Rate highly because of the exceptionally friendly owner. Hes happy to see me everytime I come in, remembers me regardless of how long its been, and inquires about the family. A fine selection of most everything one might need from a friendly neighborhood liquor store.

Went to this store earlier tonight and was denied service because I didnt look like my ID. My ID is four years old, and yes- Ive gained weight since then, I was wearing glasses (that I didnt need then), and was soaking wet from taking trash out to a dumpster in the rain after the shift I had just ended. The guy behind the counter humiliated me in front of a line of guests and after asking countless questions (including seeing if my other cards had the same name on them) asked to see my signature. I knew it was over then because my signature has constantly changed in the past four years and I couldnt remember what it started as originally.I was denied service and kicked out. When I literally had MY I.D. and provided him with all the info he asked for without protest.I would give a zero, but I guess I dont have that option. Capitol Liquors will not have even the prospect of my service again.

The man who OWNS this store is nice but see the dougla woman who tried to charge me $4 on NYE for champagn that was maked at 10.99?? she is rude, has no customer service and lost her store about $50. thats why ya crappy ass liq store was full with bottles and NO CUSTOMERS ON THE BUSIEST HOLIDAY OF THE YEAR!
