I love shopping at this Target! They always have the cutest party supplies. I also like buying my pet stuff here, too. As well as fun t-shirts from the clothing section. The cashiers are friendly. The staff is helpful. They are always well stocked. When Covid is going on, they make sure to sanitize their carts in between users. That definitely make me feel better when shopping.

Its a Target just like any other Target around; generally well stocked and clean. Had issues with only one cashier working for a while but issue seems to be sorted now and lines move much faster.

I really like shopping there. Plus it was awesome getting a gift certificate for spending my money there. That sealed the deal for me to go and spend my money at target. I really enjoy and appreciate the $15 gift certificate and thank you!

This is a nice Target. It is well lit, well stocked and fun to shop in. They have quick service especially when you pick up online orders. I’m glad it is in Derby. It is especially well stocked in December and perfect for Christmas shopping.

Do not buy a Target gift card. If the access code is damaged, its a nightmare / next to impossible to get it through the 1-800 number. And the employee who works there cannot get your email right to resolve in a timely manner. Took about 30 minutes on the phone WITH the 1 800 number employee to resolve the issue.

The curbside delivery was very quick and there was minimal waiting when I arrived. I also like how i was required to show a code to verify who I was. That was a great idea!

Bought a gallon of milk and the one time I didn’t check the expiration date, it was already 5 days past the expiration date! Got home opened it up and was rotten.

I ordered a new book for drive up pickup. Initially it said that itd be 4 hours before I could pickup my book but within like 2 hours it was ready. I wasnt ready yet. My app wouldnt work when i got there but a gentlemen working there asked me if I needed help & then brought me out my book. Very polite. I cant wait to use this service again.

Everyone was friendly and when I ask a question they were prompt to answer.

I asked if they pricematch Walmart and an employee flat-out told me no. On the website theres a price match guarantee memo. I also went in before and was told that I could price match. How can you support a stingy company when they cant honor their promise.

Pretty standard Target experience. The place has always been clean and well maintained whenever Ive been there. The people have been pleasant and helpful without being pushy or intrusive. The bathroom has been clean which is always a plus and the selection there has always been what Im looking for. Not totally amazing but not bad at all.

Very clean and maintained. Dressing rooms were clean and organized. Lots of clothing sizes to choose from and employees were polite. Only down side was at check out, there were several employees standing around but only two cashiers open with lines of 5+ customers in each. Didnt seem fair to have only 2 open when there was enough traffic for 3.

I bought a stroller the other day (I have a 15 month old and a 3 month old) and had a lot of places to go to after. I didn’t want to go outside and try and set up the stroller especially with my kiddos and I was already stressed out. One of the workers named Chris helped me out! He took it out of the box and literally built it up for me. I left the store with my kiddos in the stroller. He helped me out so much and I couldn’t be more grateful!

This stores customer service is over the top. I actually am working this store for Crossmark and my husband and I are in love. I would move to Derby for this store lol. It is clean, great selection, wonderful snack area, very good prices and quality (our first purchase was some towels ...very happy) and has the most amazing customer service. I have worked since I was 12...mostly in retail. I have always felt that I had good customer service skills. This store goes the extra...each and every employee.

Its a good store awesome, but then assumed that my sister and mom were stealing things so just lost a lot of respect for this store. Other than that Id say it is still at least a 3 star store, but that really pissed me off.

Sad when the store damaged the box our TV came in and when we opened it found the the back of the TV was dented and the screen damaged. Took it back and they would only give us a gift card, this was a Christmas present with a receipt. They no long had that tv tv the price paid for it so we had to pay almost $120 to get another tv. I will never purchase big items from this store again and hope I dont receive one as a gift either.

So I get done shopping in target and decide to go get a coffee. There was a girl talking to her friend who took about 2 minutes to order, the next 5 minutes they spent joking around and talking, while I wait about 10 minutes just to order a latte, which I didn’t even end up ordering because I just walked away Not to mention, there was another employee there chatting up with her friend & goofing off as well. When the girl in front of me finally walks away from the counter, both Workers Start making their drinks, nobody even once said hello or acknowledged me, & they didn’t even care to take my order. Don’t waste your time, just go to the drive thru Starbucks across the parking lot :)

Its target they have everything. The dollar spot is a great value shop. The decor is nice. The store is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Ease of ordering and picking up.

