I absolutely love going to the FedEx Cherry Creek North location to do all my shipping. The staff is friendly, the store is clean and its conveniently located with complimentary parking! I have to give a huge shout out to Marc, who always goes above and beyond to ensure that my packages are shipped out on time! I missed the overnight cut-off today and Marc went out of his way to make sure my package was entered quickly in the system and even walked my package out to the van to ensure that it made it on the truck! Hes awesome! I highly recommend this FedEx location for all your shipping needs!

Marc provided excellent customers service during the visit. She helped my sister with the printing material. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Not only was he helpful, but he was also empathetic and took every opportunity possible to improve our experience.

Stay with me you’ll want to hear this! My boyfriend bought a beautiful gift of jewelry from California. The size was wrong and we needed to next day air return it. The package was supposed to arrive by 10am. By the evening when it was not returned we were concerned. The package tracking was in Nashville Tennessee. Days later Honolulu Hawaii. At this point we were negotiating with the jeweler to bare with us as the package was supposed to be returned w/in a week. After several attempts to track this package down, fed ex finally admitted that the label was in Honolulu but the package was not. The package was lost and only insurable for a fraction of the cost. We have found it very strange that the store that requires to know what’s in your package also wasn’t able to deliver a package anywhere, just a label. The fed ex employees may be on to a super lucrative scheme to make some money on the side while leaving the customer to dealWith the lousy fedex customer service team to try and reconcile the “mistake”

This location smelt like someone dumped a gallon of vintage Avon perfume had to wait for someone to even approach me to then ask and have to keep on asking the attendant behind the counter if they would help me. I had to ask for a receipt as well. I have disabilities and understand hiring those with them but not to the point you have to remind them to do their job or if they arent wearing their hearing aids ect ..Will not come here again

In the middle of a long trip, I took a suitcase and assorted miscellaneous items to send home. Marc was super friendly and helpful in packing our loose items in an efficient way. The whole experience was very easy and positive.

I go way back with this place. Okay, not this place that is here exactly, but with this place when it was around the corner and called Kinko’s. I spent a lot of time photocopying art here (or there, if you prefer). I used the color copier, back when it was expensive and a relatively rare indulgence. I bought fancy cardstock papers and made booklets as gifts for my children, and later for my students at school. I photocopied passages or even whole chapters from rare books borrowed through Inter-Library Loan, and then went back later and used their new scanner to change them into downloadable files.Yeah, we go way back. And I miss that name “Kinko’s,” which was weird and original. FedEx Office Print & Ship Center is just impersonal and bland; boring.Where did that name come from? Kinkos began in 1970 in California, and founder Paul Orfalea used one of his own nicknames (he was known for his long, kinky hair) for the operation. This was in Santa Barbara. Twenty years and about a thousand franchise locations later, it was the early nineties, and KInkos was in Colorado. The first one I used regularly was on University Boulevard near DU. Theres a restaurant there now, of course.Kinkos was sold to FedEx in 2004 for $2.4 billion. Not bad for a California kid with long, curly hair! By 2008, the name change was underway. The business has changed as well, but its still open twenty-four hours, there are still cardstock papers and color printers, and I still use it, occasionally, as my home office. The staff at the Cherry Creek branch seems to change every six months or so, but everyone has always been polite and efficient. Kinkos was previously known for stressing employee satisfaction; perhaps that is still a part of the corporate culture.I will likely continue to patronize this business. When they get around to installing 3-D printers, Im sure Ill be there often, making gifts and finishing projects just like always!

I have used this Kinkos for years and have always had a good experience, however today was different. I walked in to use the printers and one was not in service. I was waiting to ask if the printer was actually down. There were a lot of people waiting and I was willing to wait my turn. The woman behind the print desk looked at me to help. I proceeded to ask my question when the manager interrupted her and told me to wait my turn as there were a lot of people ahead of me. He embarrassed me without any reason. Yes they were busy and he may have been stressed but he was out of line. I approached him after I was done and kindly told him he was out of line. Instead of apologizing he gave me excuses. He finally apologized after a full paragraph. I am thinking never to go back. I have always been treated very well here but man that was not the case today.

I cannot say enough good things about the kindness that I was given by the many employees who helped me today. I needed to print handouts for the memorial of a close friend, and being that I became unemployed this week I had limited options as far as paying for quality. These gracious people printed my items at the highest quality possible, as quickly as possible, and adjusted so that it was within my price range. Im truly touched by their kindness and understanding of a tough situation. They extended their condolences while remaining professional. I cant thank them enough.

Had the pleasure of dealing with a man with a bunch of tattoos that was very unpleasant he said that theyre going to stop taking packages right at 5:00 for that days delivery but the truck wasnt even there yet he said that I needed to be there before 4:30. In my line of work sometimes thats not possible because Im very busy. try being a little nicer and having some customer service next time. Be a little more understanding to peoples schedules not everybody has the same needs I usually dont have a problem with FedEx and I go to a lot of them in my line of business but this was a pretty poor visit. Hate to be a Karen but I thought you should know.

