I came in with my family to purchase clothes for family pictures! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Mari helped us so much and even saved us some bucks while helping us shop from their 2nds section. She was incredibly patient and helpful especially since she spoke Spanish well and thats all my mom understands! The rest of the staff was also super welcoming and nice! You can tell this isn’t a place that pays by commission like some of these other western stores because their customer service is genuine. We will for sure be back. If you are looking for a place to shop incredible deals and awesome customer services definitely check them out! :)))

This place really needs to update websites and the front door on times and days they are open. The website says they are open everyday 11-6pm. The door says the are open 10-6pm daily. I am here on a Monday and guess what... They are closed. It should not be that hard to update store hours and days of operations. Not sure I will continue shopping here.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I purchased jeans from the website. They were shipped separately. I only received 1 pair. I notified customer service and 6 days later I still have no response!!!!! No jeans and No refund. We will never purchase another item that is in anyway connected to Cinch. Terrible customer service!!!!!

Great western outlet store. The store was very clean and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. They have the largest assortment of synch clothing to choose fromAnd also some markdowns and irregular clothing to choose from in the back. The pricing on the new apparel is comparable to other stores and the markdown and irregular clothing in the back is priced fair. I highly recommend you come and check out the cinch factory store.

Best place to buy jeans for my family!! Some times the selections are limited but I dont hold the business responsible for that. I have 3 guys who are picky about their jeans, how they fit and even the color. However, we would like to see some big and tall clothes for fluffier people that are tall. Lastly, the cinch warehouse has never disappointed us. We always find something to buy for one or all of us! And you cant beat the prices!

Typically a factory store/outlet store has much h cheaper prices than a store like pennys or Macys. Not here plus why dont u have bigger sizes? U cant tell me that there is no heavy cowboy type people... limited 2x and hardly any 3x shirts. We wont be back plus its pretty hard to find the store... looks like a prison complex with the chain link fence

I usually love Cinch Factory and drive out of my way from Northern CO to get my favorite jeans there but have now had 2 terrible experiences. Last weekend when I requested for an employee to look in the back for the size of my jeans the 2 girls argued in front of me of who would go look. Im convinced she just walked back there without looking. I went again this weekend and one of the same girls was working and she seems to hate her job. She has a terrible unprofessional attitude and I avoided asking her for any help. They also never have my size of jeans after making multiple requests. Bums me out because I cant find them anywhere.

Always find a great deal on my Dress Shirts there. Dont always find exactly what Im looking for then and there, but have never walked out disappointed.

Staff was rude about military discount. My husband is a veteran and has been out for awhile. Doesnt carry military card but had on Marine cap necklace and I also wear Marine necklace. They wouldnt give him a discount.
