I love the boat motif! The greeter was very helpful, and the person who did the drying and the tire service was courteous. I was pleased with the result, I got the 16.99 wash. I did not pay for the vacuuming this time but I’d be curious to try it if I decide to pass through again.

Not sure whats going on if theres a change of management the gentleman that seems to be in charge outside is rude & it was really bad service todayhad an extra large suburban that they finished in literally 7 minutes two people working on it they didnt vacuum they pulled the mats out rinsed off and threw them back in traces of dirt still on the tailgate the bumper the side rails... I had to go to another car wash afterwards to get it vacuumed and wiped down properly wish I wouldnt have left a $20 tip 🤬

I was beyond disappointed with their services. I paid $28.99 and they didn’t rinse my car off at the beginning. They didn’t clean the interior of my car at all and one of the girls working there was talking on her phone instead of drying my car. All of my windows had streaks on them. window had streaks going down it. I showed them they didn’t clean the inside and they didn’t care. Told me to bad, we only use a dry cloth on your dash and cup holders and refused to do any more. I showed them that those areas were not even cleaned, so 2 guys looked and said well we are done with your car. I went to speak to the manager and he was going to refund my money and his boss came up to him and said no we don’t give refunds. Very unprofessional and disrespectful!! They don’t even deserve 1star but I had to give it to them or I wasn’t able to post my complaint!!!

They have several attendants working on your vehicle and I should have stopped to take a minute and look at their work... It could have been a lot better. They did not vacuum between the cracks and the work seemed superficially quick... My mistake for not pointing out the obvious dirt and food particles left in the slats for the sliding captains chairs... It was right there in front of them, no way you could miss it but they did...

Poor customer service. Asked if they could go over my car one more time as it was still dirty. An employee named Omar said he would charge me $75 for an interior detailing. I explained I needed my car vacuumed and wiped down as they had not done so the first time. He would not bother to look in my car and said all he was supposed to do the first time is vacuum and wipe the dash and console. I told him that is what I was asking for but he refused. My car is just as dirty as when I came in and now I’ve lost money instead. Another woman was here as well complaining with similar issues.

I have been coming here to get my car washed for years. The absolute best part are the amazing workers who clean the inside of your vehicle THOROUGHLY if you get the full service wash. $15 for the early bird special. Be sure to leave a tip!

I like to come to this place for a quick car wash a couple times a month. But TONIGHT after getting back into my car after the wash, my dear old Pontiac would not start. :-/ It was super embarrassing especially because the brand new Land Rover behind me had to back up and go around me to get out. That being said, within 20 seconds of my dead car making “that sound” one of the car wash guys was outside my window saying ITS THE BATTERY LET ME GET MY CABLES. And in the next 60 seconds one of the employees had pulled his car around and jumped my car for me! And this is like at almost closing time. I’d say this is above and beyond and it made my night. These guys were amazing and maybe they double as a NASCAR pit crew? Thank you!!

Worst service I ever had there. Mats w er re not remived to vac. Nor was the back harch area vacuumed. Door arm rest and j.g andle area wasnt wiped down. The back outside window of hatchback wasnt done well around wiper blade. LOST MY DEDICATED SERVICE! 😪😒

This place is terrible I went there to get my car washed internally and externally the exterior of my car is still dirty and had scratches and the internal was still dirty they never vacuumed out cleaned the back seat. I will never go back worst experience ever. I wish I can give them zero stars.

Wow, its sad to say that Ive had a membership to this place for over 7 years and recently considered canceling it. The vacuums for patron usage uponentrance are not maintained well, and deteriorating slowly. Gated access with a pass seems to always have issues, so member patrons are having to wait in long line of other random vehicles wanting services. I noticed the car wash water flow standards have changed for peak/off-peak hours, which have resulted in vehicle not getting as clean 🤨. The air blower upon exiting car wash to get dried, doesnt seem to be effective doing its job, as prior years🙄.Also, when getting random rental vehicles occasionally, only a weekly base, theyve told me of not being able to utilize membership after explaining to staff business. Either way, hopefully Management realizes a good business venture to keep their business in top shape before losing long-time member patrons. 02/27/20- Its sad for patrons with a express sticker due to half the time service is down, or a cone is placed in front of it (????).

