I was nearly ran off the road by one of the drivers for this company. The driver then kept his speed at about 95 to keep us from eventually getting his plate number. His reckless driving was intense . I have left a couple of V.M. and have not gotten a call back yet but I hope I will.

Requested that they inspect and repair an entry door for a walk-in shower within a home delivered by Shea Homes 2 years ago. The glass was not originally tightly secured within its hinged frame such that the door would no longer close. They promptly completed the replacement work as warranty coverage at no charge because they stand behind their original work.

Great company with great products and service. We had a rather difficult request that involved a very large mirror installation and Five Star definitely made it happen. This is the second mirror we’ve had installed from Five Star and we plan on using them again. Thanks for making our home look beautiful!

To the Five Star Glass driver who tailgated me down S Logan at 10am this morning and was so inconvenienced by my putting my blinker on to park on my own street with my family in the car, and who chose to swerve into the opposite lane speeding past a playground and through a pedestrian crosswalk leading to a library.. Im waiting for my apology. Your receptionist has my number. I guess you forgot you were driving your Five Star Glass van and horribly representing your company.

Wonderful folks! From a next day quote to fair pricing (nearly half what 2 other companies wanted) for a simple window install. They were in and out within 2 hours. They left our patio completely clean, and even followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Will definitely be coming back should we need any window repair.

I worked with Ken - be sure to ask for him. Super friendly even though my job was only a single pane of thick glass. My measurement was slightly off and he arranged for the excess glass to be trimmed off - and didnt charge me even though I offered. Cannot recommend Ken enough, he is so customer satisfaction oriented!

Driver for this company was reckless while driving. License plate OSW 534 refused to move over for emergency vehicles. Almost clipping a tow truck and tailgating at 80 on I 25 through downtown. I have not used their services but will not support a company who employees reckless people.

Just had a great experience with 5 star glass and mirror. Was a simple job, but they were responsive, timely and kind. The mirror was exactly what we needed!!

Worst glass company in Denver. They came out, measured and quoted me a rate. They installed cracked glass in my shower and had to return with a difference piece. They installed the door on the wrong side. Bill, the owner called to apologize. Didnt fix it, but immediately sent me to collections. No calls, no invoice, no emails. Bill and Five Star Glass is a shameful company. Beware!! read the reviews, this wasnt the fist time they did this.

We have used Five Star Glass and Mirror for two European shower enclosures and three large sliding mirror closet doors. We have been pleased with the service Larry, Ken and Bill provided and their prices beat all other estimates.

This company charges more than 5 of the companies I had come out that gave me an est to install glass in my shower. I do not know about thier quality, but the prices were twice as much as others. They kept changing the prices to see how much I would pay, which raised some red flags for me. This company is very decieving. Told me one thing and stated another. I am sure they do great work but not honest and trust worthy to me. I have a 31/2 ft knee high wall around my shower and the shower was only 3ft X 4ft. Not much glass. Other companies estimates ranged from $1600-$2000. They tried to hit me up for 3700.00 Total with all the add-ons. They hit me with a high price and tried to go down from thier. This is a nickle and dime company in my view. trust them at your own risk. I told them that I would not use thier services because they were not running an honest buisness. I going to have Angelos and Sons do the job for 1900.00. Same exact work for a lot less. I hate companies that try to rip hard working people off!

We had a custom mirror done with them last yr service and price was great, so we just went back to have a custom euro shower door to finish off our bath remodel ..thank you !!

We have experienced very poor service from Five Star Glass and Mirror. We have been without mirrors in our bathroom for 10 weeks because they cant get it right.
