Kyle provided the best customer service. He ordered us two chairs and customized another two great room chairs for us with the material we picked out. Their furniture is very affordable and great quality. I would highly recommend purchasing your cabin furniture from here.

Recently purchased a queen GNARLY Aspen bed and a GNARLY Aspen dresser with eight drawers and sliding top as well as two matching end tables and matching lamps. Was originally trying to decide between standard Aspen bed versus the GNARLY and so I went with the GNARLY. OMG. Once I got it home and set up everything in the bedroom it is absolutely gorgeous. The pricing and quality of furniture is beyond belief. I worked with associate Kyle and got a great deal and was a joy to work with. Just a great all-around experience. Its a fantastic store with tons of pictures and accessories to go with a log theme design. Also great that its manufactured locally in the state of Colorado. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

UPDATE:Tommy from Rustic Living contacted my fiancee within a couple of days from the below previous post expressing his dismay that the manufacturing arm had let us down. He went beyond what was earlier promised and sent out place mats for 6 as well as two small back pillows for in the armed chairs.Then he followed up with another call to assure she had received them and if we were enjoying the new table. Good follow up and thanks!**************My fiancee and I bought a very nice gnarly wood dining room table and chairs.Mitered the corners and ordered casters on all the chairs.When I picked it up there were no casters installed. Rustic scrounged up enough casters and screws, and we together put the casters on all of the chairs. Even the ones already loaded into the truck. Once we got the parts up into our house outside of Bailey it was apparent the mounting plates for the legs to the bottom of the tables were built incorrectly.The fabricators didnt have their brains engaged, as the gnarly parts of the legs were facing inward, not outward. Which is why one pays thousands of dollars for that feature. As well the mounting brackets were fabricated to be placed in a square cornered table, not one with mitered corners.This table had been at Rustic for over 5 days, and nobody did a quality control check on the table prior to our pickup.When I called to inform them of their mistake suggestions were to bring the legs back down and they would have them sent out to be redone. Not an acceptable option for us to have a table laying in the middle of the floor for who knows how many weeks waiting on a fix. Let alone drive time into Denver.Being a carpenter, I ultimately fixed the leg mounting brackets, and rotated the legs so that the features of the wood faced outward.Rustic offered to send my fiancee some bear place mats as a token.Especially as we had been speaking to them about a custom king bed frame and headboard for future.To date, no place mats.Its a great looking table, we love it!Rustic quality control was a fail.Rustic follow thru on appreciation for a customer fixing their issues, also a fail.

Purchased these chairs and realized that the bottom fabric was not even stapled on!! Thats not good workmanship. Its a good thing I looked!! Kind of disappointed as these are not cheap chairs. I expected better.

I absolutely love this place! Staff is always super friendly to work with. I’ve gotten several things from here and I love each and every thing I’ve bought! I’ve gotten a few custom things made as well and each staff member I’ve worked with has been awesome in assessing what I want and translating that to what they can build for me. The quality and workmanship is incredible! I love that it’s handmade here in Colorado! Anytime I walk in the store I always end up leaving with stuff that I “need” for my home! :-)

Purchased a kitchen cabinet set for our cabin, came out beautiful and for less money than the Big Box store. Awesome to work with, highest quality product, and will do custom work too! They made a custom ladder for us, and weve now purchased other furniture from them which we are so happy with. Why would you shop anywhere else for country style furniture.!?

Stopped in to see if they had a few pieces I’ve been looking for.. The gentleman working was very kind and when i realized it was a little out of my budget... he thanked me for stopping in and at no time made me feel like he thought I was a waste of his time... that is really important .. whether someone spends 1,000’s or doesn’t purchase at all... If life allows me to be fortunate enough to have make some personal purchases like I’d want .. I know where I’ll be headed back to.. thank you for your time..

Shannon and Mike have been awesome, outfitting our new home in the Ponderosa Pines. The furniture is well made and quality products, prices are great, but the staff always go over and above to insure satisfaction. We love this store!!!!
