1st Park in a staging area 64-69 then go around the building inside to check in make sure your wearing a safety vest and shoes no sandals there is check in paperwork on the table in the truckers lounge fill it out and turn it in to the rude black man that’s there he definitely has an attitude problem! Gave us a dock door right away, slide tandems Checked in @8am appointment was @9am and was done by 10:20am They leave the paperwork in the back of the truck. Nice clean warm restrooms inside. I would have given it 5stars but the man at the check really ruined the experience here.

Quick load. Park down between 69 and 74. Walk around the corner enter the door grab a paper hanging on the door as you walk in fill it out. I was in and out within an hour and a half.

Friendly staff at the guard shack. Got door assignment right away though had a truck in front of me. 0520 check in for 0600 appt. Got door at 0645. Started unloading straight away. All in all easy and painless.

The guy in the office seems a bit airheaded! I dont think he knows how to do his job well, and it seems he only has his position so Nestle can claim they employ Minorities or people of color that arent qualified for their position!

Had a 12 noon appointment, arrived at 1430, immediately assigned a door and loaded by 1530. This place was quick. Dont know if its always like this, but it was today! Has restroom and lounge area with vending machines for drivers.

One of my favorite places to visit. Theyre quick loading your truck. And give very clear and precise instructions.

Was quick n easy. Plenty of room to back up to the dock. Would recommend.

They provide you with a complimentary bottle of water. Just make sure to fill out the driver form when to check in.

There is absolutely no social distancing in this place. 15 drivers crammed into check in and some without masks. we are going through a pandemic people!!! the workers here did not care whatsoever about all the drivers being inside together like that! they should set up some unified organizing for the drivers and protect truckers! OTHER THAN THAT they did a great job unloading and paperwork!

Check in is quick and easy.. Loaded up in 30 mins.. 5 mins after bumping doc.. Overnight parking.. Clean place. Plenty of room to back.. No vest No service.. Mask up!

Park in docks 64-69 or they wont check in. Lots of open area. Will need to slide tandems to the rear when loading/offloading. Very nice property, overnight parking allowed in 64-69.

This is the only place I can pick up from during this pandemic that will still get me out of there quickly. On occasion it will take a while. But I would say at least 95% of the time Im in and out in less than an hour. Where other places lately have taken all day long just to offload a trailer due to lack of space.

Love the spacious truck parking available but dont care for the time it takes to unload! The only thing I take there that gets out in under 2 hours is Chiquita and thats because of designated doors for that!

The man that is at your front desk for the semi drivers . is rude and has no business being in that position. Kindness might kill him .

Ok I’m going to admit it was messed up from my company’s point not Nestle but when you go in it goes fast and there’s plenty of space and wiggle room and if your in a shot when they open in the morning from spending the night you’re in and out in an hour but the WEIGHT is the catch 45,000 plus so half tank n pray 🙄

5 spots for staging but schedule more for same time. Mandatory masks even with medical exemption...check in clerk not trained to handle this. NO bathrooms or porta-potty available.

The clerk was beside himself with hating his job and rudeness. So i have sent email to company. They called me and wanted me to record so i did not fill comfortable doing that . they want me to send email back on check out process. I dont have to come to this place and likely will not again.

Checked in at 11:30am, was told they will call me as soon as theres an available door. Its now 3:30pm and no one has called yet. 4 hours waiting and still no door!

Checking guy could be much nicer talking to truckers, otherwise when they gave me a door they load me really quick.

This place is garbo taking forever to load and when they do load you they forget to unlock your trailer and keep you waiting on the dock for no reason

Made me hook back up, air up, pull off of dock, take out 2 load locks that were up against the wall, way out of his way, then back back in, unhook and power down. Completely unnecessary bull and the Norman Bates creepy loader guy knows it. Keep the women and children away from that dude. Im willing to bet hes on a sex offender list.

Okay to deal with but make sure you have a safety vest or theyll look at your like youre stupid and tell you to go but one from the vending machine. Theyre $10 in there vending machine. Other than that they were okay to work with.

Very fast unload. I had almost 45L lbs and took them less than 30 minutes to unload my trailer. Perfect job !

This place is messed up. They don’t care even if you checked in on or before your appointment time. They will get you whenever they can. Management need to work on their trucks appointment schedule list.

This place is slow as snails. I got here at 7:15 am for an 8 am appointment was given a door at 7:30am now its 1pm and still not unloaded. Had to go into shipping and recieving to get updates. Get told im next 2 hours later im still waiting. I was second to check in in the morning and about 90 trucks have come and gone and i was still waiting. Dont deliver her if u want your time wasted.

For me being new driver due to traffic I took the route coming Off Peoria st exit up to 49th and hang a left down to nome st hang a left and hit a right on 47th and quick left onto the nestles lot once on the lot drive all the way up staging area is 69 to 64 I believe hope this helps someone it’s tight due to traffic getting in just take it slow and there plenty of room to back into docks on site ..

Check in procedures/Break room/restroom/ parking. Top notch clean and organized. But well have a driver who is special in their own mind and park as they pleases or trashes area.

I was an hour and a half early they got me in and loaded before my appointment time I need to stay on property for another two hours to reset my hours was able to use drivers lounge good coffee must be the water lol thanks guys and girls 👍👏

Checked in at 3:30 for a 4pm load time and was given a dock immediately. Apparently forgotten: LEFT SITTING IN DOCK OVERNIGHT FOR 16HRS!!!. Gates locked and everyone went home. No acknowledgement for error, no apologies. Someone should be fired for this!!!
