showroom 15 years ago! Great group of sales people and mechanics at this store!!!

These guys are great. This is 4WP’s local hub and if you’re not familiar with will-call and picking up parts from a distribution center it can be a little overwhelming I’m sure. The guys are on their game, always quick to help and are very patient and forgiving should you have a ton of questions.

I’m still bitter about a past experience here but they have been getting parts for me quickly at good prices.

Ordering from 4 wheel parts is always such a hassle. The customer service sucks and if you need any help with your order good luck. I tried getting information for an order that I wanted to switch to pickup. After being transferred to over 5 people I never got my order switched and I’m still waiting on it .

This location, specifically Max (who is fantastic), has been outfitting our vehicles for almost 10 years. We have Jeeps, Trucks and UTVs; all have been modified/upgraded based on Maxs recommendations. Its great to have an expert we can rely on.

Would buy parts from these guys again because their prices are great but working with their sales team was frustrating to say the least and they also talked to me like Im 5 I have never put a set of tires on a Jeep before.I wanted to use a certain set of tires and 0 offset rims to go with the lift on my Grand Cherokee -- the same set up friends of mine and dozens of people online have been running without a problem --I was told by their salesman it wouldnt fit, when I told them others ran it without a problem they told me They were lying and no way they would fit when I simply asked why, he raised his voice and said They wont fit, were experts and work on these vehicles everyday... Okay, sure my friend and dozens of others are lying or not telling me the full truth. I ordered the tires and rims anyways knowing I wouldnt get a refund if they didnt fit, I acknowledged this. I asked them if they would be able to put them on the jeep for me and if I could set up an appointment. The salesman Chuck said No appointment needed, just come in and we can mount them no problem I thought this was weird because theyre usually very busy, so I insisted on booking an appointment and again he told me I didnt need an appointment and I could just walk in.A few days later I FLY into Denver with plans to mount up the tires and head to the mountains for my gfs birthday. I get to 4wp and the salesman (he didnt give me his name, tall guy w/ black curly hair) literally laughed when I said I was told that I didnt need an appointment and told me NO ONE in Denver was going to be able to mount the tires for me on such short notice.... yeah okay no one in all of Denver can put on a set of tires. He also like all the others tells me the tires/rims wont fit my Jeep and arrogantly told me that I should just take one tire/rim with me so that WHEN they dont fit I can just bring one back instead of 4.Ended up driving about 5 minutes down the street to a tire shop where they mounted, balanced all 4 tires/rims within the next 40 minutes. And GUESS WHAT all 4 tires fit perfectly, no rubbing and I spent the next 3 days driving trails with absolutely no problems. The only problem I had was with the attitude and customer service I received at 4wp.Ill buy parts here, but wont get these guys to do installs or appointments ever again from the experts who work on these cars everyday and wont hesitate to try to tell you that.

This place was great . It was my first time here. Tons of options was looking at $79 trailer brake .. was talked I to a $200 one and a $20 harness to make the install seamless into my semi equipped existing tow package... $300 to install a plug and play harness and to drill a hole in a dash .. even the sales person had to check on the labor rate because it seemed excessive.. other than that. Full of great products and knowledge

Would give zero if it was an option. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this place has wasted my time on multiple occasions and this time was down right wrong. Ordered new wheels and tire for my truck and scheduled it out two weeks so there should have been plenty of time of to get it done. Came in at 9:30am to drop it and they said it wasn’t going to be ready until around 6pm. Told them wasn’t going to work so I just bought the wheels so I could have the tires put on somewhere else. Was loading the wheels up from the and the tech is just walking around talking on his phone. Super busy I guess...

Not a bad place to get parts from if youre going to be installing them on your own but I wouldnt recommend the service department I came in over the weekend to see if I needed to do a carrier bearing drop on my driveshaft do to putting on helper leaf springs and relocating my load bags on top of the helper leafs do to a small vibration they came back with I needed a new carrier bearing and a new universal joint behind the carrier bearing however I just replaced all the universal joints x3 and the carrier bearing 2weeks ago not pleased at all 4 wheel parts!!!! Also just so everyone knows I worked for Chrysler corp for 7 years as a technician I no longer will be purchasing or referring anyone to 4 wheel parts

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED IN YEARS. I ordered multiple items for our 1997 jeep (tires, rims, lift kit, seat covers ect) I spoke with 3 different staff members over a week time and each were just as helpful and nice as the one before. They were so helpful and knowledgeable about the size tires and rims that we needed along with lift size. The jeep turned out amazing. If they carry the item we are looking for I will always order from them just because how great their service was. I sure hope the owners know what a good group of guys they have working for them. (especially chandler) You dont find that often theses day!

