Called Bulbs Plus looking for an semi-exotic bulb for aging fixtures and after some picture exchanges was told that they had similar bulbs they could provide and quoted me a price for those bulbs (average priced) and I thought that was it.BUTa day later... I got an unexpected call from them and they had run down the exact bulb that i needed and found them for an amazing price...Most shops would have just moved on from the exchange and let me purchase something that was adequate but not exactly what I needed/wanted.Cant say enough how that extra effort represents their attitude regarding customer service.A local shop that deserves your business.
