Worked for a car dealer in college so Im familiar with the industry. I bought a Sonata from this place. Amazing service. Only problem I had was it didnt come with a spare tire. I mentioned it and the owner literally just ordered one on the spot and installed it with no problem when it arrived. If you are looking for a good used car dealer - I recommend you give them a look.Good people.

They sell cars as is, also while telling you the car is in perfect condition. False advertisement. They have you pay a certain sum fee, and then lie to the bank to say you paid more. Ive had problems with the car since I got it and they never respond in a timely manner. You will waste your money buying a car here.

I absolutely love this place! I saw them driving by when I was looking at another Jeep on west Colfax. The customer service was exceptional and their was no pressure to buy. I bought a 2007 Jeep Cherokee and its been a great car so far. I went back 2 months later and bought my daughter a Nissan Altima. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a new car.

I was told the car i was interested in was in perfect condition. I asked multiple times If there was anything even small wrong with it and was told no. So I drove 6 hours to come pick up the car. The dash had been reupholstered and was done very poorly. There was a 3” rip in both the driver and passenger seat. I took the car on a test drive and went further then what the sales guy said was the normal drive rout. Just before I pulled back in the lot the check engine light came on. They looked at it and said it was an 02 sensor. The dealer said because of the check engine light and dash and rips in seats he would deduct 1900 of there asking price so we agreed. Then his boss came out and said that he couldn’t let that happen. There guys are the classic example of a shady dealership.

Car selection was slim no problem, but that intrest rate of 20% was a bit ridiculous. Staff was friendly a bit pushy but friendly.

Sold me a lemon car and knew it! Car went bad immediately! Please run! They refused to help or make the situation right! They sale nice cars that are JACKED UP! Please take your money to a REAL dealership not these CROOKS! They have a mechanic on sight and still wouldnt fix my car! The mechanic come to find out is a junky!! This place is an illegal mess. Needs to shut down.

They have false advertisement, so do not do business here. They say they work with no credit, bad credit, blah blah blah but I went there and the first thing they did was ask me about my credit, yet they didnt even run my credit, they sent me to Marks Auto which did the same thing. They gave me the run-around, I feel like I was discriminated against. Do not do business here. False Advertisement.

So i purchased a vehicle for about 9 grand whochni thougght was fair.. a week after my check engine light comes on and I give them a call, i kept my cool and they kept there word on fixing the issues. Here i am now in winter with no heater :) i jist replaced the engine because thats what they recommened [done by them] and now i find out the axle has been shot for a while and that there is NOTHING holding my engine down so anytime I shift it hits my hood also the arms to hold up my axle are shot along with a couple of barrings :)I should have known better than to purchase a car from a run down dealership that looks like its from a hood in a movie. Very trashy for the luxury cars they sell. . Also after the sale they fired the guy 🤣 so not worth the money. . Take your mpney and invest in a different dealership

Altitudes Auto is a den of theives. They will knowingly sell you a lemon and not care. Just look at their reviews here on Google, all their good reviews were done by current and former employees. Altitude Auto, what a joke. If you want a good dependable auto, stay away from this place.

Check car facts here ppl. Make sure all seat belts work and cars clean. They sold me a car with seal belts not working, window broken and vomit on the inside roof. DO NOT GO THERE I WENT LOOKING AT A CAR THE DUDE SAID HE COULD GET ME APPROVED I WAITED OVER A HOUR AND I WAS LATE TO WORK BUT HE NEVER RETURNED A PHONE CALL IF I WAS APPROVED OR NOT. I BAUGHT MY NEW CAR FROM TYNANTS VW IN AROURA WHEN THEY PULLED MY CREDIT SCORE THEY HAD SENT MY SSN NUMBER TO OVER 10 LENDERS MY CREDIT WENT FROM A 670 TO A 515 DONT GO THERE THEY SEEM LIKE THEY DKNT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING THE GUY HAD TO GO KEEP ASKING HIS BOSS QUESTIONS.

First and foremost, I have had nothing but issues with the vehicle(2011 jeep patriot) I purchased from them, the moment it hit their 30 day 1,000 mile warrenty. First the brakes, belt and belt retractor, water pump, battery, and then the starter failed. But on top of all of this which cost close to $1600 I go into the DMV TO get the vehicle registered and it comes back as stolen from Texas!!! So not only was I sold a lemon I was allowed to drive a STOLEN car!!! I recommend these clowns to NO ONE!!! Nothing but a headache from the moment I signed for the car. UPDATE: Went in to Dmv at top of the following week (7days later) only to find that the car was still stolen, called dealership and got another story on why and that it would take another day or so. In other words these guys are very incompetent and lack any customer care once youve made the initial down payment. STAY AWAY

Auto Altitude sold me a broken down car in 20,000 dollars that lasts me 3 months now it is standing there unusable and which I have to keep paying so as not to ruin my credit I do not have a car I have to take the bus and that they do not care.Violeta lied to me saying that it was a car in good condition and now they do not want to take responsibility for selling ruined cars.Get away from this place and look for a decent and responsible dealer.

We had a bad experience, we bought our first car and they sold us a car for 22,000 is a lot of money but that does not matter when the car is of quality, but it turns out that the car was not in Good condition and when I informed them they wanted to fix it in time and in the meantime I lost days of work, I proposed that they give me another one for the reason that it was not my fault that they sold cars of poor quality and they did not want to, I decided to return the car since I only had a week to have and they stayed with me deposit of 2,000 dollars that is not fair or speak well of that dealer, but do not know that there are laws that protect the consumer and that will make me return my deposit and even with interest! Friends do not beat this type of dealer are pure scammers .......
