After getting estimates from multiple fabricators and meeting with them we decided to go with Brekhus. They made the process easy and quick. They measured everything very accurately and every fits perfectly.Countertops are a big part of any kitchen remodel, we wanted to work with a professional team that knows what they are doing as the material is expensive and there is no room for error. The Stone collection recommended I try Brekhus for a remnant and I’m so glad I did. I was able to buy an exotic quartzite for a fraction of the price for my small island and it looks beautiful. Unfortunately, because I was not in a circumstance to use one of Brekhus’ fabricators, there was a missed communication and my GC‘s fabricator did not end up using the proper sealant process on this piece I had worked so hard to get and I began getting watermarks. Abby to the rescue! The fabulous Abby Ulloa provided all the information and support I needed to fix the water marks myself and buy the right sealant so my fabricator could do it properly. Now we can enjoy and use our beautiful stone. Thank you Abby - you are the best!

We walked into Brekus Tile and were acknowledged right away . Abby was very helpful in helping us pick out our quartz tile counters for our kitchen. The whole process from ordering to the installation was great. The installers were neat and friendly and very professional.

My wife and I were looking to replace our old counter tops with high-end quartzite and the first challenge we faced was finding an excellent fabricator. After visiting the stone collection here in Denver, which is arguably one of the very top distributors in the country, they gave us a list of trusted subcontractors with the message cheaper is not always the best route when it comes to fabrication and from personal experience, I already knew this. My parents had granite and quartz countertops installed multiple times over the years and they chose to use Lowes and another fabricator that came in relatively inexpensive. After seeing the finished product with my own 2 eyes, I was shocked. The purchase from Lowes resulted in a broken slab glued back together with horrible gaps between the cabinets and the stone on the backsplash and the other low-cost fabricator my parents used delivered their Quartz countertops scratched/gouged and the fabricator refused to replace it.We called 7 shops on the stone collection list and Brekhus Tile was the first to respond. They were extremely knowledgeable and communicated with us frequently over the couple of months that it took to go from choice to installation. We wanted a very specific type of Quartzite and although the stone collection was out of the quartzite of our choice, Brekhus was able to locate the same type of slabs half way across the country and they had them shipped to Denver for us at no additional charge. The Breakhus installation team were not subcontractors but full-time employees of Brekhus. They did an outstanding job on the install as did the Brekhus expert that came out to do the measurements in the kitchen. I was absolutely blown away at how tight the tolerances were between the cabinets and the stone for the backsplash.Brekhus was more than reasonable on pricing and the job they did was nothing less than worth every penny. Thank you Abby and to the whole Brekhus team for doing such a fantastic job, being extremely responsive, and helping us fulfill our vision!

Great selection of stone and awesome staff but the costs for fabrication are way too high. The representative told me that they charge more in fabrication than their competitors, but what I was quoted was more than double of what I was quoted from other fabricators. I cant justify paying double for what I can get for less than half of what they quoted.

We bought a beautiful marble slab at Brekhus and could not have been more pleased with the service we received. From the initial consult to the follow-up on the installation, Brekhus was prompt and professional. After picking out the slab we wanted, we were able to actually go to the manufacturing facility to pinpoint via a CAD program which portions of the slab we wanted cut for each piece of cabinetry we were placing them on, so we could get the most beautiful sections of the slab on the vanity tops. A week or so later, their installers came out when they said they would, and within a few hours had everything put exactly where we wanted it. It was quick, and they were very clean with their work. They even came out immediately for a quick service call a few days later to button up one extra thing we wanted. All in all, a 10+ experience. I would recommend Brekhus without any reservation.

I had a great experience working with Abby at Brekhus to find a Remnant. I had a couple small counters I needed, but wanted the same remnant. She helped me find it and creatively fit it on the remnant. Install was great and they even made a couple minor repairs to my kitchen while they were here. Everything turned out great!Thank you!

