Went here to get a pre-purchase inspection on a private party used vehicle. Ultimately was told not to purchase the vehicle and handed off to a salesperson who was extremely dismissive when I did not wish to purchase any of the extremely overpriced vehicles that Guillermo wanted to sell me. When I offered to purchase vehicles that fit my needs or were in my budget I was told that they were not for sale after being told by someone else at the dealership that they were. So I left feeling confused and as if my business was not welcome. This considering that I came in the door with $6000 cash in hand towards a potential purchase.

Do NOT buy a car from here!!!!!!!!II bought a 2021 Tesla Model Y Long Range from this company. I paid all cash. Was told my credit would not be run. Then I come to find out weeks after my purchase that my credit was run. On top of that the sales people know nothing about Teslas yet they try to promote that they are the best place to buy used Teslas from in Colorado.I was told there were multiple features on my car that werent there. I was told that full sell drive was illegal and you couldnt use it which is 100% not true. I also paid $65,000 for a used Tesla which is the same as a brand new one with FSD which this one did NOT have. This company will 100% rip you off. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE.I have also filed a complaint with the BBB against this company.

Jenn In thé service department is an angel !!she’s so honest told me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it for the furniture. I trust this place more than any auto mechanic and service place in Denver. Second would be Dave G at automotive imports (can’t cut them out), but Jenn ans her crew are top notch. I’ll be back.

At first when purchasing my Jeep everyone was very nice and friendly. Prior to purchase I agree to split the cost to get a transfer case seal replaced. After a week I got my Jeep back and went on my way. Got home and noticed it still leaked which eventually stopped but my front end bumpers were loose near doors which they were not when I took it in. Then after a couple of days tried to put it into 4 wheel drive could not. Keeper trying for a week and still I could not tell if it was going into 4 wheel drive. Nope not working although it did before I took it to get seal fixed. I left two messages to take it in and no call back. So I took it to a local Jeep dealership and found out the the cable to engage it into 4 wheel drive had to be replaced. $850 dollars. And that the main axle joints were leaking $1050 dollars. Very disappointed with no call backs to help me out even though we say all about taking care of their customers.

Remember the days when as a woman you felt intimidated walking into a dealership because you knew you would be dismissed and disrespected? Well, I was hopeful those days were gone, and I could call to negotiate a vehicle for purchase. We worked with the sales man, agreed on a deal, signed the proposal, and when it came time to make the down payment, I was informed the car had sold. Now, this isnt my first rodeo, I know that dealers will sell the same car to different people and blah blah blah. But it was never mentioned to me that there was another person interested in the vehicle, otherwise I would have put a deposit down, before getting my credit pulled and negotiating, to assure the deal would take place (sales man knew I was willing to do that). It became obvious by the change in the tone of the messages that the sales man was as surprised as I was, because up to that point he had been responding quickly and then all of the sudden, when I asked how to get the down payment to him, his answer was call Brian Overton. When I did, he (Brian) told me that the owner of the company sold the car without them knowing. Great for them, but I am 100% sure that if I had been a man signing that proposal at the dealership, no manger would have come to tell me, excuse me sir, we no longer need your bank account information, because while you were here signing proposals and accepting a deal, we sold the car to someone else. I guess some things never change... We, women, will continued to be seen as dispensable human beings, who they are willing to spare the 10 minutes to hear complain, as long as they move on. Regardless of me making valid points, I was simply dismissed and blamed for their wrong doing. I would walk away, because there is no way a place like this deserves our hard earned money.

I have to tip my hat to Jen (service manager) She has gone above and beyond for me every time I enter her service department. Kept me up to date every step of the way while they were working on my car. People like her will keep me coming back, not only for service, but also to do my car shopping.

Great service once again! We brought our Q5 in for service a little over a year for new rear brakes and tires and the service was great! We recently had to bring it back in to have new brakes put on the front, and when we got it back there was an issue with them. Jennifer was excellent in the service department with getting us scheduled to drop it back off to fix the issue. The brakes were swapped out right away and we were able to pick it up the same day! Great customer service all around, will definitely be coming back for service and possibly a new car in the future!

