The three-man crew was quick and professional. Got my oil changed and tires rotated. Cashed in on the free car wash - they upgraded it to deluxe because they thought it took too long for them to get the job done. I thought the time to get the work done was fair - but I wont complain. Very pleased with the service I received.

Went in to get my front brakes done because my front passenger side caliper was seizing. Changed my front brakes and now I pulled up to work and you could fry an egg on my rotors

Service has always been friendly and quick, but after a few visits, Ive discovered that they destroyed the plug while reinstalling it and didnt tell me so I probably wont be back. If you make a mistake, I dont mind, things happen. But hiding it is unacceptable. Now I have to drill it out and replace it myself, which makes the convenience of a place like this not worth it.

So far so good, been here a bunch times, guys are efficient, professional, FAST and they get the job done properly. I dont like the slow speed of a dealership, these guys fly. Also they checked fluids, topped them off and alerted me to potential issues coming up like the air filter, very happy indeed.

Good quick service but not able to rotate tires on my truck. It is too big I guess. Otherwise, I go there often for all my oil changes.

They are severely short staffed but make sure to get everyone in and out in a timely matter. Ive been there twice and both times have even lovely. Great team there!

I can’t say enough good things about this establishment! I really appreciated all the employees. They are knowledgeable and so helpful and they really go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of even if it’s a last minute visit like my visit was!!! I stopped in with a quick concern about low tire pressure (which they took care of) and a brake system indicator light question. They gave me some options if it was a sensor issue because my brakes weren’t giving me any trouble, and advised I see my mechanic regarding the light (whom I mentioned I’d be seeing soon anyway). They also kindly reminded me that their computer stated I was due for an oil change lol😁 Love this shop!!!!!! Thank you gentlemen

This place is good for basic oil changes, just keep an eye on them with your car to make sure they are vacuuming the cabin and they are supposed to show you your filters while doing the oil change. But quick and usually no wait here

Not knowledgeable about their profession because I was told they could not perform an oil change due to a leaky oil gasket. My mechanic did the oil change since it was not the oil pan gasket leaking. It was power steering fluid leaking. Know your fluids and leak sources! Training is obviously not adequate.

Needed to have a re-inspect done on my car, as the battery had not reset from previous work. Attempted to have this done within the 30 days allotted multiple times. Every time I went to the shop I was informed that the only employee who does state inspections was not working. I finally got to the shop when he was there and was informed that I was passed the 30 days and even though there was an attempt I was going to have to pay for an entire inspection. This team needs to have more availability to perform services offered, instead of trying to recharge customers due to their own lack of staffing.

Being a woman, I expect to go into car garages full of guys who think I don’t know anything about cars. Usually, they’ll say their part and then I’ll tell them I know how it goes and they’ll follow my wishes. This place does not!!! They push and push for you to get the more expensive options, and basically argue with you when you tell them you do NOT need what they are trying to offer you. I felt very taken advantage of and with them trying to up sell me and everyone else who was in this location with me today, I won’t be going back. Spend your money elsewhere, a place that respects you and tells you the honest truth about what your car does and does not need.

The staff was pleasant and honest with me and the waiting room was clean and comfortable despite the heat wave outside. Problem was it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire alignment, roughly an hour for each job. Ive never seen an oil change take an hour and it wasnt busy. To make matters worse my alignment is still off! $150 later and Im left wishing I never went there.

Went there for the first time to get an inspection sticker... Was told I needed brakes... They showed me the condition of the brakes and yes they did indeed need replacement... Now I am partial to getting any work outside of oil changes at the dealership where I purchased my car... So I told them dont do anything and Ill be back... I thought they were at this time a pretty straight bunch of guys... So after getting all new brakes I went back there for a sticker... Well now there was a pressure problem with the brakes now mind you I just had ALL NEW BRAKES PUT IN THE DAY BEFORE... Told them they were full of it and to do Nothing... So I went back to the dealership where I just got new brakes yesterday... AND THE DEALERSHIP AGREED WITH ME AND TOLD ME EVERYTHING WAS FINE... NO PRESSURE PROBLEM AT ALL...In my opinion they are just mad I dident give them the brake job and went to the dealership... DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE INSPECTED HERE... They have NO BUSINESS DOING INSPECTIONS IN THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE... since they invent problems that dont exist !!!

