Bad experience. Made it at 5:30. They close at 6. And I tried to go in and she said she was closed. I said they close at 6 she gave me attitude and said she was closed and walked away.. didn’t make it in the door and already don’t recommend it here for lack of customer service

They try to jew you down like any pawn shop but if you let them know you know what youre dealing with theyre pretty quick/good at being fair moving forward unlike a lot of pawn shops that would ruthlessly try to get what youre selling for almost nothing. They have been fair 70% of the time Ive done business with them.

Awful attitude from this woman, also of low intelligence and couldnt understand a simple set of commands. Worst pawn shop I have ever been to. Plaistow pawns are much better, wish I still lived in Haverhill