We bought a used truck from Emich the summer of 2020. We went through the normal negotiations and process of purchasing a vehicle - some back and forth, lots of questions, but in the end felt they were giving us a good deal and it was a great vehicle, so we bought the truck.As soon as we drove off the lot, issues started to arise with the truck and that is where the negative experience comes in. We had to get a few minor things fixed that we talked about prior to purchase (like adding a tow package), and noticed other things werent right about the truck - lots of issues here and there. Brake issues, rear shocks, heat shield torn, bumper loose, backing plate, the list keeps going on. This is when we felt they didnt really care what happened to us after the sale and we were not getting help. We are on our own with what feels like a lemon. For a truck with only 35k miles and only 4 years old, and supposedly a thorough inspection done by the dealer it is really disappointing.UPDATED: Emich reached out to us to work on fixing the truck to our satisfaction. They did all they could to make it right, and they did so very quickly, which we truly appreciate it. Thing happen, and we understand, its how a business handles it that makes the difference. Crooks. Dont waste your time. I tried to get information on multiple vehicles and got the run around. Not too mention I knew more about the trucks than the sales guy. Got the run around for over a week. Then low balled about a trade. Im a single mom of a infant and there was no compassion what so ever. Completely wasted my time, Ill take my money somewhere else.

I took my car in for service and Jen was AMAZING. Great customer service and such a beautiful personality. She helped me so much with getting my car serviced and including an oil change. She went above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. The service tech there was also extremely knowledgeable about what was wrong with my car and took the correct steps to fix it.He also explained to me what was wrong and what we need to be fixed in the future with my car.

They sold my sister a stalling VW. My sister goes to return it (after the first time it stalled) and Brian Overton (who runs the dealership) called her a liar and proceeded to threaten to sue my sister for 3x the amount she paid for the car. They will NOT give her her money back. They will NOT fix the car. They will NOT give her a warranty. Go elsewhere to purchase a car.UPDATE: Colt Emich personally asked my sister to remove her negative review from google and tow the vehicle back (after stalling a second time) at her expense, then he would give the money back or give credit at the dealership. Solid 1 star business.

Just so happens a New lot car was right next to it Same Car different specs and it worked out and i bought same day. I want to start this review by saying, I hate leaving reviews and particularly never go out of my way to leave negative reviews but made an exception for Emich. My experience was bottom barrel and I truly hope this review serves someone else from giving their business away to them. I went in fully prepared to pay cash for a car but decided to finance it as I am working to build my credit. I felt harassed by the salesman after I stood firm on saying no to 12% interest when I had previously been told it was going to be 4.5%. After realizing I was going to take my business elsewhere, I politely told them I was no longer interested and started to walk out. As I walked out, the salesperson was video taping me and the General Manager cornered me before I got out.To add more salt to the wound, I went to another dealership to buy a car and found Emich pulled 8 credit reports on me and tanked my score 26 points.Save your energy and go elsewhere.

Colt and his team made the car buying process less daunting. I didnt end up choosing one of their cars and he and his team still went out of their way to be sure I was getting a good deal and was happy with my choice. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next car or service.

Overall positive experience.I saw an ad for a very well price car and went in to test drive and was ready to buy that night, when I returned for some remaining paperwork the following Monday they actually got me a better rate and lower payment!Then when my fiance wanted a new vehicle we had tried a pretty substantial amount of other dealerships and they wouldnt even give us the time of day, but Emich not only gave us the time of day but also gave us the highest trade in value for her vehicle we had seen.Jude was our salesman for both accounts and hes really pleasant to deal with and ready to answer all sorts of questions, really good guy overall!

Incredible! Ill try to keep my story short. This experience was 5 stars plus. Gary is the man!Had went to two dealers prior and the first told me they could not get me approved in any way shape or form. The second dealer got me approved, and sold me a Kia, but then 8 days later called me telling the approval fell through and had to bring the car back...So fast forward to Gary getting in touch. Approval is fast and Gary had me driving cars within moments of arriving. I ended up buying a car which, after 3 days wasnt exciting me. I felt stuck but when I called Gary to see what could be done he immediately said Bring it on back lets get you something you like!WOW!!!! Does any dealer do that???Gary never made me feel like less of priority and never once referred to my credit as poor. I noticed he takes care to say challenged credit, or less than perfect That little detail matters.Thank you Gary for being the exception to rule

The only reason l bought my Audi from this place was because it was competitively priced plus the sales guy was pleasant. The manager here is not only arrogant, but doesnt keep promises. Plus l picked a dirty car which they had promised to have cleaned.....vouchers dont help if you are out of town.The Manager gets an F for poor customer service.