I needed 4 all new tires for my SUV to be safe on the road this winter. I had previously only gone to your Manchester store; however, I cant get tires at that store location. So, when I had got to Derry I was pleasantly surprised to see Charles and Tom working together again.These guys make you feel comfortable and go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive.They also gave me the best price for 4 new tires mounted, balanced and aligned I had ever gotten.I highly recommend this location to all of my co-workers because I know these gentlemen will provide them with honest prices and services and not take advantage of the fact that they are females and not car suvae!

I prefer this store to either of the two in Salem. I recently went to one of the Jiffy Lubes in Salem again and wished I had waited and gone to Derry. Generally a better experience.

Went in for an oil change and inspection and was happy to see I was the only person in the waiting room...an hour and twenty minutes later, I was late getting back to work and they hadnt had enough time to complete the inspection. I had to go back and wait another hour for them to do that. Talk about a huge waste of time---never going back!

I recently came into this location to ask a few questions about getting an inspection sticker. There was a really educated man( EJ ) that was very thorough & straight forward that took a few minutes out of a busy Saturday to help me! I will be coming here to get my car inspected in the coming months & I am hoping EJ will be able to assist me with having that done! Overall very professional & clearly educated on cars!

I came here to get my car inspected because I had previously gone to NTB and got screwed over. Anyways, they failed my inspected stating I needed front tires. Meanwhile, I had gotten tires earlier that year. I brought my car home and had my neighbor mechanic look at it and I definitely did not need tires. Such bs, is it because I am a 22 year old woman that you think that you can scam me? My family and I will not be going here again. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of one is because they did give me a free car wash.

Unbelievably rude and useless. I went in for them to replace my exhaust/muffler which costs $9 across the street at OReillys. The young teen barely greeted and mostly had a delinquent attitude. They never called to give me a status update so I called them. They told me that they were custom making one for me and that itll be $60 for the part. I immediately told them the part and job shouldnt be more than $20 as it was last time I needed this done (5 years ago). They mocked me by saying are you aware that the cost of parts goes up every year? I picked up my car, they had left the windows rolled all the way down ahd they had dirtied the tire near the muffler. Stay away. This is totally aplace that enjoys ripping off women.I went across the street and bought the part for $9 and installed it myself.

Honestly the experience was pretty great. The mechanic that greeted me at the door was beyond professional albiet he did approaca the wrong costomer when asking for the specs of the vehicle. The service was incredibly fast however all i got was an oil change. The problem that arose was on my ride home when i started noticing that upon acceleration my engine was making a louder choking sound which sounded like the beginning of an exaust leak. I thought it was strange that this began right after an oil change so i thought back to what was done to my vehicle and i remembered that part of their sales gimmic was to remove my engine air filter in an attempt to sell me a new one i having just replaced it about 8000 miles ago said no. Turns out when they attempted to put it back they didnt seat it properly and the upper portion of the airbox container wasnt able to make a seal and it was held in place by only one of the 2 bolts. It was a simple correction on my part but the fact that it wasnt put back properly in the first place.

By far the best Automotive Service Station I have been to. Andy Ypya greeted me when I pulled up he opened up my car door for me. I had my sleeping 5 year old in the back so I had to get her out of the car and into the waiting room. He waited till I got her out and held open the front door for me. I was very impressed by this as other service stations I have visited have never done that for me. Next he offered me a seat in the waiting room he pointed out the bathrooms just in case we needed to use it while we were there he then said to help myself to a cup of coffee from the Keurig. Which I did. The waiting room was extremely clean and looked fantastic for a service station by far the cleanest I have ever seen! I had gone in there for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation and they were finished before I could even drink half my coffee! Less than 15 mins waiting...that is outstanding!! Everyone was extremely curious and extremely quick! I have never been more impressed with a service center and the employees as I was at this Jiffy Lube! I have already recommended to my friends and family to go there if they need service done because of the high quality customer service and quickness they provided me! Absolutely fantastic job Andy and the rest of the team! I recommend that Jiffy Lube gives Andy and his team a raise because of the fantastic job they do. Blew me out of water with the whole experience. A++++++ Keep up the good work!

This place does a great job

Called ahead at about 9am to see if I needed an appointment for an inspection, they told me no, and said I could come by anytime before 5 PM to have the inspection done. I leave work early and get there at 4:15, and Im told there is no one there to do a state inspection. They told me the individual who does inspections goes home early on that particular day every week. I was basically lied to on the phone. Very unprofessional and very misleading.
