Absolute delight! Chocolate covered strawberries are real gourmet

I didnt realize the lobby was closed when I arrived, so I called the phone number on the door. The woman who answered was so friendly! She took my order and designed a beautiful bouquet in only 15-20 minutes and brought it out to me. Thank you for helping me on such short notice!!

Terrible customer service. I had an expensive order being delivered and the person receiving the order wasn’t home. The delivery driver called me and told me that they will try again the following day. Come to find out they never sent it out with the driver the next day and told me my options are to come and pick it up or cancel the order for a refund. But I still don’t get refunded the ridiculous delivery fee?!

Employees were not wearing masks, were in the middle of a pandemic. I called and got hung up on. Signs outside are unclear. The fruit was good though.

Had a large order ready for pick up in two hours. A different location said they needed at LEAST a day Was both delicious and looked great! Friendly customer service

Terrible experience at this location 4779 Transit Rd Depew, New YorkKaylee the manager was not professional and customer service and product was just as badOrder was not delivered on the day was ordered for. I was told would be delivered between 12p&2p the next day but was not delivered until 6p and the product did not look anything like pictured, looks like it was thrown together 😡Kaylee the manager refused to give me corporate information, she told me to look it up online !!Unacceptable the way I was treated !! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!

NEVER GOING BACK HERE. super rude customer service from this location at the front desk. They didn’t deliver my food same day (I ordered at 12pm) made only 1 attempt to call which I missed and then tried to say it was my fault it wasn’t delivered when I bring it to their attention today and the rude woman on the phone decided that she won’t deliver it anymore (I have to pick it up) and that no deliveries are going out today. Basically she’s too lazy to deliver it and was chomping on food while talking to me. Finally they offered me a refund. What a disgrace. Never this location ever again.

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I ordered a bouquet from the hospital for my fiancée to pick up and they were so rude to her that she left in tears. Thank you for ruining my Valentine’s Day

Im usually not the type of person to take the time out of my day and write a review but Im in disbelief with the customer service I received at the Transit Rd location. I decided to stop in on my lunch break to see what they had to offer with no wait time. The worker I had an issue with was an older woman heavy set and extremely RUDE. she had an attitude since the time I walked through the door. She took a good 5 minutes to actually come up front and greet me but the best part is she took that long to acknowledge me because she was talking on her cell phone and I only include this because she had it on speaker!! Imagine waiting upfront on limited time and having to stand there and twiddle your thumbs while waiting because an employee is having a conversation on the phone. When she finally got up front I had asked her what options I had that I could take with me to go.. To make it short she basically said whatever you can see with your eyes is all they had to offer. I stop in quite a bit and the fruit is always delightful but I really cant stand this womans attitude. She also toldme if I wanted something made up, I couldnt receive it that same day even if I were to wait or come back after work (this was never a problem for me before with other employees who work there). Seems like laziness to me.. All in all I love this location and the freshness of their products but she turned me off completely. Not sure if Ill be back anytime soon. Terribly disappointed Edible. Noted that I also did call corporate to place a complaint on this woman NOT this establishment. Like I previously stated I dont do this type of thing often but when I do thats how you know I had a very bad experience. Sorry not sorry.

I had the most wonderful experience ordering on line from Edible Arrangements. My order was to be picked up on Sunday morning. I was called into work unexpectedly though and went to the shop to tell the salesperson that I would be picking up on Monday, instead. She said that 12 noon would be fine for Monday. It was that easy.

When I walked in I was greeted by the most pleasant staff. They asked how could they make my day a little sweeter. What a great way to start, it made me feel welcome. Excellent experience placing an order for a friend and the delivery and quality was fantastic.

Stopped in at random with my mom and a couple friends while waiting to get our nails done next door. Girl up front that helped me i believe her name was Clarissa.. (excuse me if Im wrong) was super friendly and super helpful. Seeing as how weve never actually been to an Edible Arrangements store there was endless options and so many yummy treats to pick from! She was such a great help and definitely put a smile on all of our faces and on top of it all, we all left with a yummy box of chocolate covered fruit to share! 5/5 stars hands down!!! Keep up the great work!

Placed an order last minute for same day pick up and I must say I am extremely impressed with the friendliness, quickness and the quality of the fruit that I got. I was honestly prepared to hear some bad news when I originally called in to see if I was able to place an order so last minute but there was absolutely no problem whatsoever. When I went to pick up my boxes I was greeted by such a nice smile upon walking through the doors. Clarissa was an excellent pleasure to talk to while picking up my order. I was completely impressed by everything at this location. On top of my order I also had to sneak a couple single pieces of chocolate covered fruit in there for the ride home... Dont tell my husband HAHA

We just placed an order via telephone and were assisted by Melissa. She was a delight to work with and had some great suggestions. As a small business owner myself I appreciate an excellent employee with fantastic customer service skills!

Edible Arrangements offers an array of fresh fruit baskets, and tasty chocolate covered treats. Edible Arrangements in Depew has been my go to store for gift giving. I have a lot of family that live out of town, and the customer service at this location always go above and beyond to make sure that not only am i picking out the best gift, but that its being sent to the correct store for proper delivery. I feel confident in using this location knowing that theyll make each experience as delightful as the last.

If I could I would give this location NO STARS! My cousin ordered my mother a order of chocolate covered strawberries for Mothers Day and they were TERRIBLE! The stems were dried out, which is a sign of the fruit not being fresh! When my mother called to complain about the order, the associate first mentioned my mother having to bring them back to the store to exchange them. Firstly, my cousin paid for them to be delivered. Secondly, what type of customer service is that? When management got on the phone, she stated they would not be able to pick them up & deliver more until Monday, which was unnaceptable! So my mother decided she would bring them back & just wanted my cousins acct credited for the order. The manager made a smart comment stating, Well maybe out fruit is not for you. Excuse me?! Bad fruit is not for anyone! This is the second year bad fruit has been delivered to my mother. Youd be better off buying strawberries & dipping them yourself. What she should have said is I apologize & I would be more than happy to make a new order for you and have them delivered ASAP since this was a Mothers Day gift. It was as if she was not concerned about the quality of the fruit coming from their establishment. Poor service on behalf of Edible Arrangements!!!

Ordered a box of mixed fruit to be delivered to my daughter in law. The fruit was so good she went back and picked one up for herself. Great place to do business

The website screwed up the delivery address for my order. It was to be a surprise for my wife. Unfortunately they decided to call her instead of me to correct the address. Good luck canceling your order they make sure you get the run around long enough to try to correct the issue. I will never use this company again.

There is nothing nice to say about this store, I have place two orders and both times there have been issues. The first time the balloon was never sent with the arrangement and unless I had asked the recipient I would never had known. Though the store did refund the cost of the balloon when I called. I thought I would give them a second chance and boy I wish I hadnt, the fruit basket sent to my father for his birthday had fruit that was no longer good in the arrangement, the grapes were soggy and the chocolate covered strawberries had a smell to them. Contacted customer service a week ago and have yet to hear back. Steer clear of this store!

Not very happy with the workers there. They use your credits cards for there own personal use.The Fruit Baskets are soggy. The Chocolate Cover Strawberries had some kind of Bitter taste to it.
