I have made several trips to the Derby Sherwin Williams paint store and I will continue to go there for my paint. The employees are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful; this time I called to order the paint as I found out that there is a paint shortage and the Derby store had only 1 gallon of the one I needed left so they mixed it for me and I picked it up after work the next day...I wish all my purchases were that easy!

They only have curbside service. You have to phone your order in. Then phone when you arrive to pay and have your order brought to the table. They are very nice on the phone and did take the time to discuss my potential mold problem and which product would be best. I need lots of advice on things. Im not sure how you would pick out a color, but Im sure they have a solution for that too.

Were working on my daughters bedroom makeover during this stay at home time. I called ahead to Sherwin Williams in Derby and Michelle was extremely helpful! She was my eyes in the store and helped me make selections of accessories while on the phone. She picked my order for me, and was ready and waiting when I drove up. Super easy, and stress-free. I would highly recommend them

Excellent customer service. Extremely helpful and informed me of upcoming deals. Even helped carry my paint to the car! The paint is of good to great quality. I found the wall paint to be stronger than the floor paint. I love the color choices. Very attentive staff.