Great stone/tile company to work with. We purchased a remnant piece of granite for a bathroom vanity. Was very affordable and good quality, and Laura went out of her way to recommend a great fabrication company who could cut it for us. Brekhus came highly recommended by our kitchen designer who only used the best. We needed three slabs. Brekhus did a great job.Jennifer was really pleasant to work with. She arranged a stone store to provide pictures of the slabs we are thinking to use, and recommended similar slabs Brekhus carried. We ended up with Brekhus slabs. They were less expensive and fit our style better. Because of Jennifers help, we were able to choose the slabs remotely which was a big plus.The template tech took his time to go over details with us, and he told us that he had only our job scheduled for the morning. After the template, we got digital images that illustrated how the slabs were to be cut, so we know what to expect. The installation was professional and smooth.In short, our countertop looks beautiful, and we will not hesitate to recommend Brekhus to friends.

My wife and I stopped in to look at quartz countertops. Were building a home in the mountains and were trying to balance walnut cabinets with concrete finishes. Laura came over to assist us. We were struggling a bit and it was really helpful to have her help. She never pushed but just gently provided other options to consider. She has an excellent perception of what colors compliment each other and how lighting affects them. After 45m of her time it became apparent to us (she knew all along) that wed be purchasing the material directly from the supplier on I-70. Brekhus Tile and Stone refinished some existing cabinets from 1969, and put new granite counter tops in my elderly mothers home. They were so respectful and professional my mother is very happy with her near new kitchen. Kelley Edwards was especially helpful and resolved any problems we had. With any remodel job there are always a few glitches, but Kelley and the team at Brekhus resolved them without much hassle and in an efficient and timely manner. I have used Brekhus Tile & Stone a lot as an interior designer. They have always been very helpful and able to get the best counter top material anywhere! I hired Brekhus to supply and install 650 sqft of tile in a laundry room, dining room, office, stair landing, and linen closet. The slab underneath the laundry room had settled, so that existing tile had to be removed, the floor had to be re-floated, and the drain had to be raised. It now looks absolutely proper. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and with their professional attitude. They helped me move my washer and dryer out and back in (no stairs). They protected the stairs and floor with wide vinyl runners. I would have liked for them to seal off the laundry room better to contain more of the dust, but I doubt that it could be avoided altogether.

Powder room granite was laser measured exactly. Installation went according to plan. Looks great. Unfortunately Brekus was unable to find the quartzite we wanted for the other bathrooms, so had to use another granite shop.

Brekhus completed a beautiful rock fireplace surround for our condo common area this past month. It was not a huge project, but the WOW factor was spot on! As we were remodeling the lobby of our 100 unit condo building, completing the project properly for all 100 homeowners was vitally important. Brekhus delivered for us!They have a nice showroom with plenty of tasteful, higher end options. The sales and scheduling staff were knowledgeable and perfectly friendly and professional. They answered our questions or e-mails swiftly. Their billing practices seemed reputable. The gave us a firm date to start the work and arrived as promised. There were no cost overruns, and I feel that the labor charge was acceptable for Denver.The ledgerstone wall was beautifully and solidly constructed, despite requiring an inordinate amount of wet saw cuts of the ledgerstone tiles to complete the slightly unusual space. I had already installed a solid wood feature wall right up to the durock of the fireplace surround, requiring the tile setter to meticulously place the rock tiles up to the wood walls. He placed the tiles superbly, with a perfect reveal and hardly any grout/caulk required at the wood/tile interface! The two men worked steadily, without breaks to answer their cellphones or to go for a smoke. They cleaned up the job site perfectly at the end of the one-day project.Of course I would hire them enthusiastically for another project!FM

Cut corners. Hire under qualified people. Use products in ways never intended by manufacturer. Or mix multi manufacturer products ensuring none will warranty the project. Whatever it takes to turn as big a profit on the quote given. Hope and prey it lasts a year. Wash your hands. Only own up to what clients are tenacious enough to force you to own up to.
