Theyre very polite courteous and professional

General Air sent me here after they told me they didnt even know what I had. It was a busted 1/8 / 27 npt on both ends of a 24-inch hose. While Foxx did have something that would work it was too short and more expensive than the entire combination I was trying to fix, meaning it was cheaper to buy an entire new apparatus rather than just replace the hose.But to be fair, aside from the high price, they were very friendly and willing to identify my need. And of course its impossible for any local shop to be as well stocked as the global marketplace online including China ;)~
