Very disappointed will not go there again. Was told as a trade student they would give a hand to help get gear needed by them and the school. Every time I go in they do not give me a discount and when confronted tell me it’s too late sorry. Very disappointed

Been going there a long time even when it was linweld I run a shop out east here and they are convenient for me to get to plus they have been really good to me prices are fair for a guy trying to make a liveing I appreciate you guys us guys out east here appreciate your kindness and Id give ya 10 stars if I could thanks for bein there for us

They once had me wait 2 hours to fill my tank.I walk in and this guy was talking to his buddy for 30 minutes before helping me. I only come to this store when Im desperate and the other welding supply stores take too long to get too

I have never been treated so poorly by someone in customer service/sales. I stopped by looking to purchase a welder and some other tools. They were all out of the catalogs and then they said they didn’t sell the tools I was looking for, to go try Walmart. When I share my experience with other welders they say they’ve received the same treatment. Guess I’m glad it wasn’t just me. I will never step foot in this place again!!

Best place in Denver to fill tanks ... have purchased from a few of the other locations around town but the service, knowledge, and promptness is far above the other shops. I had arc issues with a package of tungsten and it was easily exchanged. It seems their prices are better too. If its a downside - I wish they were open a few hours on saturdays.

I have a welding machine I purchased from this location. I have only used it twice. It has been a year since i bought it. In that time it has been in repair for 8 months. The first couple times I called to check the status they couldnt locate my machine, and or didnt know which one was mine. I have called numerous more time they always reply with MY TECH IS STILL WAITING FOR THE PARTS. I am very disappointed in the service. I have gone to this location for all my welding needs. Lets see how much longer I have to wait for my welding machine to be done.

Ive been here 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Once to buy a tank of gas, once to buy mig wire, and then again to fill the tank back up after a weekend of welding. Im new to this and Im a hobbiest/DIY and these guys were always helpful. I called around and their prices on gas were actually lower or on par with everyone else in the metro area. (AirGas was ridiculous by the way). First tank fill was half off as well, which no one else around offered. This is now my go-to LWS shop.