Had a weird situation where a supplier had double shipped 8 tires to me. These folks out of 3 other locations got me taken care of no problem! Great customer service! Especially the gentleman who helped me. Marc? Wish I 100% remembered his name

I have never written a negative review before but this experience garners it. I asked for help at the front desk when trying to print a document and was met with an audible sigh, eye roll, a brusque demeanor, and just overall rudeness. It turns out I was using the wrong service on the computer. It also looks like I used the wrong service in general. I will not be returning to this location after that encounter.

I went to this location in November 2020 because it’s my neighborhood FedEx. I was shipping an expensive iMac I sold to a friend at a very discounted rate to help this new family out. FedEx packaged the Mac, keyboard and mouse in-store, with their own materials. It arrived at its destination a matter of days later in a different box, no peanuts inside; the box could’ve got a refrigerator, it was so big. The corners were crumpled, bubble wrap destroyed. The computer was shattered. It’s now February 2021 a FedEx has my broken property and my money - and I have yet to have my insurance claim resolved. I insured my merchandise and FedEx employees packaged everything at the Cherry Creek North location. Beware consumer, the manager at this location was the most unhelpful, condescending and woefully inept corporate employee I’ve ever dealt with. He spoke down to me on multiple locations, even though none of this is not my fault. I did everything right. Corporate has passed me off to multiple employees as well, giving me incorrect phone numbers, promises of calls back, etc - to no avail. I’m now dealing with a woman named Hope Iverson at corporate. I have been told multiple times my checks are in the mail. This is absurd. FedEx has had photographic and video evidence since date of receipt. Furthermore, my claim was filed in the store that very day on a FedEx computer. I’m out over $1,000 and days of my time. Beware of this location. Choose any other packaging and shipping business; better yet - spend your money with a locally owned business. FedEx has completely dropped the ball and passed the buck with a once very loyal patron of this location. I will be sharing this review far and wide. Caveat emptor, all. This location needs a serious overhaul. Do not trust your valuables or belongings to FedEx - learn from my mistake. FedEx obviously has zero intent of honoring their contractual promise to me and I’m out far too much time and money. Terrible.*update..... as of 3/1/2021 I still have not been reimbursed one penny by FedEx. I am still continuing to deal with their failure.

These two staff members this morning (Larry and another) saw me in line, obviously with a box & shipping label ready but allowed this lady to go before me in line & totally ignored and seemed to not even acknowledge me from the time I came in to when I asked about if I already had a label if I had to still wait (he gruffly said you can leave it right there if you like)Im really not one to bring up race, but unfortunately I do believe this was a factor. I think people were right about Cherry Creek area smh. An F in customer service is what yall get. The one on Colorado Blvd was much better & they gave better acknowledgment AND customer service, yall can take some notes from them.

Today I walked into this store in hopes of printing my resume for a job interview I had this morning. I was quickly greeted by a sales associate (wish I had gotten his name) who said it would be much easier to just email the document (also saved me the $0.39 per minute to use the computer) and handed me a business card with the email address listed. While sending my email I was greeted by Keith who kindly and thoughtfully helped me choose the perfect paper and directed me to the folder section to present my resume. It was such a great overall experience and they have locked in my business for the future. Being kind is best and can be hard to find in the service industry, but my experience today at FedEx has reaffirmed my faith.

We had a big rush job of presentation books that needed printing & binding. Jordan, Ryan and the team went above and beyond to get our books done in time. We only communicated via phone and email, but their responsiveness and attention to detail let me rest easy that the job was in good hands. Will gladly use their services again.

I have used this location to print multiple large documents, on three separate occasions, up to 186MB and had nothing but excellent service. Kaila has been extremely helpful every time I have used the store. She has answered any questions I have had and expedited my printing greatly. I went in around 8pm in a somewhat stressed and foul mood. DeShawn helped me with a smile on his face, and made the whole process easy and, dare I say it—enjoyable. I was out in a matter of minutes and was incredibly pleased with his kindness and efficiency.

An employee told me I was able to bring in my own paper to print my cards on. The paper selection they had “in house” wasn’t appropriate for what I needed. I went out, bought my own paper, and after bringing it back, a woman named Kaila had multiple issues on multiple printers. She ended up wasting multiple sheets of the paper I printed and when I asked what our options were she told me “you basically have zero options.” Not okay in a customer-service based industry. I won’t be back.

I had been there a few times to print stuff from my computer and send package. Generally, it is not very crowded so it is easier to get things done w/o waiting too much. Staff are nice n helpful. Parking is easy n location is also easy to find n convenient. I like it.

I needed to print out a large pdf (textbook for a class) and figured this place would be as good as any. My expectations were fulfilled and some. Eric greeted me as soon as I walked in, and set about to the task right away. Throughout the process of printing my textbook, I noticed that he personally greeted each customer that came in, directing them to the appropriate counter or staffer or asking them to kindly wait, that he would be with them as soon as possible. Maybe they started reading the poor reviews found elsewhere here. Whatever the case, service was as good as it could be.

Marc helped me and made a stressful move a lot less stressful. He was calm and so helpful. Amazing service!

This place is always busy no matter what time of the day. Usually have great customer service. Always a solid 4 stars. My packages always arrive when they are supposed to so thats awesome!

