I was in from out of town and got a nail in my rental cars tire. I stopped here for a quick plug and during the 45-60 minutes I spent waiting in here I couldnt believe the customer loyalty I saw. It seemed like everyone but me was a regular coming back for more services. Customers were bringing the employees bagels to say thank you, they all seemed recognized by the staff. There are obviously many satisfied customers loyal to the business. If you want to go somewhere you can trust I suggest them.

These guys were absolutely awesome. Not only did I need a tired that they didn’t have in stock, they ordered it, flipped my back tires to the front (cause they had better traction), put my new tires on, and rotated them. My experience here was great! I drive 60+ miles a day and realized that my tire had a rip in it. I brought it here, realized they were also balding. I needed some brake work for my 2005 Toyota Highlander. Both pads and rotors. Paris Tire & Service had my car back to me in 4 hours. Stacy was great. They even followed up with me a day later to make sure the brakes were good. Can’t find much better customer service than that.

I bought my first car 58 years ago, so I have the usual lengthy American experience with car repair and repair shops - Ive taken cars to everything from JIffy Lube to a Rolls Royce dealership. Jim Paris is without question the best repair shop Ive ever been to. Ive been taking my cars to Jim Paris for over ten years and theyve done everything from routine oil changes to a fairly extensive rejuventation of an ancient (and much loved) Jeep CJ7. First off, they are friendly. Very friendly. Not creepy friendly or I-Just-Want-Your-Money friendly but friendly like they greet you by name and ask about your wife and kids, by name. Second, they do a good job - they always give me a solid, accurate estimate on major work, they guarantee their work, they only charge me for work they do, they keep me posted on what theyre doing and when theyll be finished and I have never taken a car in with a problem that did not leave with the problem solved. I swear by these guys - unless they cant do the work (and they are up front about it on the rare occasions that that happens), I would never take a car anywhere else for maintenance or repair.

I have used the folks at Paris several times for mounting and balancing of tires on some very expensive wheels. They even somehow found an out of production tire for me on the East Coast so that I didn’t have to buy a full set of 4 when I had an unrepairable puncture in one tire. They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and are as picky as I am about getting the job done right. They came highly recommended and now I understand why. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future!!

Very friendly service. I went for an oil change and my check engine light was on. I came armed with the P code for the problem and was ready to face someone who would to misguide me. That didnt happen. Instead, they said they will deal with the issue once there is one (my car was running fine at the time) and they will handle the oil change. I was there for less than an hour and spent less than $40. I was a happy customer. Why only four stars? I dont give four stars until I have been somewhere three times. So, here is to the next two visits. I hope they go as well as this one.