Bought a BMW from this dealer from out of state. Basically 4 months later I learn they sold me a car when they didnt even have a title for it. I was told it was serviced and in great condition as they only buy the best cars and the owner of the dealer is a perfectionist yet the car came pretty much trashed outside and the photos they took were obviously angled purposely on the interior to hide seats that were completely torn and ripped up. The car dies at every single stoplight and throws warning lights every time. They also somehow sold me a car without a title? How is that even legal? 4 months later I cant sell or even register it because neither I nor the dealer have the title... total BS

I highly recommend Emich! Morgan did a complete bumper swap from our stock 4series to an M4 style bumper after several other shops turned down the job saying it is not possible. It looks flawless and Morgan even managed to swap all sensors and cameras. Thank you! We will definitely come back.

Look. This was the best dealer experience I have had. It was an easy 1-2 hook and uppercut. I went in test drove my car and walked out extremely satisfied. They did not pressure me or force my hand, they answered all my questions and let me take a detailed look of the car. I was in awe as I was driving home. I would recommend to all my close friend. Clarissa was friendly and professional. I talked to her on the phone and agreed to go pick up my vehicle. I got held up at work and another couple attempted to purchase my vehicle. She fixed that with a quick phone call and still upheld our agreement, not common in a lot of dealerships. Im sure the staff is amazing, however I recommend Clarissa. Went here. Place swore up and down I was approved. I was clear i had no cosigner before I made a appointment because I had to pay for a ride to get there... Arrived. Waited 40 min. No approval. They ask for a cosigner. I leave empty handed.That alone was bad enough but it get worse.The person I was supposed to see and had been texting (allegedly) for a week was not even there when I went in for my appointment. He had told me that they had a precise game plan for me and that he knew exactly how to get me out with a car that day.. now Im wondering... Was this person even real?The staff didnt seem to now anything about loans or working with my credit, so Im not sure why I was told I was approved. Luckily, i went to another dealer last night and got approved and have a wonderful new 2013 camry... But heres the kicker: the dealership i bought the camry from informed me that Emich auto put FIFTEEN inquiries on my credit, dragging my score down 40 more points. I thought I was dealing with pros but they were flying blind. I hit a rough spot with medical bills and am trying to piece my life back together and Emich auto has just set me back big time. This seems like just another shady used car joint. Stay away.I read other reviews and im sure like every other bad review on here i wont get a real response, just some generic BS sorry for your experience call us anytime... The least you could do is explain to the damn people wth happened.... Very frustrating.

The car we purchased was previously repossessed, and when we purchased the vehicle, they were supposed to attach a document releasing the vehicle from the lien. They did not. I showed up to the DMV after waiting a month for an appointment only to be told I did not have the necessary paperwork. After calling and speaking with one of their representatives, she promised she had the paperwork and would see if she had a runner to bring it to my house so I wouldnt have to pack up my kids and go all the way out there. She did not call me back after an hour. I had to call her, and all she could say was that she couldnt find out if her runner was available or not. This company does not care for your time or convenience. Very poor customer service.

Anytime I have an issue with my vehicle I take it to the service department at Emich Automotive, 11/10 would highly recommend. They’ve always been able to fix any problems I’m having with my vehicle and always do so in a timely manner. The vibe is family/friendly and I don’t see myself taking my vehicle anywhere else to be serviced anytime soon. Thankful to have such a good group that I can trust taking care of my vehicle.

