Saw some good deals on the website, so I’ve tried reaching out on multiple platforms over the past several days (Craigslist, website, and telephone) — no answer/no response. I always thought dealerships liked money... Too bad. Guess I’ll call a dealer who wants to sell a vehicle.

I found this place to be very helpful and honest during my shopping experience. I don’t enjoy car shopping but the guys here were knowledgeable and informative even with the financing end of things to make it easier all around.

Bought a f350 Diesel around a half year ago. Truck ran fine for a few days then needed boat loads of work to get back on the road. I understand what you buy here is sold as is as seen but when you make a listing online and sell a rig as ready for work or play I expect it to be especially when I drive 2 hours away to make almost a 10k purchase. These guys are snake oil salesmen. Run fast and far from this place . I wouldnt buy a push mower off these hacks

Sold me a truck with a broken frame. When I called them about it was told to take it to a welder and it shouldn’t cost me much to get it fixed. Stay far away from this place.

I bought my 2014 GMC sierra 1500 here two years ago. It had a lot of miles but I got it for a good price and Ive had no issues. They really seemed like good guys and I had no problems with them. Everything was quick and painless.

Horrible customer service! Incredibly rude and acted put out that we wanted to know if a van was available. Was told sarcastically Its my day off, but Ill work. No problem. Unbelievably bad attitude when we were looking to buy immediately! When my husband called understandably upset, he was given excuses that the worker was having a hard time, and then was hung up on.

Just Purchase a Chevy Colorado, Great little truck. I spent 30 minutes there, the guys seem honest and real. Considering the truck has high mileage, it runs great. Thanks A.

Bought a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 back in November of 2018. They were very straight forward and gave me a great price. The truck needs some bulbs replaced and they covered it. It passed Massachusetts inspection with no problem. Truck was in awesome condition and considering I know the third generation of dodge well it was a great buy. I needed to get an alignment and that was it.

Good to deal with and fair prices. Bought a 2010 2500hd there 3 yrs ago when we needed a truck badly and besides expected regular wear items and maintenance the truck has been good and we are still satisfied. People need to realize used vehicles will need things as time goes by. I would certainly buy from these folks again.

I showed up to test drive a truck listed as a 2005 on MARKET PLACE /FACEBOOK . Ended up Buying the truck . After i signed papers and took delivery of the truck . I found out i had signed papers on a 2003. Contacted the dealer and was told its my fault and i signed the papers .and they are not willing to cancel the sale . Was told the year of the truck made no difference in the value of the truck .I even pulled a car fax and didnt catch the year error, Shame on me as i work at another dealership and for trusting them . But beware of this lot . They take your money and give you the finger if any problems come up .. Going to take over $2500.00 to make truck safe for the road . Also the part that was ordered for the truck that was promised in the sale .. Was wrong and goes to the year truck listed in the online ad a 2005 truck .Not the 2003 truck they sold me . No figure ! They listed the wrong year . and ordered a part for the year of the truck they listed . STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOT . THEY DO NOT BACK UP WHAT THEY SELL .

I had an excellent experience working with this dealership. I drove up from central Massachusetts with my wife to look at a 2004 Ram 2500. When I arrived they were very busy having already made 3 sales by the time I got there (noon time.) Even though they were busy they were very professional and helped me as needed. I examined the vehicle pretty thoroughly and spent about 50 minutes with the vehicle. They allowed me the time to look at it without once pressuring me to buy it. I was very impressed with the overall quality of the vehicles they had on site and also with their honesty about any minor issues that may be wrong with a vehicle. After examining the vehicle we sat down and negotiated a great price that worked for both of us. They treated my wife and I with a great level of respect and once our transaction was complete, we shook hands with both of them and left feeling confident about our purchase.