Wow. I am so disappointed in this place. I was driving back from my kids soccer match at Kennedy so stopped by the Riverboat as it was on the way. I paid $24 to get the upgraded full service and extra to do the wheels properly. When I got home I checked out the detail and was shocked. There were literally crumbs and stains still in my coffee holders and my wheels werent even touched (see pics). Patches of obvious dirt left on the car, door sills werent even wiped down and more. This place is a total rip off for $30 (with tip).

Very bad service, got car washed and towel dried. I then went on to drive to next errand and then got out if my car to find out it was still dirty. Went back to Riverboat to have them correct. Was told by two people, “we don’t know where you drove in last thirty minutes, and could have gotten dirty” REALLY? I asked fir manager and was told person was part owner. They said they would redo and not to return as customer. Told them not a problem, and want to let others know don’t use them. In a time to support local business, this is not how people should be treated.

Terrible service and rude staff . the staff broken my driver side mirror and the next time they said we can’t dry your car because your permit is only wash, but I used this Carwash more than 8 months every time when I been there they dry my car with towels, all staff is so rude and I had very bad service, I try to find manger but one of staff said I’m manager and I don’t want to give you any service, how can they be rude, is this customer service? I don’t know who is a manager but all staff on that Carwash ......... I don’t know how can I explain for bad service.

Those who are giving this place a low rating have waaaay too high of expectations probably paying for the least expensive option as well and when they are busy they dont have time to do all the details on whats supposed to be a quick clean inside and out if you pay the money for a detail its worth it your car will look like new!

The worst today I typically go in the morning 25.99 plus $10 tip and I need to still clean my own car. Dash board I hard to ask for Windows to be clean. I come 2 to 3 times a mth.. Guy complained about my smoke in the car... My CBD its how I medicate I am almost 40 yrs old I dont look it... You want my scoliosis its hard to sit and walk not fair to get terrible service because I am black a woman and use Flower CBD and not pills so I can walk so I can live. .. Car wash does not include doors and door handles dashboard and windows..

I purchased the $21.99 car wash which includes exterior AND interior cleaning, however once they were done on the inside of the car, I felt like I was completely cheated out of my money. My car was dirty before and just as dirty afterwards on the interior, and the only thing they cleaned was the mirrors, I could have done a better job if I cleaned it myself.NOT worth the money.

For an automated wash, its good. I still have to dry off waterspots (black car owner👋), and the hours of operation seem a little weird (por que 3 stars), but overall affordable and conveniently located.

The signs are very confusing for what lanes you are supposed to go through to pay for the wash. Even the gentleman who came in after me was confused and took the same route I did. The girl manning the entrance of the wash was very rude when I was confused and asked for assistance. Im giving 2 stars because the 2 gentleman who dried off my car after the wash were great. Really cool concept but poor execution.

Good car wash. Just wanted something simple. The workers up front should think of themselves as sales people! Here to patiently explain whatever people dont understand or hear what the customer asks for and let them know the best way to get it. Not just read it off the board. If the board explained what I wanted in a language I could understand, I wouldnt have needed to ask questions.

They did a wonderful job with my car! It is so clean and beautiful! I will definitely be back! I had them clean and wax the exterior and completely clean the interior, (someone had thrown up in my car and you cannot even tell anymore). I am very pleased! Also, the cost is cheaper than other places Ive been to for a complete detail.

It was busy when I went but it was still a very good pace. I did the highest grade they had which was $16 without vacuum and inside window cleaning. I didnt feel like the car wash was abusive to my car. At the end after the dryer there we two awesome guys waiting to wipe down my car with microfiber towels. Good job guys

I hate to make it more crowded, but this is one of the few remaining EXCELLENT, full-service car washes left in Denver. The line can be long, but its worth the wait and usually goes faster than I expect. These are some hard-working people and they deserve your business.

Worst place ever! Had to dry my car myself, it was still dirty and they never came to vacuum after 30 minutes. I asked for a refund of the vacuuming portion because I didnt have time to wait. He offered me a free wash and i said it was ok because I honestly never used their car wash.The guy, who refused to give me his name, then tore my receipt out of my hand and to me I was now banned from the property!!! All because I asked for a refund of the vacuuming portion so I could leave!

