I had the pleasure of working with Shawn at TenBack the other day. I’m fairly new to bowling and needed my first ball drilled. Shawn took the time to watch me throw a few shots and understand my throw. He gave me a couple pointers and proceeded to drill my ball right away. Super happy with the exceptional service Shawn provided and I’m referring him to all my league friends shopping for new balls. I’ll likely reach out to him for some lessons soon. Thank you Shawn!

Morgan and Shawn both spent a lot of time asking questions about how I bowl, what I want my ball to do, what lane conditions I typically face, how my current ball performs. They took my grip measurements multiple times to make sure they were accurate before drilling the ball and took time to fine tune it. Shawn gave me a couple tips on how to hold it properly. League started the following night...First throw, a GREAT looking strike, right in the pocket. The ball they recommended performed exactly like they said it would!But the best part, is my fingers didnt hurt or swell after 3 games of bowling! The ball is drilled a little different than my previous ball, but it is heavier. I was pretty sure Id be in pain afterwards, like always. But Im not! Not at all. Im super impressed all the way around!I give Tenback my highest recommendation!

Got my ball bag and shoe combo with Mason here at Tenback bowling. Great group of guys. Im glad I came in and I plan to visit again soon. Consider these guys as your first place to stop for all bowling necessities. They are very helpful and incredibly friendly.

Very nice and knowledgeable people. Went in to get a new ball after about 15 years of not bowling. The fit wasnt perfect. Went back to see what my options were and the bowlero staff said they left hours before the regular closing hours. If its a drive for you to get there, definitely call first or set an appointment because it could be a waste of a trip like one of the other reviews in here said.

I highly recommend seeing these guys for all your bowling needs and services! Both Mason and Morgan are extremely knowledgeable and have modern perspective to the game. I recently visited them to have a ball plugged and re-drilled. The fit was perfect! Unfortunately I visited another pro shop to get more equipment but quickly realized I made the wrong decision and went back to Mason at TenBack to get my new equipment dialed in. Again, perfect fit! So I ordered 2 more balls from them and some new shoes! Thanks a lot Mason and Morgan, see you guys again for sure!

Man this was probably the best experience at a pro shop that I’ve ever had. I don’t bowl at this house but I had a buddy say they did a good job for him, so I went. Great customer service. Everyone is super friendly and they meet you where you’re at, no matter your skill and knowledge level. I happened to show up on a demo day and it was awesome because they let me throw a couple and used that to drill the ball specifically for my game. That would make any bowler confident in the ball they’re getting. Super knowledgeable. I talked to multiple guys in there and they were all helpful. Man I can’t say enough good things about these guys.

The 3 men who run this pro-shop are professional and extremely helpful. I have had several balls drilled here and they took the time to watch me bowl before deciding what layout to use. This is custom fitting. Im extremely satisfied and I keep going back! There have been nights when i got a new ball drilled there and I was able to use the ball that night--in fact, within the hour. They are absolutely full-service and Im very glad I found these guys.

Great experience. Exceeded my expectations and made it well worth my time. The personal touch Shawn offers is top notch. Goes through ball weight exercise, finger measurements and fitting. Highly recommend for beginners, cant speak for experts but seems like it would be just as good.

Awesome shop. Love the hours. Had my first brand new ball drilled there and worked with Wayne and another gentleman(who’s name escapes me) and they were both extraordinarily friendly and helpful. They took me to a lane and observed while I threw a few balls so they could drill the ball in a way that would work best for my bowling style. Drilling took maybe 10 minutes, and I got to test the ball afterwards. Would highly recommend these guys.

Shawn and staff were great to work with! My brother purchased a gift certificate for my son to get his own custom bowling ball and shoes and bag. Shawn worked so well with my son, educating him and coaching him. My son is having a great time bowling and improving his technique!

It was my first time getting my bowling ball drilled and fitted to me so I didnt know the process, but as soon as I walked in I was welcomed in by Dwayne who was very friendly and helpful. Then I met the owner Shawn who was also very helpful, even though they were busy they made me feel like I mattered. They even watched me bowl before they drilled the holes for me to make sure they make the bowling ball to fit my style of bowling. I would be more than happy to say that if you want a bowling ball or to get bowling ball drilled you should check them out! They treated me like they knew me for years, and everyone who came in it seemed like they knew them by name, I want to say what a wonderful staff! Great job and I left with a smile and great feeling bowling ball!

I have been a lifetime bowler and have never seen such amazing customer service with a bowling pro shop. Shawn and his crew are all true professionals and I would recommend this shop to anyone. Shawn is also an extremely well accomplished bowler and I would recommend any of his classes or lessons to anyone that wants to advance their game. My boyfriend and I have been in the store several times to buy bowling balls, shoes, and most recently really good shoes. Tip: buy your own shoes if you bowl a lot, because they will pay for themselves, and you wont have to go commando in another mans fatigues...lol...meaning that this way you wont have to wear shoes worn by hundreds of other people, and youll have a better shoe, and youll save lots of money. Everyone is extremely thorough and helpful. The first time we went in we were treated so well we kept going back, and now were loyal customers and fans.