These guys were great. It was so refreshing to do business with some honest and fair people. I flew from Florida for a great deal. They picked me up at the airport in the vehicle I was look at and had all of the paperwork ready when I got there. I was at the dealership for all of 20min and saves thousands. I was helping an out of state friend find a good deal on a truck, van or SUV and stumbled upon Michaels Auto Sales of Derry from Facebook. Being out of state and during COVID 19, we were limited to the internet and phone for process of elimination. From the very beginning, Fred, who answered my first call, was extremely informative and straightforward. I am not a car expert and definitely not in the sales business so it was very comforting to deal with a group of individuals who called a spade a spade. When I visited the dealership the first time, I was treated with respect and was overwhelmed with the friendliness of the associate even though it was late in the afternoon on a rainy Saturday. I returned on Monday and it was Scott who was available and helped us. He was extremely flexible with our many questions and indecisiveness and kudos to him for hanging in there with us. My friend purchased the vehicle and I was so envious! Its a beautiful SUV, an incredible deal and if you are looking to do business with a group that is honest in their dealings, then Michaels Auto Sales is the place to be. I have my eye on an Infinity that they have listed. Heres hoping!

I was on the hunt for a new truck up and down rt28 I was looking and saw many I liked out of my price range then I saw one at michaels with less miles and cleaner then most the others for all most 1/2 the price. I was asked if I wanted to test drive it with no pressure and did so loved it. I asked why so cheep what is wrong they said we got it at the right price not trying to make a killing just a life. Came 20 plate and state inspection after almost a year I went to my mechanic and still no problems I send all my friends and family there now can’t beat there Honesty.

Recently bought a toyota tundra through these guys. Truck was as described and price was right. Had an issue with them making an appt to look at the truck but he took care of me when it came time to sign papers. I would buy from them again.

Low pressure atmosphere which is great. Ask questions youll simply get an answer! Took a long drive to get a great truck!!! Honest bunch of guys who will shake your hand and thank you for your business. For all the people pissing on these guys remember, used means used! If you want a new rig go buy new. Drove over an hour to look at a truck. Test drove it. Said we wanted to buy it the price went up from the price listed online. We were also charge for using out h&r block card They did not have the title yet so they would call us when they got it and said they would overnight it. So after waiting about a week and half or so.and they had forgot all about it. They apologized and said they would overnight it After 2 days called and they said they would call to see if they had it and call me back. They called and said that FedEx said tried to deliver it but no one answered the door and it had to be signed by someone I was hone all day and no one had come He said they will deliver it tomorrow. So I called back for the tracking number. When they gave me the tracking number they said that they go to a store that does mailing and he wasnt sure which carrier the store used Even though he called and told me that we missed the missed the delivery. And how did they get the tracking number. I looked up the tracking number into FedEx and it said it was shipped after I had spoke to them. It didnt said that there was a deliver attempt or anything Called FedEx and they said that it hadnt bee any attempt to deliver. I also asked the driver. We had not missed a delivery Be careful!! Do not buy a vehicle with out the title in hand. I didnt think they would be like that!

Great group of guys, extremely happy with my purchase. They were patient as I looked at several trucks over the period of a few weeks and helped facilitate an inspection of the truck through a third party mechanic. Very open about pricing and the quality of the truck.Would certainly do business with them again.

I bought a 2007 ford E-450 Bus from you guys and Michael senior was VERY dishonest with it. He told us everything is inspected and ready to go. Not only was the power steering leaking, and the brakes not in working condition, but the gas tank is completely corroded to the point that we need a new one. Also His son, I believe his name was Michael as well, wouldnt respond to my texts after I asked to see the bus. He responded wow and did not answer me again. I had to call his father to set up an appointment to see it... Also, do not be tricked by the auto shop across the street, he is the one who supposedly gave it the inspection sticker. He also said it was looking really good and nothing wrong with it. We are VERY unsatisfied with our purchase as well as the unprofessionalism of the people that we interacted with.

I bought a truck from this guy and I am satisfied with the deal. He drove a hard bargain but was upfront about the vehicle and let me look at whatever I wanted before I bought it. He even said I could take it to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection but I didnt need to. I knew I wanted that truck and the price was in my ballpark. I would buy from him again.

