Proves you can get service for free and STILL get ripped off! I wanted to get rid of an exercise machine that sat unused for years and Busy Body was the only store I could find that would take it - for free because I was told over the phone it was worth only scrap value which would just cover removal expenses. I was told there would only be one person coming and I would likely need to help which given the expediency of the appointment is fine with me - BUT he insisted I haul most of the parts directly to his truck! The whole point of inviting him was so I dont need to break my back over this! I couldve (and shouldve) done just as well taking it apart myself and hauling it away to the recycling center! Not that I need Busy Bodys services anymore but in case I do Ill do it myself before I go back to them! And heres an Update!: I had included this update in my Yelp! review, but it looks like they listed themselves as closed and having moved to a new location which means my Yelp! review is gone. Maybe theyre under new management now and I hope so! But in my original Yelp! update, I said that I thought that their stock response (which is below this Google review) is lame and doesnt address any of my concerns. The man who came by DIDNT take off his shoes despite multiple requests made verbally and clearly to him, and he was just RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! And that is on top of how we felt as if we had been mislead about exactly what would happen when we got rid of our exercise machine, about them being able to do all the disassembly, etc.! And I see their RUDENESS and DISRESPECT continues in their official response to my concerns, along with being misleading in blaming the customer for their own shortcomings! I will go out of my way to make sure Busy Body no longer gets any of my personal business! If theyre the only exercise place in town, Ill move out of Colorado!

Until visiting Rich for a used elliptical in Denver, I thought most ellipticals were about the same. Rich gave me an excellent overview on what to look for when buying used fitness equipment and how to select the right one for my needs. I never knew why Precor was more expensive but now I do, and it was worth every penny! I love my Precor elliptical that I bought from Rich and use it at least a few times a week. It saves my knees compared to some of the other brands that are in hotels when I travel. Thanks to Rich and the guys at Busy Body Home Fitness for saving me from buying a piece of junk off Craigslist!
