Ive been using them for years and they have always gotten my packages from point A to point B and Ive shipped hundreds of items. They are usually swamped, but quickly get through the line in an efficient manor. It is easy to give companies a one star rating for an isolated experience (which I believe most of the one star reviews are for), but of the hundreds of times Ive used them, 99% of the time it has been a pleasant, good experience. More importantly, like I said before, my packages always make it to their destination and that is why I continue to use them and give them a 5-star review.

Everytime I come in here I get a friendly greeting along with prompt service! Much better than USPS/post office in town! They always offer a tracking number receipt. Lately theyve even taped my boxes up better for me. Wish the parking lot was better, always full of crazy drivers. Busy shopping center all day. Recently patched some of the pot holes out front, so much better! Many times when a line starts to form another worker comes out to help! These people are the best.

Ive have made this my UPS store for over 20yrs. When I had my business, they took care of all my business needs. Now I go in almost every week for something. They are very professional but they are also very down to earth. Great place.

I went to ups 30 minutes before the closed!!! And the doors were locked!! I saw the employees and they were ignoring me!! Like i need to drop off a package real quick! Terrible customer service for locking the doors!

Wish I could give 0 stars! The worst customer service Ive ever experienced! The lady so called helping me was very rude, made me buy tape to finish taping the box. Yet right after I had to purchase tape she takes another customer without a sealed box and offers to tape it up for her with no charge! What a joke of a place. I will never use this store for any reason! They need to retrain their employees on how to treat customers. The older lady was downright rude!

Professional and friendly. Did not charge me for printing a label on my Amazon returns like the East Wichita store does. Nice!

I paid for a box with bubble to send my package in, instead they shipped it with a shipping label put directly on the item I was shipping. Apparently, manager did not see a problem with that and was not interested in solving my issue. As a result, the collectible item was damaged and there is nothing they can do about it. The worst experience ever.

Emailed my document as I was leaving the house, got to the UPS Store, the customer service lady printed my copies, I paid, and Voila...easy peasy!

Employees are great the owners by the Last name of Stubbs could not be more dishonest or disorganized. Had a package from work sent overnight, Stubbs put it another customers box, then for four days lied and refused to file a claim until the customer finally brought it back. They told 3 different stories and were extremely rude. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COST!Since the owner continues to be misleading and dishonest. There were 5 attempts to retrieve this package and and were given a absurd story by Mrs. Stubbs obout the package being delivered by another UPS package car....A mistake is one thing a blanten Lie is another.

I would give 10 stars if I could. An amazing and caring staff, went above and beyond. Knowledgeable, great service and wonderful people. Thank you :)

Awful smell and horrible service. Im not kidding, the smell in there was something I had never smelled before. It almost made me want to gag. That was the first thing I noticed. The other was the two women wearing bandanas for masks. Which you would think is reckless and just unprofessional with the high cases of COVID but most importantly for the company not to have a stricter policy since it would reflect on them. Last but not least, one of the women was extremely patronizing in asking questions about the labels. Her co-worker who helped us earlier made us get out of line (fair enough) to email a packing slip to the UPS store but when the we were called back up, the other woman was asking questions in such a patronizing manner I almost wanted to laugh. I would never go back to this location, its just unbelievably terrible.

The team at UPS Derby provides amazing customer service. Every time I have a problem for them they solve it with the utmost professionalism, and always with a smile. They are AWESOME!!!

Staff was so pleasant, quick and professional! Went for some copies and to have an attachment printed, in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Mailed out a few packages with the help of Beth who was phenomenal. She assisted with packaging and was very helpful and sweet! Wonderful customer service. Quick as well!

Love this location. Friendly, helpful staff. I came in today feeling stressed and frustrated about unrelated things and walked out relaxed just because of the attitudes from the employees. Great experience every time.

I called this store after I saw the UPS guy heading away from my house because as I pulled up, I didnt see my package. Confused since I order from the same site every time and never had to sign before. I called the guy and he said his driver would be back in 15 minutes. I told him Id be there to get. I showed up 15 minutes like he said and guess what? The guy had left with my package!!! The old guy said I could come get it! I told him Id be there. This really made me angry because I needed this package for this weekend and now I dont have it!! Crappy store to deal with.

Every time I have been there, I have been treated Great. I use to dread driving to Wichita, standing in line and No Personal treatment. These people are always act like they more than happy to help. Will use them as long as they Stay There!! Keep up the good work All!!In fact going again tomorrow lol
