FANTASTIC work. My wife got in an accident and I knew exactly who to call. They came to our house to get her car, they helped her get a rental car set up, they REFUSED TO USE CHEAP PARTS and replaced everything with brand new parts and they also got Nissan to price match and cover the parts! I cannot recommend them enough. We have had our Armada back for about a week now and somehow it drives BETTER than when it went into the shop. Also, something happened during the whole process where the windshield cracked and we got a brand new windshield on the house. I brought my 79 C10 SCOTTSDALE to ICS collision center in Derby, KS after being done wrong at cheated by a different body shop in Mulvane, KS. What really stood out about ICS Collision Center was the professional way in which they do business. Both Tyson and James where extremely helpful in explaining everything it would take to fix the rust that was covered up by the previous body shop. They took before pictures of the whole truck and called me later that week. Between them and their painter Nate they found more things that needed fixed. The biggest difference for me is that they called me and discussed it with me before fixing anything, and where as upfront as possible with the price. considering it was a restoration project. The truck came out looking better than new and i will be recommending them to everyone at car shows.

James and his team did an excellent job on our Honda Accord. They were able to bring it back to life and we are still driving it today. The costs came in so close to the actual estimate and that was a big relief.

Had a rock from the road chip the windshield in our brand new Sienna. The folks at ICS attempted to repair, but with the location of the chip, it didn’t work out. So it had to be replaced, they did a great job! Worked out all of the details with my insurance company. All I had to do was sign the authorization for the work to be done. The bells and whistles of the Lane Detection and radar cruise all still work as expected after replacement. The fact that they did such an amazing job replacing the windshield ensuring it was done to factory specs, ensured I would have zero issues with it. After picking it up and heading down the road everything worked like it should! They even did some detail work on it when they were done. Above and beyond! Will go back again to them if we ever need there services in the future!

My first experience was with my 1973 Satellite Custom, the battery exploded and sprayed acid all over the inside engine compartment.Since this car is all original with just 42,045 milse, I was a little bit skeptical because James had just taken over the repair shop. Well it was one of the best moves that I let James and his people repair my car and some other areas, it came out more than perfect, all the paint was matched where it needed and faded into the original paint where you could not even see where they came together. Lots and lots of excellentcomments on how great my car looks. I won the Blacktop National with this very same car.After such a good experience with James and his crew, I had to take a 2011 KIA that I got from my granddaughter, who is entering college this fall. I had a 2012 Dodge Avenger that I switched with her because the KIA was a salvage car, plus my granddaughter made a turn to sharp and crunched the rear door and forced the front door forward, so it did not match up to the body when she hit the yellow pole, protecting an electrical box. James got on his computer and checked the salvage yards to see if he could find the doors to match, lucky he found two that matched the exact color, that were in good shape. We used those doorsand not only did James fix them perfect, he saved me money by not having to paint both doors.I would give ICS a 15 on a scale of 10 because they are working for me, the customer!!

My car was stuck by a drone earlier this year. The person who struck my vehicle insisted I go to a large and well known repair shop in Wichita who would give him a discount because they were their sponsor. It took me forever to get an appointment with said shop, and I had to wait hours for assistance after I arrived for the estimate. Following the estimate, they were always too busy to repair my car, or had some excuse as to why they couldnt return my calls.Fortunately, a friend recommended ICS to me. I gave James a call and was able to set up an appointment for an estimate with no issue. James was excellent in communication and the estimate took a matter of minutes from beginning to end. They even took me on a tour of the facilities while I was there. After receiving the estimated repair price from ICS, I discovered it was roughly half of the discounted price from the aforementioned shop.I was able to set up an appointment with ICS and my car was returned to me less than 48 hours later. They did a wonderful job, paint match is exact, and you cant tell the vehicle was damaged. Furthermore, ICS went above and beyond by repairing a few other scratches that were not from the drone and could have been easily ignored. My car was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off--inside and out had been vacuumed and washed--and the customer experience was one of a kind. You can tell the entire ICS team truly cares about their customers and they are very affordable. I would highly recommend them for any repair!

