Awesome! We had a large order (6 cups), and it took about 15 minutes for it all. We didn’t at all mind waiting because the experience of watching them hand make the ice cream, roll it out, and even the conversation was fun! One of the guys even drew a dinosaur in caramel drizzle!The store itself is beautiful. It was very thoughtfully designed—lots of open space, a corner with comfy seating, areas to watch them roll the ice cream, and even work from local artists.The flavor choices are great, too! We tried Key Lime Pie, Taro, Mango, Cookies-n-Creme, and Toffee...we can’t wait to go back for several others! They even allow you to make your own flavors. The serving sizes are spot on, and the cost is very affordable at $6 a cup.Overall, we loved it!

Perfect place for an adventure out with the he kids or date night. About $6.00 a cup. But Definitely worth it. After you order they make it right there in front of you. We have never been disappointed!

So they make the ice cream from real cream and real ingredients in front of you like a Sous Chef not dipped from in buckets!!

It was okay. I had the peanut butter cup and my wife had the coconut cherry. Mine was kinda waxy, and I asked for extra peanut butter cup instead of whipped cream and didnt get it. My wifes was pretty good. Lots of flavor. I am glad to have tried it, but not sure I will be returning. The atmosphere is kind of sparse, almost clinical, not very welcoming. The staff was helpful and mostly responsive.

Delicious as always, my favorite ice cream. Wish theyd have some lower sugar or lactose free options, but I do still enjoy them on occasion anyway.

The ice cream here tastes awesome! The workers are also very nice to customers. My only problems with going here is how long orders take and theres only one size of ice cream.

I dont know what the other reviewer experienced with the workers sitting and talking, but Ive been to the Derby location and to both Wichita locations and theyre always so busy theres no way they could just sit and talk. I like the ease of just having the one size and the one price which includes tax. Additional toppings cost a little bit extra. Every flavor Ive tried has been yummy. My husband and kids love it, too. Only gave 4 stars because Ive witnessed a situation in which the gentleman taking orders greatly underestimated the time it would take for an order to be ready, by like 20 minutes, and didnt apologize. Also it does seem like they need more time to iron out the kinks in the system when it gets very busy, like they accidentally make orders out of order. Other than that, its great. I dont go unless we have time to wait. This is a unique product that takes time, and theyre not fast food, so theres going to be a wait.

It was pretty good ice cream... Clean establishment... Friendly worker... Only thing I noticed which was odd was the place seemed deserted when we arrived... Lights were on but nobody seemed to be inside... But after we walked in.. An employee walked out and helped us. Just odd cause most people would just assume its closed since no one inside... Should have employees waiting at the counter not in a back room.

Let me start off by saying they havent been open very long and they already have negative reviews but I have no idea how. They were so fantastic! Its 6 dollars no matter what you get and they have a wide variety from making your own - to their favorite combinations. Jeremy took our order and he was great! He was full of energy, made jokes, respectful, and kind. I ordered a mango ice cream and it was so delicious! It had a wonderful amount of flavor and had fresh fruit on top and inside the rolled up pieces. My experience was overall very delightful, nice clean and beautiful environment.

It was okay. Expensive. Quite a wait since its a long process to make your order. Granddaughter loved it. But she is so picky all she really got was vanilla ice cream and 2 marshmallows. Ha

This ice cream restaurant was beautiful inside and out, with a unique industrial/modern decor choice. The service provided to me was quick and timely. I was served two cups of ice cream within ten minutes after placing my order, and there were several people, at least half a dozen, inside the store already. I was pleasantly surprised with how well the ice cream tasted and how beautiful they looked. I will definitely go back and try more combinations!

This place is absolutely the best! I have found my new favorite ice cream place!! The two young men that were working when my children and I came in were so kind and welcoming I definitely will be coming back and I cant wait to try them all!!!

Great place if you have time. When I went it was pretty busy, about 13 people ahead of me, and it took about 25min to get my treat. They are really friendly and talented, the guy who made mine drew a T-rex with the caramel drizzle. All-In-All a great experience!

Walked in and was told it would be 45 min wait. I understand that it’s was busy but the main guy at the front counter was extremely rude. A total of 10 people walked out at the same time. Will never go back. To spend a total of about 50.00 dollars just for ice cream you would think they would have better customer service. Braums was extremely busy and had great customer service. Went for the 1st time. Brought my wife, 2 kids and my mother with me. It was okay. Nothing special and not worth $24+ that I spent. Tables were dirty, walls were all marked up. Not a very appealing atmosphere. The guy that serves us was nice though. Hard worker too. He was by himself. Think there was 8 people in front of us and 2 behind us. Took a little bit but he knock it out.

I just wasnt thrilled with the place. Theres 1 person rolling ice cream with a long line. The was nothing sanitary about the place. The guy never changed his gloves even after touching receipts and other things. It just wasnt anything like the place in the mall that does this.

Im torn on how I feel about this place. The concept of rolled ice cream is a fun one, and its been around overseas for a long time, so its neat to have one here in Derby. I wanted to get one of the more unique dishes on the menu, but I went in by myself to get something for both my husband and I, and he has much less adventurous tastebuds. I purchased the Gimme Smore and the French Toast to be safe. The wait time was very long for how few people were inside. At least half an hour I waited, and only 2 orders (2 dishes) were ahead of me. They were obviously training someone, so honestly, I didnt mind the wait. Other than being very beautiful to look at, it wasnt anything special, especially considering the cost. I am planning to go back one more time to get a more unique option, and if I find it especially good, I will update this review.

Ice cream is over priced, and only have one size available. I bought 4 ice creams totaling $24. The selections are pretty good, but the amount of toppings you get is ridiculous for the price. I ordered a create your own, with marshmallows as one of the toppings, which youre allowed three toppings, and was given only a single marshmallow. Even if i ordered two other toppings, i think more than one item of each topping should be given. The ice cream is okay, but nothing too special other than how its made on the cooling plate.

Simple, tasty and with a show. Not the best ice cream Ive ever tasted, but good and worth a try. Will be back for more during these hot days.

Have been two times. Both times it was really good! Yes, the wait can be a bit long and they need more seating but its new and busy. Give em a chance to settle in. Give it a try when you arent in a hurry. You will be glad you did.

I took my daughter to this place to get her a treat. We ordered one bowl of ice cream and had one person order in front of us and two people whose ice cream was in the process of being made. There were three workers on site. It took 30+ min to receive our order and it was after two people received their bowls that ordered after we did. Obviously, they are unsure of how to follow numerical order. I find that one sixth of a banana and half of one strawberry an inadequate portion to call toppings in the ice cream. With that being said, I feel theyre overpriced, and I just paid 6$ for milk which I can go to the store and get a couple gallons for that price. I didnt want to believe the reviews all over Facebook, but after my experience, I find them to be true.

For 6 dollars you get a good portion of ice cream (about the same size as a Ben and Jerrys). Quick service, chill atmosphere.

We like the ice cream and the employees are nice. Unfortunately, there is not enough seating and if more than 2 people show up at a time they are overwhelmed. Kids ended up bored, running around and getting into trouble and not having a pleasurable experience.
