DIA, concourse B - fantastic service and easy to shop for items / pick them up when traveling. The whole team there has been terrific to me on number of occassions.

It was just my luck that the strap on my bag broke mid-trip. I ducked into this location hoping they would have a similar tote, and while the sales rep wasnt able to help me find what I was looking for, it wasnt for lack of trying.