Wrong parts were given Associates with blame each other

Very upset 😡 I always come to this shop to buy and fix my parts but this time they really did it!! They over charged me for a 12 dollar headlight connector that took almost 45 minutes to even get to there shop from O Riley!They charged me 150 dollars for an hour of labor that they said they put in for a 12 dollar piece. I felt like I waited way longer than them putting the piece on and popping my grill back on and I feel Just because I’m a women and I don’t know much about little easy fixes like that is not a reason to over charge. Not cool at all! Will never go back!

Brought them a 2015 Ford F-150 and was sold 9k of Wheels, Tires and a lift kit. Brought it back 3 times because it was rubbing in multiple places after some trimming was done. Well I called again and told them it was still rubbing and Talbot my salesman advised me the shop was slammed. Never called me back to reschedule and complete the job they were paid for, even after I told them I had a Rubicon and and had more work to do it. Sorry but what I have just listed is 100% the truth and no I guess I will take care of the problems.

I was in Denver visiting and getting ready to travel back to CA where the leveling kit, wheels and tires were originally installed on my Tundra. There had always been a bit of a shimmy in the front end, specifically when two of the wheels were on the front. It wasnt consistent since more times than not it went away or I just ignored it. I just happen to be driving by when I saw the 4 Wheel Parts sign and thought I would stop in to see when the next available appointment would be (I was hoping for the next day which was Saturday). I should also mention they had closed 20 mins before I arrived and It was really a shot in the dark.Such a good group of folks telling me it would only take a few mins, which it did, as more than one tech and manager jumped on the project. Not only rotating the wheels, but I caught a glimpse of them doing a re balance of all 4 wheels and tires, which was a complete surprise. This is all just to make sure a 4 Wheel Parts customer was safe and comfortable for the trip home.I can not say enough about this shops integrity, first class techs, and managers, and all around great service. Ill see you all on my next trip out to CO, just this time Ill make and appointment.

Went to 4wp knowing that I wanted 35s and new wheels, I went through the process and was going to drop my truck off the next day. Unfortunately there was some miscommunication with the guy who I spoke with and when I got back to work I noticed I was given the metric size tire, because its what they had in stock. I had told the guy I wanted 35x12.5r17s and I didnt mind waiting, and I wasnt set on a specific tire. When I went back I asked to speak with the manager and he swiftly offered to help me find an alternate tire that they had in stock, he knew that I wasnt set on a specific tire so he not only found me a better tire in the correct size, he also matched the price, knowing that I was already at the peak of my budget. I cant say how much it means to me that without a second question he jumped in and did all he could to make a deal that I could be happy with. I am very happy to know that 4WP is not your typical tire shop that loves to swindle you for every dollar, Im 100% going to be back.

Hateful and rude staff. Very insulting. You are better off going somewhere else. The service guy did not want to come outside to look at my truck. He was more focused on looking at his screen and didnt want to be bothered.

These guys are awesome. They went above and beyond in customer service today. I bought a tonneau cover (Bakflip MX3) for my Ram today. I attempted the install because it is pretty straight forward but it would not fit. I called up 4 Wheel Parts store and told them about my problem. They told me to come down and they will look at it or replace it. They took it in and did a complete install for me. I guess there needed to be trimming and adjusting so it was a tough install. Anyways, I tried to pay them and he said dont worry about it. So, I asked him if he has Venmo and I will send him a tip for helping me. HE SAID NO THANK YOU, just come back and see us for your future needs. Install looks awesome and customer service is absolutely stellar. You all have earned all future business with me. Thanks!

The shop was a little tucked away and mightve been hard to find if a person couldnt map-it. The service rep who helped me was SO super helpful! He gave me several options for price and quality. He was NOT a pushy type of salesman. There wasnt a wait, all in all Id say it was an excellent experience (even though I didnt purchase anything) Id definitely recommend this shop.

Definitely worth the visit and the quality certainly matches any expenses. I have been shopping with them for the last few years since I originally purchased a soft top for my Jeep from them. After some inconvenient circumstances I had to replace it however with the warranty they provide it has been a relief. I will definitely be going back for years to come.

They have no idea what they are doing. One time I paid almost 1000 dls for alignment and for replacing some suspension parts on my blazer, first day I drove it broke down again I took it back and I was told to run smaller tires. Whats the point of having a 12 inch lift kit on 33 tires? Never fixed my issues. Just waisted my money. The other day I called because I needed some parts for my truck, they said come in person we do have everything. I said can you please check, They didnt want to check on the system if they had them. So I drove 45 min and when I got there they didnt have any of the parts. Is not the 1st 2nd or 3rd time this happens so Im going to find another place

Staff (Max) is very knowledgeable. And was great help in helping me select the correct items. Even though I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. It would of caused problems for my application. I am very grateful for not being sold items that would of caused me more problems and more money than I wanted to spend. In retrospect I ended up spending $1500.00 And am very grateful for not just being sold something just to make a sale. Max you rock. And I am not talking about your Toyotas.

