Definitely the place to go for your semi/mid-heavy truck, RV and any other diesel engine repair needs. They also are a certified CO diesel emissions testing facility.The service staff are straightforward and honest and the mechanics are top notch.Highly recommend!
We travel constantly and unfortunately on occasions we need service work on our bus. We had an excellent experience at Stewart Stevenson in Denver. At the Allison shop Jim and Mark were very helpful and courteous. Many thanks to DeWayne for getting the story straight on what happened and when. Everything is working like a champ!
Jim at the front counter treated me like a human and a customer. His guy Mark ( Hope that was his name!) was even better. When the computer plug didn’t work, he read the error codes off the control panel like a seasoned pro! Within three minutes, he said he knew what the problem was. Without much fuss, I had learned a little from Mark and I was back on the road in a little less than an hour. I feel, no matter where I am in the USA, my transmission home will always be with Jim and Mark in Denver.

I don’t do a lot of business with them, but of the times I have, I have a high rate of “bring it back cuz it’s wrong”. Today was just another thing I had to bring back because even after the lengthy process of uniquely identifying my engine, they still gave me the wrong part. I didn’t even get an apology. I don’t see myself going back. Diesel Forward has better prices anyway.
This place is terrible. Joe starts yelling at you when he doesn’t know how to do his job. 0 out of 5 stars. Hopefully their customer service isn’t a representation of their products.
They called me today to pick up a truck that was getting service I showed up at 4:45 pm and they close at 5 and no one was there. When they called me it was around 4pm. I drove all the way down there with traffic for them not to be there. They should of let me know on the phone that they were going to close earlier or at least ask me how long it takes me to get there. The fact they have business hours and don’t respect them is frustrating.
Took my trk there missed 6 days of work. They said it was fixed 1800 dollars later worked that day same problem,it was as if I never took it there. No redund no help .Never Never take your trk there, might as well just throw it out the window.. heed my words
My experience at this location was horrible. Mike at the service department never answers the phone and when he finally does he has a bad attitude, and he acts like he does not need the business. He does not care about the customers.
They got me back on the road after Transwest couldnt find the problem.

I do not know if you guys go to lunch at a certain time and I just happened to call in at that time but waiting on hold for over 15 minutes is just unbelievable. This is not the first time this has happened to us.
