I had researched several mainstream mattress stores for 3 days before I chanced upon Mattress by Appointment. Steve was both professional and friendly--had exactly was I was looking for, and couldnt get a better price for a memory foam/spring hybrid mattress. If you want a quality mattress at a competitive price, without the trappings of a fancy showroom (that you pay for in the overhead price of the product)---Steve is your guy. His store is quaint, but highlights the most important product...mattresses! He DOES go by appointment only--but it is well worth the look...I will be a repeat customer.

The customer service that my wife received was great, Steve and German were great they helped us get a brand new King mattress and high rise. The mattress that they sold us is very comfortable. We highly recommend them if you are interested in getting a brand new mattress for a great deal at an affordable price. If you need them to deliver they will charge you small fee and the also have payment plans available if needed but once again they are highly recommended.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Steve, very informative and very polite. I live in Longmont and instead of taking my money and charging me an extra $125 for delivery, Steve was nice enough to refer me to someone closer so that I could save money. Thats good business, and goes a long way in this day and age

There is not enough words I can say about the customer service my husband and I received Steve and german were awesome they helped us get a new King mattress and it is so comfortable and easy we highly recommend if you are interested in getting a new mattress they deliver with a small fee and have payment plan if needed!