Stayed at the nearby Kansas Star for a conference and in search of Starbucks (and a few travel items), we found this nearby Target. It was clean, the parking was ample, the staff was helpful, and there was a Starbucks at the entry. :)

Isles are not crowded and items are easy to find. A wide variety of items and good prices. Clothes are mainly for teens, do not like that.

I would not recommend his Target at all. Weve had nothing but agony every trip. This was he worst trip ever and left me having an anxiety attack. The cashier was unpleasant and the manager was as equally unpleasant. Go to the Far West Target or the one up on the East side if you want good customer service. My husband and I were treated like scammers. The ad was good through today and they tried pulling out an ad that starts tomorrow. This was so disappointing.

This is a really nice target. Friendly staff, clean, they always give my child a sticker at checkout...but theyve never offered me one. I could use a sticker.

They ALWAYS have employees available to help and they actually greet you and ASK if they can help you find anything. Its rare to find that at any store!

In and out fairly quickly. Most sale items are in stock. They lose a star due to how messy the store is first thing in the am. They need to have all thay freight off the floor before this mom goes in to shop.

Great, love the customer service I get and quality of products is wonderful.

It’s an average store, but we have never had any experience that stood out as anything special. There are never enough registers open. There have been several occasions where we’ve been pushed thru the check out as though we were an inconvenience.The cafe is subpar compared to any other Target cafe we’ve been to...not because of a lacking food menu, but because the staff seems annoyed at customers and the food is always stale or room temperature.On high notes, though, they do a great job of keeping products stocked and the bathrooms are very clean! I constantly notice employees going thru each area to clean up or properly organize the racks.

Keeps me from ever having to step foot in a Walmart again and Im grateful for it. The produce section sucks (especially compared to dillons) but I never have issues getting what I need for dinner while also doing my other shopping.

Rude employees every time I’ve been in here.

I cant say anything bad about the whole store itself but my kids were gifted 2 razor crazy cart xl. After have wed had one of them no more than 3 days the chain came off and I couldnt get it on so Sunday I called target at around 3 p.m. told them what had happened and said what do you need so I can return them. Bc they were purchased online by grandparents they couldnt accept me bringing in any of the information for them to look it up and that theyd just use my i.d. as a exchange. The go carts are 200lbs and awkward I asked several times are you sure I dont want to load them up with out being prepared, they again said not to worry. I get to the store around 4 30 and the lady named Bobby I talked to on the phone was crazy helpful even had 2 people come out and help me bc there that heavy. Bobby had told me she was a manager and shed help me and she did until some young rude manager came over and put her 2 sense in. She then told me she couldnt do anything without a receipt or transaction number I told her thats why I called ahead of time to see what I needed bc my folks had not yet gone to church then and that I was told it didnt matter bc it was privacy policy anyways and they could use my license. I asked to speak to the manager over the manager of Bobby and erikka refused to let me talk to anyone, said shed been her for x amount of years, I told her sweetie I dont care, I just want my situation resolved. She couldnt answer as to why really I was told one thing and then a different result and while I was on hold for 30 min to customer service she called the police. When they got here they listened to whatever she had said and pretty much laughed, I was still on hold and while I was on hold the police officers looked at my go cart got down on there hands and knees and fixed it and even helped me load it back into my car. Erikka was rude and very inconsiderate and even the customer service number she had given me to call they said she could have called and verified the purchase and resolved the problem on the spot! If Id of just shown up not having thouroughy talked to 2 employees who told me no big deal I wouldnt have been upset but they misinformed me and they were in the wrong and when they helped me get the go cart out of my car they caught it on my seat and put a tear through my leather heated seat!!!! I still love derby target and 98% of the employees but definitely dont care how long erikka had been a manager and dont appreciate her crappy customer service. By the way the other 2 employees were courteous and helpful I can at least tell they didnt learn from her!!!!!