I first started coming to this location back in 2003 when I didnt own a computer and would use theirs for the fee. Then eventually I bought a computer and would still return to this location to make photo copies or fax documents because they were always so helpful, like a small town shop.In the last several years they have really changed. Yes, as one reviewer noted, they took out several copiers which makes no sense at all.Their customer service is so lacking and Ill tell you just one of the experiences I had there in the last year. I had to fax something and so I brought it to this location. I honestly do not recall how to use a fax machine as it has been over 15 years that I had any kind of job where I had to use it. I looked around for someone to ask for help. There was a young woman there, and I asked her. She abruptly pointed to the machine and told me to just dial the number and stick the document in the machine. I wanted to know if I should dial a 1 first as it was a long distance number and she treated me like it was a pain for her to answer. I had to repeat myself several times in asking for an answer to a simple question. I also had to ask her several times which direction to place the document, face up or face down. She gave me the hardest time just pulling that answer out of her and I spoke up loudly and made my dissatisfaction known around me about this womans poor customer care and all the other customers around me looked at me as if I was the one with the problem. No, WE AS A HUMAN RACE HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM, because we have accepted it as common place to be treated like crap.

I came in to get a portfolio re-printed the morning of an interview because a different print shop had made a mistake and didnt have time to print a new copy for me. The staff was very helpful, especially Emily and Alla, in under 30 minutes I had a spiral bound portfolio and was ready for my interview! And the price was very reasonable, $10 less than a quote from another shop.

I came in to get address printed on 3 envelopes. After waiting in line, the associate said they couldnt help me. I ended up having to pay $5 for the pleasure as they also dont validate parking for the garage theyre connected to. I went over to ups next where they were friendly and willing to help in any way they could. I will never be back to this fedex.

Pretty hit or miss service.I called ahead with all my files in hand and asked the best way to print my project. The person give me an email address and said it was the simplest way to go. They explained the steps, I took them and came in to print my things. I just spent 30minutes waiting for them to “receive” my docs. The attendant kept asking if I was using data or WiFi, but completely ignored the fact that the files sent from my laptop were showing up in my sent box on my phone. Once we got that cleared up they started down this wild path of theories on how my files were incompatible with the fedex system because I used a Mac to create them... this went on. No matter how many farcical tech excuses I dispelled the helper kept churning out more. I’m leaving now, an hour spent, and no printed materials.

The staff was very friendly, patient and efficient. The facilities were clean, including the restroom. I used this location to ship a package and for their printing services. I did not have to wait long to be helped and they completed the jobs in half the time I had anticipated. I gave 5 stars because I could not offer any suggestions to improve this transaction. The free internet is slow but I did not come here to stream Netflix. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

If you can, always have Unique help you. She gets things right, and she has the patience of a saint. My experience with the other staff has been mediocre compared with how Unique gets the job done.

I had issues with printing out labels because of the template that I used. Two of the staff members helped me fix my issues and let me know that I only had to pay for the sheets that I approved of. I had a great experience and the ladies were kind and patient.

Wanted to print in a large format and the large plotter because a printhead wasn’t ordered, just unprepared for mundane maintenance issues. What’s the point of 24 hours then.

This is the worst FedEx Ive been in. 3 people milling around in the back while 3 more were working through their customers and the line of 8 behind me. As a FedEx account holder, I just needed to drop off and get a receipt. 1st and last time Ill use this FedEx location.

Even if I had to drive 100 miles to get to the next kinkos/Fedex I would drive to the next one. Dont even stop here. They are rude, do not know how to use the equipment and apparently have no care for customer service. We had a special order that was needed and since no one knew how to use the equipment we had to keep calling until someone who thought they might know how to use the equipment was in. Even after this person helped us, they said they would not be able to get to it until the next day and took our number. Unfortunately they lost the file and did not have the courtesy to call. When I called back there was no apology, he just blamed it on the computer and said that the number was lost, both in the computer and the sheet of paper he wrote it down on. While there are mistakes that can be made they have happened too many times at this location. If you dont come in with everything done yourself, except having to fax or copy something that could not possibly be screwed up. Do NOT go here. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere with employees who know how to use the equipment.

I havent been in this place yet, and thats the problem. This is in the middle of the cherry creek mall which is almost nearly impossible to find parking for not to mention they now require you to pay for parking. After 10 minutes of driving around I gave up on finding a spot.

They were quick and friendly when I needed a book bound.

They got rid of almost all of their copiers!!! There are only 3 left and they are always being used and always a line. WHY oh WHY did you do this!! The copier guy asked if he could help and hesitantly I said yes I need a black and white copy and he gave me a color one, I needed specifically a Xerox copy for the toner!! UGH such a waste of time!

Very rude customer service. Dismissively replied they they were out of 4x6 photo paper. Disdainful response to our inquiry about printing a large photo on canvas.

I ordered flyers which I was told would arrive in 7 days. I called 7 days later and was told it would come in the following day. I called the following day and was told it would come the day after. Ill try again tomorrow but wouldnt recommend using the fedex at this location.