DANGEROUS SHOP! GO ANYWHERE ELSECame in for an alignment, “mechanic” said I needed new cooling lines that don’t exist on my model of car. Suggested a ton of useless upgrades and said it would cost 6,000 (lol) Left the shop with no work done because the tech said he couldn’t align a car with Heim joints (lol?) to top it all off THEY LEFT MY DRAG BAR & PITMAN ARM BOLTS LOOSE ON MY CAR A TREMENDOUS HAZARD. If I didn’t think to check I’d probably be grinding down a median rail right now. IF YOUR NOT CAR SAVY THESE GUYS WILL SELL YOU BLINKER FLUID.

These guys are GREAT. They are kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Jeremy and his team were incredibly thorough in fixing my problem, explaining/showing everything to me, and fixed other issues I didnt know I had free of change. I am very happy that I took my Jeep here and will do so again in the future.

I can only speak for tires, but these guys are great. Ordered the tires on Thursday, they had them Friday, and installed first thing Saturday. Balance is excellent, they look great, and they even knocked the rust off my rear hubs and have them a coat of black paint. Sales guys know what they are talking about and didnt try to upsell. All this, AND they beat Discount Tire by 20% AND have a better road hazard warranty. I will definitely be back.

I recently had the truck leveled up and was really nervous about the wheel balance and alignment as in the past I have had issues with other companies getting the balancing and alignment right on a 3500 dually.The truck rides and drives straight and smooth!!!Shout out to the techs there they obviously know what they are doing

Looks like a good selection of parts. I was able to walk in look at the entire store and was never asked if I needed help or welcome let us know if you need anything. Customer service is lacking. I got the wait one min finger when the phone rang. I was there to get tires, wheels, and a winch. Guess I will be spending my money elsewhere!

Should have known I needed to leave when I got the blank stare asking about a solid axle swap. They have a nice selection of parts but these guys are not equip to think outside the box or help with unique builds.

Customer service is fantastic here. I beat these guys up on a bunch of complicated installs and they were super flexible on schedule. August provides great customer service at this location. Super knowledgeable guys that can save you headaches by not trying to just buy randomly online.

Great customer service. Bought a part from them and installed myself. Part wasnt working properly so I investigated and found out the part was incomplete. Contacted manufacturer and they sent out missing pieces. However, upon reinstall found a broken piece as collateral damage from original missing pieces. Contacted the manufacturer again, this time they would not stand behind their product, so I was SOL with a $450 part that was useless with less than 10 miles on it. I then contacted 4 wheel parts and they really took care of me and replaced the part that was broken. Excellent experience, will definitely be giving them more of my business!

I worked with Chandler over the phone for a few weeks and we got the right wheels ordered, he knew exactly what I was trying to do - three times he took my calls and explained everything in detail since I am a novice when it comes to lifts and wheel specs, made the ordering and deposit process easy.They added a 3 inch lift, new Fuel Wheels and BFG KO2s on my 4Runner - it was literally 5:55pm and they close at 6pm and the whole team rallied past closing to add some spacers to make sure I was completely satisfied. Jesse, Chandler and the whole team there work real hard to make sure it is done right - I will refer anyone I know to go there.

Yeah they offer a lot of products in their catalog but most need to be ordered in, and dealing with the website or the staff in store makes it worth takng the time to shop elsewhere. Dont know how many times I have gone in to buy a specific product, and then had to argue with a salesman trying to up sell me to something I dont want or need, just listen to what I an f***in saying and give me what I came in for not that hard!! But I guess since they are on commission we have to deal with this, also get two or three quotes as they will try to jack up the price for their commission. Dont pay for air shipping, everything ends up being ground and arriving late, and the rush processing is a joke. But if you have a brand new Rubicon and dont mind pissing away cash for some mall crawl glam this is the place for you!

Ive had better customer service at this location than any other 4wheel parts. Only complaint is that the only reason Ive had to visit other locations and not this one because of a lack of inventory that other 4wheel parts locations have. But its all good.

Traveled 10+ hours from Texas only to have my tie rod start to go out, talked with Max they were extremely busy, He got me in warrantied the part, they got my Jeep back to me by noon the next day. This was above and beyond for the entire staff there at 4wp to help out someone. Would love to keep doing business with this store but unfortunately have to travel back home.

This is part of a chain of 4Wheel.Parts stores and one nice thing is if you get work done at one the guarantee is good at them all. Had my suspension tightened up in Washington, drove to Denver and the 4 Wheel store in Denver inspected it free of charge.Also this store is huge with a great auto bay and the install everything they sell.