Overall they do a fairly good job. Exterior is always immaculate. Interior usually about 80% cleaned. Vacumming being the one area that never seems complete. Staff is always friendly and helpful

Bait & switch pricing!!! Do not go!!! They are advertising $13.99 for full service car wash, however they try to charge you $15.99. This is false advertising and a bait and switch! I enjoy going to this place and the people who work there. The early bird exterior special is great for a quick but good wash.

They tell you at the front to get the ultimate it comes with dash clean and interior vacuum and the ability to wash again if not satisfied. They finished the interior clean in roughly 5 minutes. Igor in my car and asked the nice lady if they vacuumed. She made several excuses, well we lightly vacuum and the dash cleaning is just a dusting. $26.99 for a $5 job. Take your car elsewhere. My four year old would do a better job.

Riverboat is my favorite place to go to have my car cleaned oh I could save money and do it myself but the folks at Riverboat do a fine job.

Top notch wash. The managers John and Omar have been here for a long time and are in tune with every aspect of that place they dry the windows on exterior washes and the car is actually clean when it comes out of the wash. The ride through allows you to see all the equipment in action leaving you with the piece of mind that your car will be clean after the weekend trip up the Rockies to your favorite ski area just a few minutes away from the highway. They also have do it your self vacuums that are always running in top notch shape. Great place, friendly staff, and best of all a clean shiny spot free car. Definitely try this place out weither they vacuum or you do your in for a surprise with the cleanliness of your car. Way to go river boat

I had a good experience here, but its nothing special. Went for a basic wash and skipped the full service. Wash definitely got the car clean, but I wouldnt let the staff dry my car with the soiled towels. Price point is high for what it is.Not overwhelmed, but would certainly go back.

Paid $16.99 and the wash was terrible. The car was not cleaned...still had dirty panels/doors and windows had water spots all over them. Brought to the car wash attention and told them I would not use them again.

DONT GO. Riverboat used to be a great car wash. It used to be the only place I went. Now they are more concerned about how many car they can cycle through per hour rather than if your car is clean. Today was my last chance for them and they failed. Paid for wheel and tire (which includes rims) upgrade on my wash. I watched the attendant, she didnt even touch the rims. When I pointed this out she claimed that she did, then a Hispanic gentleman came over and began SCREAMING that the rims were done. I pointed out that the rims were still wet, he really began screaming. I just left. Save yourself the hassle and money. Go to White Glove Car Wash!

Because I am an uber/lyft driver this place dont want to give me a monthly pass. This place sounds like a scam cause if you were truly in business for people and not just the money you would not deny a person just because of the type of business they work for. Staff leaves much to be desired. My first time in the two people working were no where near the menu and made no attempt to contact me. I drove on assuming I paid elsewhere. Then I hear yelling as a lady runs up and tells that I pay at the menu. While attempted to ask her for assistance she was rude and condescending. All of this and an overpriced wash.

Twice now, I wanted to make an appointment to get my car detailed, but after several tries (at least 6 tries - I really wanted to go here since its a convenient location for me) had no choice but to take my business elsewhere.Other then that, no complaints. So inconsistent. I literally paid $25 for a car wash. I open the doors and they are clearly dirty. Ask them to wipe it down, so I open the hatch just to see how clean that is, its not. I grabbed the vacuum to clean my own car. As I am driving, I notice dash has streaks of dust as if they missed a spot. Felt bad that I had a dirty car, so had left a $10 tip. Wasted $35 on a mediocre car wash.

Been coming here for years because it’s the closest car wash to my home but I’m done. You guys have done a poor job the past three times I’ve been there. I just left there about 30 mins ago and paid $20 for a full-service wash with shine and protect. My tires never got polished and there’s a ton of dust all over my dash. Didn’t realize it until I got home when the sun shines into the car. I’m done. You guys do a horrible job. I was hoping it would get better but every time it just gets worse.

The interior doesnt even look like they vacuumed at all. I am so disappointed in the service here. Exterior has many areas that still have dirt on it. I have had some good washes at this location. However the last two times I have been here they have not done what I paid for. I am not happy. The first time I figured they where busy, but now that it has happened twice I think it is due to the fact I don’t drive a Mercedes. They seem to really take their time on the nicer cars but they skip a lot of what I paid for on my older van . This is unacceptable. I would like a free wash or a refund . Probably won’t go back unless it’s to use your free vacuum, but I won’t give you another dollar of my hard earned money. You just lost a customer who brings three vehicles in. Good job guys !

