I like their products being environmental-friendly & the price are more reasonable as compared to competitors. However, it took a while for 1 order to be shipped. Everything came on time except the bamboo dish scrub. When I finally phoned the company, I was told that it was out of stock. Other than that, I will still recommend the company & I like it that they gave me 2 pcs of beeswax sandwich wrap event though I only ordered 1 pc, maybe to make up for the late shipping of 1 item & also because the design I like for this was out of stock.

EcoMountain is like a breath of fresh air! Every time I go in I feel a spark of inspiration and it just has a peaceful atmosphere. Their products are both beautiful and all-natural and I love that you can make your own detergents. Staff are really friendly and knowledgable and happy to answer even my newbie questions about healthy living 😂

I cant go very often and when I do its always at night and I havent been since last week but I always have the best experience. The young man named zac is the sweetest kid ever, Ive had to call into the store because I couldnt make it over to Park Meadows but he made it super easy to get the answers I needed. He is so smart and know everything and could answer any questions. Made my experience very nice. I hope he sticks around! He is a wonderful sales person.

The store has eco friendly kitchen ware, a corner for baby and children items, refills for laundry soap, and some cleaning items like mops etc. What i was impressed with were the bed comforters and blankets they had. However, I think items are overpriced and that made me hesitant to purchase anything because I felt I could find something similar for a better more reasonable price. So overall clean and roomy store, nice products, good quality, but overpriced.

This place has some great cleaning products that I use. The orange boost cleaner is excellent. Make your own detergent too.

I think their cleaning products and other small items are great. They have great small gifts; I’ve bought several of the orange cleaning products for gifts and people love them!

I love this place!!!! I wish more people knew about it. Their laundry detergent works great and really is a good value.

Some cool products. Knowledgeable but rude staff. Most products are overpriced and not unique to store. I was willing to pay more to support small business, but biggest issue was staff encounter which ruined possible sale.

They sold me a can opener which didnt work, and when I came back to return it, they informed me they dont do returns. Really? Luckily this was a cheap item - if I had bought one of their extraordinarily expensive items which didnt end up working, Id really be out of luck.

We go to EcoMountain for our soap and we buy something else every time. Love this store.

Its taken me since Saturday to calm down. I would give them substars for the owners custome service.I have been a customer since they opened. Not only have I spent well excess of $1000 dollars with puchasing just small stuff ( nothing over $50) but have spread the word about how great this store is to all my friends and family. It HAD BEEN the go to store for any kind of a gift I needed.WOW WAS I TREADTED BADLY BY THE MALE OWNER!!!!!I purchased a replacement diffuser for the one I had gotten less than a year ago. When I got home to unpackage it the electrical and the base of it were not there. I returned the next day after having talked with the nice young male employee and he said no problem bring it back and we will get you another. No such luck. I was basically accused of tampering with the package and returning it. When i confronted him he said basically yes. He was not going to give me a replacement one - period.I told how much I had spent with his store and he said he didnt have any records of me even purchasing the broken diffuser. HE WAS RUDE, AND JUST DARN RIGHT MEAN.BUYERS BE WARD!!!!!
