I recently had a bit of a nightmare experience with a rather costly order from Evolve Salon Systems. My package somehow got lost and wasnt sent as I expected. I called very frustrated and was given the opportunity to speak with Colin who I believe is in upper management because he was decisive and quick to act in resolving my issue. He got a hold of UPS and found out where the package was left and promptly rectified its delivery. When I finally got it in my hands, there was a double entry and therefore a double charge on a product which also created an overstock issue. Colin again stepped up to the plate without a single hesitation to relieve me of any further headaches or inconveniences. He comped the overcharge and told me to just keep the extra product for my troubles. He knows his customer service practices are the best and for the right reason. Thats exactly how Id handle it just to keep building trust and stronger relationships. You take care of me. I take care of you. The Golden Rules in Life. Its not all that hard. The most unprofessional company I have EVER done business with !!After 35 years of corporate experience i can truly say that the distributor is at best inadaquite . The reps are week and inexperienced and the management is at SALLYS beauty supply at best . The lines they carry only require a minimal level of knowlage so i guess i am a fool to expect any more !! STAY AWAY form these people . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AT BEST .

Today I had the privilege of having Ian DiRusso and Tyler Gadwah come to MaxCharles to give Brandon and I the skinny on retail placement/location/ideas and basically, an all around schooling on salon thug life. Even though I have known these two charmers for a long time, this is the first time I was in front of them as a Salon Owner, and I have to say, Brandon and I were blown away. I left with a new appreciation for what they do and what they know, along with a overwhelming feeling of support. By working with Evolve Salon Systems as my distributorship/co-workers for so long, I didnt realize how spoiled I had become, until the Comcast dude told me so. Which brings me to the point of this post. Off in the corner, like Matt Damon in Good Will Hunting, stood the Xfinity Comcast man setting up our business phone/internet/tv. I had forgotten he was there during our pow-wow and after Ian and Tyler left, he turned to me and said Wow, those guys know what they are talking about, huh? I told him who they were and why there were there at the salon. He then says How much did that cost for them to come out? They are amazing. It wasnt until I heard myself say Oh, they dont charge, its what they do to make sure their accounts are successful... that I realized, holy crap, that is amazing. ::pitter-patter goes the heart::I want to thank you Ian, Tyler and everyone at Evolve for already being an unbelievable support to us as we get ready to open shop for the first time. As the spoiled brat that you have made me, I promise to always remember how unique and wonderful it is to have you in our corner as both friends and co-conspirators.