You will get your CAR SCRATCHED if you GO HERE. I even tried to clarify with them, but the first words that came out of them were IT IS NOT BY US and giving some bu* sh* reason. Spent $26.00 on an ultimate wash to find that my interior was not vacuumed and not wiped down, at the very least, considering I was told it would be vacuumed and washed on the interior as well. I could have done a better job by myself at home. Not worth the money..

This is my second review if this company, i went back to give them another chance to wash my car, i pull in and ask the salesman about a full-service wash and did it include drying of my guy on wheels? He said it did include that service. It cost me $25.00 so i go through was and dry off my car and inform they were done I looked at my wheels and they were not dried off I ask the employee who identified himself and manager why did they NOT dry off my wheels he said it would cost me an additional $49.00 I was livid I will not ever go back to this place and i advise no one else to go here to have your car cleaned I dont like the hidden cost the have ad a standard practice. First off, this Company has been systematically ripping off consumers for well over one year. Their signs advertise a tire shine service included in the automatic wash. This service cost three dollars as an add-on service. However up until April 2016 the tire shine equipment has not been working in the automatic tunnel. Numerous Alerts to staff have always been met with surprise and dismay or denial. This means that every consumer who has purchased a automatic wash and expected a tire shine service which is valued at three dollars, has not received that service for well over one year.Secondly, their equipment has consistently been scratching the right rear door of my vehicle on every pass. It is taken some time to identify what the source of the scratch was. However when I suggested that it might be their equipment, I was met with a stern denial.If you like being ripped off and if you like having your vehicle damaged-this is your place!

$15 for a good car wash, $28 for The Works. Includes windows and dash cleaned as well as interior vacuumed. Plan on being there a while if you go after 9 on the weekend.

Go anywhere else but Riverboat Car Wash. All my neighbors in my condo complex used to go there. Weve all been treated so badly that we no longer feel welcome there. We used to be given senior discounts. They have changed it to where you have to buy the very expensive washes to get a tiny discount. Even if you do buy the expensive washes, you get the basic car wash and a very low level of service. You leave wondering why you bothered to go there. The owners of Riverboat Car Wash need to evaluate if they really want to be in business.

Ive had decent washes here before. Pretty expensive. Tried to get a wash on Sunday but they were CLOSED at 4:45 when i arrived. They say that they are open until 5 and i watched about 20 cars come in and have to leave before 5. Pretty annoying.

Im not satisfied, because I asked these guys to vacuum interior and throw stuff away for me. As a favor of course, they didnt understand what Im asking them. So, a little disappointed cz I could of been their loyal customer, but sadly I know they need to rush things in because this place is busy. They do very good basic washes from less than 15 bucks to 27 bucks. Detailing work costs start at 59 bucks per item. I really appreciate the service but they do miss areas inside the car alot and the rinse from the wash is very subpar as there is always soap still on the car after going through the wash. They tend to wipe away the soap by hand after while doing interior i noticed.

I found a scratch on my Truck and I thought it was possibly from the wash. I contacted the river boat about the scratch they called me back within a day. After more investigation I determined the scratch was NOT from the Car wash and the manager John agreed with me. John reassured me that if any scratches are from the wash they they help buff them out or come to a solution of fixing them.The john being a good neighbor and a amazing manager gave me a wash and wax for my troubles.I will be a loyal customer here for their dedication to their customers even though nothing was thier fault.12 out of 10 would recommend to a friend.Theses guys are the True MVPs of the Car and Truck Wash Game.

INCREDIBLE! Seriously, incredible. I pulled in with a Dodge Neon I had recently bought from an old roommate. He more or less lived out of this car for 6 years - not in the homeless sense but in the neverending-fast-food-and-candybar-wrappers sense. He had also never so much as wiped down the dashboard. There was mold in the carpets, stains everywhere, dirt and grime on every conceivable surface - the car was DISGUSTING. I took it into Riverboat because its close to where I live. I got the $118 complete package, and I cannot explain how detailed these guys got. Every single surface, down to the bottoms of the seats, was SPOTLESS. It literally went from being totally gross to looking like it had just rolled out of a dealership in about 2 hours. Mind blown, worth every penny and more. Service was great, friendly crew of guys who clearly work hard, no BS. Cant recommend this place highly enough, especially for real deep cleans. Thanks Riverboat!