Totally amazed and impressed with this group of people. Maryanne is warm and friendly, Darryl is a kind and knowledgeable gentleman, and Shawn is uber fantastic! I live in Morrison so the drive here is long, but worth every mile. Ill be purchasing an upgrade ball soon and wouldnt even think of going anywhere else for it. 1M Stars!! I have never had a customer experience nearly as educational, painless and fun than my time buying a bowling ball at this spot. I went in with a gift certificate for 100 dollars and zero knowledge of bowling balls. The man behind the counter, Morgan, walked me through the basics of bowling ball construction, suggesting styles, offering package deals, measuring fingers, and explaining the differences in professional bowler strategy. This guy Morgan, he is a man who knows about bowling balls. I ended up getting a 16 lbs black Hammer and it is everything I dreamed it would be. Thanks Morgan!

Only been a couple times to have balls drilled, but Ive been seriously impressed both times. The staff is the real deal. True pros are running this shop. While I waited for my ball to be drilled and have another ball resurfaced, one of the employees (I wish I could remember his name) helped a young girl get set up with her first ball and shoes. I was really pleased to see how he much he cared to get her set up properly so she will be safe and comfortable. That same employee, who is also apparently a coach, had a kid run in to the shop just to brag Hey coach, I just bowled 213! Other people would just stop into the shop just to say hi to the employees. It was cool to see. Just a great, positive bowling centered atmosphere for beginners to pros. To top that off they have competitive prices. Its a bit of a drive for me, but its totally worth it if I have any pro shop needs. I highly recommend this shop.

My fiance wanted to get into some of the equipment and really give bowling a try. The pro shop thing kinda intimidated her a little bit, but the courtesy and knowledge of the staff quelled that immediately. We found all we were looking for, all for a great deal, plus she also gave us free games to try the equipment. Extremely satisfied, and definitely will be returning for any future equipment needs.

Friendly atmosphere. The person that drilled my ball was really friendly. Bought my first bowling ball, shoes, and bag from here...the lady that also worked with us was sooooo nice and helpful!!! Best place ever!!

Sopped by three time during business hours and the doors were locked. when they were open there was no one there who could drill a bowling ball????? Dont waste your time. The people above must be the owners because everyone else told me to avoid this place.

My husband is a customer of Tenback Bowling Outfitters. So, Im really reflecting his experience. I know that Bob has the highest regard for Shawn Lee and his staff, not only as a pro shop owner, but as a person. Also, I wanted to point out a review that I saw from someone named Bob P, that gave a negative review. That review is outrageous. There is no way that this person could be real or have any experience with Shawn or his staff. Google should remove that review, as it is ridiculous.

I stopped by to pick up a new ball and shoes. When I arrived the store was super busy. I looked around a waited patiently after being told by several employees “we will be right with you” and kept being apologetic for the wait. After the wait a gentleman helped me pick out the perfect ball. After explaining to him the type of bowler I am he pointed out the best selections for me. There was no upselling, there was no guiding me to a nicer more expensive “pro ball”. He simply told me what would work and we stuck with that.I checked out and left my ball to be drilled. I came back about 2 hours later to pick it back up. They offered to let me bowl on a lane to make sure the ball fit right. I’d throw the ball a few times and a staff member would ask if he needed adjustments. After going back and forth the ball was perfect.By the time I left, most of the staff knew me by name. They had already made me feel at home, like family. And that is the best feeling when dealing with a small business.I’m grateful for the incredibly professional and kind staff. This is the only pro shop I’ll recommend in the future.A note to Shawn (the owner): kudos to you for running a great place of business and having a staff that is kind a curtious. Owning a business isn’t easy but I’m glad the bowling industry has you.

Shawn is the man. Even on a busy Saturday he took his time to make sure I got the best ball possible.

I decided it was time to upgrade my bowling ball. Ended up here and dealt mostly with Adam. He took time to explain the differences between some of the newer technologies I wasnt familiar with and had me throw my ball a few times so he could see what grip and technique I used and check out the rev rate/etc of my ball. We went back to the pro shop and he showed me several balls that he thought would be ideal for me and told me why. Surprisingly they werent the most expensive balls on the wall. He never pressured me the whole time into anything, got my new ball drilled in about 15 minutes, and even let me go throw it a few times to see how it felt. While dealing with Adam, Shawn was also there helping numerous customers, giving lessons, and he even gave me some tips for throwing my new ball. These guys are great and its very obvious they care about helping people enjoy bowling as much as possible.
