Stopped by for some ice cream while exploring downtown Denver this past weekend. I ordered the lemon pie, but they were out. My second choice was also out, so third time was the charm. Had the tiramisu and it was very good. Taste was on point!

The best gelato Ive had in Colorado, hands down. Great customer service and flavor variety. Love the location, too. I would come back again!

Quality/flavor of gelatos was below average. Absolutely no social distancing for their line. People shoving past to look at the case and being completely surrounded by everyone standing in line. Pandemic or not it was ridiculous.

This place is terrible. Their Businesses strategy must be lets hire some high teenagers to cut down on labor costs.

So I am not an ice cream lover like at all. I might eat it once in a year. I saw that place had pretty low reviews so I decided to contribute and say that many people are weird while judging food or sweets. I have eaten gelatos in Italy and I know how taste is different. I was happy with the service,with price. Got single scoop on a waffle cone and it was delicious. It was so big that me and my little pup shared a bite and I still couldnt finish it. So all I can say is that place is nice and icecream was tasty. Keep up good job

Consider myself a bit of a gelato connoisseur after living in IT for a few years. Not sure if I caught them on a bad day or if this is how it normally tastes but this is not gelato. I’m still not sure what I just ate. It’s a pretty nice station in Milk Market but I would avoid until their recipes are revamped.

Gelato was meh - and way overpriced with meager scoops.

The soft serve is good but the employee was rude. I asked for a soft serve and it was served in a cup, so i asked to buy a cone with the intention to make an up side down ice cream. But the employee took it as i wanted ice cream in a cone instead so he threw the ice cream cup into the trash can violently which scared me and all the customers around.On top of that, my soft serve looks like poop because that employee has no idea how to squeeze it. Really bad experience.

So bomb! I had the Cookie Monster Gelato. It had peanut butter, chocolate chip cookie dough and is delicious. Great customer service, Id come here again.

Didn’t taste like traditional gelato (wasn’t as rich nor overwhelmingly full of an egg flavor). Nonetheless, the waffle cone flavor is outstanding. I loved it and would go out of my way to get this particular flavor again.

Took a while to find but worth the walk.my friend got the espresso and I got the dragon fruit. The espresso was perfect texture and tasty. The dragon fruit was extremely strong like a really good strong. I recommend getting a small for the dragon fruit and taking little bites for the best experience.

This is not gelato. Very low quality ice cream or whatever it is they serve. It tasted like it had been left uncovered in the freezer for days and it was way too sweet. My husband and I couldn’t even finish half of ours. And we love sweets. Don’t waste your time or money.

I did not even have a chance to judge the taste of the soft serve, as I was handed a cone that could have been eaten in two bites by a child. It cost $4.50... Shocked I asked is this really $4.50? The poorly trained worker went to check the price and assured me that this is how much I was about to spend on a tiny ice cream cone. Needless to say 9 of us took our business elsewhere and enjoyed ice cream at Union Station for a reasonable cost.

Great Gelato, great recommendations for combinations. Soft serve was out so had to get gelato...not a let down and didnt disappoint. Great spot in the milk market.

Over-priced and with very little flavor. Did not taste like it was homemade at ALL.

“Gelato” was basically flavorless and extremely overpriced for the approximately half scoop the server was able to get on the scooper after about 5 tries.

Shockingly bad. This icy mess is not gelato. It’s not creamy, it’s way too cold, and the flavors are cloyingly sweet. Family of four and three of us didn’t even finish ours. (Do you realize how bad the ice cream has to be for me to leave a bad review?! Jeeeeez.)

Very icy taste. Definitely too expensive for the low quality of Gelato. Would not recommend.

Nice place but was very busy food was good

Its ok. Not great not bad. I tried about 8 different flavors and all the gelatos tasted the same with different additions added into them. i.e. Cookies and Cream, chocolate chip cookie dough, mint chocolate chip. I landed on mint chocolate chip but theres not much flavor in it. I asked if maybe they put the incorrect batch where mint chocolate chip was meant to be. They said I had the correct one. They just dont add mint extract or artificial flavors (good thing!) and they use actual mint leaves to give the essence of mint.It was tasty, but it really didnt have any mint flavor or essence.

Ice cream and gelato were mediocre. Service was not friendly.

Terrible gelato. Pumpkin was overpowered with cardamom and the birthday cake tasted freezer burned.

Rip off for boozy milkshakes, only 1oz of liquor. Go to Grand Central instead
