Went in looking for a specific set of steak knives. They didnt have them in stock but they were able to order them for me. I needed them ASAP and they did a great job getting them to me on time. They have great customer service and I will shop there again.

Good size store with a lot of restaurant products. They can pretty much order anything you need too. The service was good when I was there too.

Had the worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time! I own an engraving business and needed to pick up some Libby Beer Tasting glasses. I called Restaurant Source and was given a case price of $35 for a case of 12 glasses. Before driving down I confirmed the glasses were in stock. Once I got there another sales rep wrote up my ticket and gave me a price twice what I was quoted and told me I would have to pay for twice as many glasses as the cases were only sold in 24. When we confronted the original sales rep that gave me the quote she confirmed that she had indeed quoted me a case price for 12 glasses at $35. I asked if they were going to keep the word they had given to me. I was told they would not break a case for me. Wasted my time and lost a customer who would have continued to shop there had they done what they had said. Gave them an opportunity instead they lost an opportunity. Disgraceful business practices!!!! I understand mistakes happen but you had no respect for my time and you would not keep the pricing and quantity quoted. Your mistake became my loss of time and money? Never had this happen before.

Best sales team in the biz. They always take care of us promptly and provide products that make sense for our business at very fair prices.

Lots of good stuff and nice prices, but it was a little weird going in there as just a guy and only buying a few odds and ends.

If you watch your prices and know what you are looking for this is not a bad place, Hard at times to find someone who is available

This place is pathetic, they make you wait an absurd time for a small pick up order thats been placed early in the morning, you go to pick it up and your looking at the two front receptionists, they dont say Hello or welcome. They look at you like a cow looking into headlights. You finally get the invoice after putting up with the people at the front desk, and have to take it to these lazy Incompentent dock workers who try to run around the corner like they were busy (not knowing i dont care and followed him) he got caught off guard and had to get my order.So if you need anything from this company my words to you are Good Luck.

The restaurant source has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I bought 4 pots and lids. One pot has scratch on it. The edge of one lid is not flat. I had to pay 30% of purchase prices and plus return shipping fee to return these damaged items. And the customer service said even there is a scratch on the pot, the pot still can be used, so that they wont accept any free return. Ended up I paid full price for damage items which I couldnt return them.

The Restaurant Source has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. They are very helpful at time of purchase, but they wash their hands when a problem comes up. They act in bad faith and are not interested in resolving consumer complaints.I bought a brand new Arctic freezer from them, which was delivered by SAIA. The freezer came damaged inside the crate, with 2 huge dents. I immediately called Restaurant Source and they told me to file a claim with SAIA. SAIA also washed their hands and my problem was never solved. I tried the management team with Restaurant Source and they also ignored my complaint. I now have a brand new freezer that is damaged and it is not worth what I paid for it.

Just returned from here buying 3 wire shelves. I didnt realize it, but what should have been a $58.50 order cost me $88+. I could have had the order shipped for $14 and would have come out $16 ahead!Fail. Wont shop here again.

Sales follow through is laughable. They usually blame their supplier or circumstances. It would have been forgivable if someone bothered to keep the client in the loop about the possible delays.