I was Passing through, my vehicle was broken into overnight staying at a hotel.These guys were open early, took me in, vacuumed out All the glass, patched my window and got me back on the road in 10 Minutes. I hope my case is unique, however I cant believe that a local business would treat any potential customers of their hometown this poorly.My friend and I had extensive hail damage to our cars after a spring hail storm, so we took our cars to ICS for an estimate. They brought out a specialist, stating it was no cost to do so. My friend took the estimate and the car home to review, however they asked me to sign a release form allowing them to work on my car as part of the estimate. I didnt think anything about the paperwork, there were no obligatory statements on the document, and took my car home after the estimate.Later that week I got a call from my insurance agent asking me to meet him at ICS. Turns out the office manager claimed that because I signed a form allowing them to work on my car she then has the legal right to fix the car and bill my insurance. She threatened to call the police because of her alleged legal right, lied to my face and lied about what I signed and didnt sign, and tried to manipulate me into completing the estimate on ICS property where they could then charge me storage fees on top of the $3200 they wanted to bill me. I was fortunate that my insurance agent called her out on her lies, and that ICS decided to be more cooperative only after the threat of prosecution was brought up. They finally agreed to give me a copy of the paperwork I had signed after also giving me a $1000+ bill for the free estimate that was entirely free for my friend.My insurance agent worked out the bill with the shop and I didnt have to pay it out of my pocket. Unlike what was claimed by ICS there is no obligation to have a car fixed if they do an estimate on your car. Having this group lie to me and claim otherwise, lie to me so I would incur extra fees and fines, and charge hundreds of dollars for a free service just to spite me for not wanting to have my car fixed there is intolerable.I refuse to take my business here now and at any point in the future, and encourage everyone reading to do the same as well.

Had some minor dent repair done here and I absolutely made the right choice! It came out flawlessly, it was cheap, and the customer service was personable and speedy! They even went the extra mile in touching up other areas of my car without added cost. I couldn’t be more pleased

Do not take your car here, the fact they have good reviews literally SHOCKS ME! I would not be surprised if they were fabricated.If you want to be forced to haul your vehicle to another shop to do the work they cant/wont, then by all means, waste your money here. But if you want good work done, look elsewhere. This shop is hot garbage.

ICS Collision Center helped us with major body repairs to our E350 shuttle bus. First, if is so difficult to fink a reputable company that is able to make repairs to a vehicle of this size, however they were not only capable, but they did an outstanding job. The communication throughout the process was impeccable, and the shuttle was delivered to us looking better than it has since we bought it brand new. ICS Collision Center and James Wilson went above and beyond, taking care of every detail and the customer service ranks in the top, which speaks volumes, as I deal with contractors and vendors on a daily basis. My old pearl white Acura was so damaged after I had a fender bender. I was so heart broke, while the car was old and had a lot of miles it was in mint condition. Ive been looking for the right pin stripes for my M2 for a couple years. I had no luck through several BMW dealers, James took the time to locate the stripes. ICS had repaired our 2016 Nissan Rogue after it had been rear-ended by a big box truck during an ice storm. The repair was excellent but a year and a half later (last month), my daughter noticed that the bumper cover had come loose. I called ICS thinking the heat had caused it to pop loose. They asked us to bring the car in. It turned out that someone had hit the car and that is why it came loose. ICS took the time to snap the bumper cover back into place and sent us on our way no-charge. Great customer service, before, during, and after, the repair!The ICS Collision Center did a fabulous job on my 2016 Nissan Pickup. They matched the dark metallic blue paint perfectly and they used the best paint available in the industry. I couldnt be happier and they did work much faster than I had expected. I hope I never get in another accident but, if I do, Ill be going to ICS Collision Center!

I have a 1967 Chevelle that was getting worked on at another shop. That shop was cutting corners on my restoration. I pulled my car from that shop and brought it to ICS. Great people. We had a van needing repaired after a client backed into it. The clients insurance company (Geico) was horrible to deal with.