Clarissa was so helpful and responsive in helping me find my car. She had it ready to see and waiting to take a test drive before we got there, and most importantly stayed late on a Friday evening after hours so we could close the deal. I wasn’t going to write a review about this until I just checked my credit and saw what they did. First off these people communicate worse than dolphins no one seems to know what’s going on with each other at all. I had asked to see a car and was told it was in service and I would be called the next day about availability and was told I was the first one to call so I would be first notified. Never got a call back so I decided to call and was told someone was going to look at it before me. That was already my first red flag but I continued on because I really wanted this car. I finally got to see the car and was going to buy it that day but I said ahead of time I know I was going to need co-signer and the salesmen who was dealing with me that day said the bank’s system was not working that day so I would need to come in later after sitting there in the office for about 5 hours and didn’t leave with a car. I wouldn’t have felt my time was wasted if I didn’t just drive an hour and half to see the car but never the less not there fault. Finally went to buy the car after I told them for the millionth time I was going to need a co-signer and as I left with the car the check engine light came on making me feel there preowned inspection means nothing because it was just the battery and so again left without a car, paying insurance for a car I can’t drive because I had to leave it there for them to fix it. Come back again from an hour and half away get the car and a week later the check engine light is back on. I end up leaving it with them for a very long time to have it fixed and they end up taking it to the Infiniti dealer to have it fixed. I finally have the car and I love it but I will never go here again because of how much wasted time I had. The worst part is I thought I was done every feeling screwed by emich again until I found out today they pulled my credit 6 times from 6 different places than my own bank because they were trying to get me approved alone even though I told them I need a co-signer ahead of time. The only decent person there is Rob the salesmen who I was supposed to have the first time and the guy I always ended up talking to once I left with the car. I had to deal with all of this myself because again they do not talk to each other so between service sales and management involved over a dozen phone calls and three different trips back and forth an hour and half one way from where I live. They constantly tried to make me feel I was being helped out but I couldn’t help but feel screwed the entire time. The only reason they get two stars and not one is because Rob was great and understood my frustrations and I did end up with a great car but the process was painful.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from the Emich Auto group. The first one i was broke down on the side of the road 600 miles away. I called them with specific instructions. 3/4 ton diesel with tinted windows and AC seats. If I could give this dealership a negative star I would. I’m not one to complain but I have to share my experience to hopefully defer others to using this dealership. I purchased a 2015 Range Rover a month ago and the process was awful. The finance manager and sale rep were just pressuring to make a sale they didn’t even care to explain the importance of warranty’s. In addition to that the sales rep, Clarissa, text me incorrect customer information for another one of her customers. When I escalated my concern to her manager the manager proceeded to back his employee instead of listening to my concern. Lucky I’ve gone to a dealer where I was able to trade In my car and actually get a great deal. Also I learned the price I paid for the vehicle was severely inflated . Stay away !

Typical shady dealership. Took my down payment and after losing my job to Covid-19 took car back but never received deposit or even a call back. Going on 3 months now. Profits are more important then people here.

You know, most car lots that cater people with bad credit have really cruddy cars and dont respect the customer whatsoever. Emich is a 180 from that. FIrst off, I cant believe how fast I was approved! But also, The vehicles are really nice, and you can tell that there finance guy Garry really cares about the client. Garry was so awesome and fast. He was calming, reassuring, empathetic to me and it made the experience a blessing.Emich does right by their customers, what else do you need?

DO Not buy from this company. Im warning all u consumers out there. This is a crooked place. They did a forgery signature on my daughters car that she purchased from them. The Detective even agree with this cause I had to call the police. MIKE JENDREAS the general manager had knowledge of this and Im out for justice. What would you do for your daughter people? It my job to deal with crooked companies for her. I would die for her. This company is one of the most dishonest companies I have every dealt with. Being from a Military Marine family, I would expect more from a company. Shes a nurse on the front lines of Covid. I promise and expect justice and respect from this company. Help in joining the fight against injustice and right.

Unfortunately my experience with Emich was not a good one. Though they were pleasant and helpful initially, my van needed a complete transmission rebuild after only 9 months. This was upsetting as the transmission was 4,600 and the vehicle was only 15,000 initially. While it’s possible they had nothing to do with this, I was told by the mechanic who fixed my transmission that it was a botched job and was only a matter of time before it went. Emich touted their inspections as top notch so I’m disappointed they missed this issue. My experience may be an exception to the rule, nevertheless, it’s been a very difficult issue to correct and a horrible financial burden to bear during these strained nationwide economic times. Be sure that if you purchase a vehicle from them you get a warranty.

Extremely disappointed in the level of service they provide to potential customers. We scheduled an appointment with one of their managers to see a vehicle which they sold the previous day. Nobody bothered to call us to let us know. The manager wouldn’t even come out and talk to us and sent out someone else. Total waste of time.

I worked with Tom Hardin for most of my time at Emich. He was very easy to work with and immediately showed me the car I had booked an appointment to test drive. Afterwards he went over all of the paperwork with me and got an appraisal on my current car at the time. Overall very easy to work with and made buying my new Jeep easy!