These guys are cool to the point no b.s gave me a good deal on a lifted DENALI we did the paperwork fast and easy . they Let me know in advance the title was being processed through the bank but they would overnight it as soon as they got it and they gave me my temporary tags and i got my title within a few days overnighted since i live in New Mexico issues at all would buy from them again.thanks Bert and Brian nice meeting yall.

I bought an 09 ram from Mike sr. He priced it fair and was upfront about everything. His son Mike jr. helped me get it registered and was prompt and respectful. Some of the reviews on here are totally out of character from what I saw. If you’re buying a used car it’s not going to be perfect. They priced my truck really low and it gave me extra cash to fix the small maintenance type repairs. I’d buy from them again.

Their website doesnt tell you that all their vehicles are wholesale, so we make a 3 hour trip down to purchase a truck thinking the sticker was good and nothing wrong with the truck and also would have thought it would come with a warranty but that was a joke. If I wanted the blinker switch fixed before I would purchase it but was told it would cost me more money. They totally misrepresent themselves and they also think women are totally ignorant when buying a vehicle. Very rude and disrespectful. STAY AWAY!! We had to put a new power steering pump, gas lines, and was just told it isnt the blinker switch, its somewhere in the wiring. We are filling paperwork to see what can be done about this so called experienced car dealer and to try to close them down so they dont screw some one else

Inquired about a truck, very rude and jumped to conclusions, asked about trade in and was very rude about that also, thinking his vehicle was made of gold, I was very interested in the truck, but after emailing back and forth, I would never step foot on his lot. To ad onto the headache . He emailed me trying to use scare tatics and say he knew me and could say alot about me ? I live in a completely different state . And tried to say they did their job ? If they did they would have made a sale. AVOID THIS BUSINESS !!!

These guys are absolutely rude and scammers. Looking at these reviews I am not surprised, promised to help with a racing career to a young friend of mines a few years ago, and practically bullied him into thinking they would help him. They act like teenage snakeoil salesman rather then actual adults. Dont come here, all they care about is making money to benefit their sleazy business.

CROOKS! Drove 6 hours to find they totally misrepresented the vehicle. Claimed there was $195 fee for paperwork, I called DMV and town clerk to find they lied, there is no such thing. Next call is to the police. Stay away from these guys! Owner (Burt) says I have to add this to post in order to get my $195 DMV Fee back.. yes it was a $3995 vehicle that we saw on craigslist and on their website that we drove the 6 hours to see. Just proves theyre dishonest....did not get my $195 back as promised!

Bought a 2004 f 250 was told there’s was nothing wrong with it and that it would pass but now the check engine lights on bought it two weeks ago

Absolutely stay away from this place! Like others I too purchased an f 350 ford . Looked good from outside, still had a good mass inspection sticker. I was allowed to test test drive, ran good so far Im in 10800$. Also was not allowed to take for a prelim inspection. Fed papers, was acknowledged of Some rust underneath. Fed and signed papers, registered within the hour then straight to garage for inspection. Complete rot everywhere, called to say I would bring back. As the honest and professional lol wow must have had a few friends write in. So instead of bringing it back, I was not only personally threatened, but also w a law suit. Now Im in for another at least few thousand to pass inspection. Offered lol 470$ once my purchase check for the 10800$ clears which Im sure Ill never see. Theyre very slick, but once papers are signed youre stuck. These guys should be shut down and or locked up. Absolutely crooks, and will be in contact the better business bureau, and any other powers that may be to get them shut down. I own my own business, never would I have experiencedsuch poor management. Dude needs to stay off the sauce and work on customer relations. Terribletimes ten to threaten a customer personally. My response was you think your tough, you think youre big? I dont and Ill sue you, I have more money than you and Ill win. I bought 2002 ford 350. I knew there would be issue for such an old truck. Tonight i just got from the garage after spendint$1400 in repairs to find out it needs another $600.00 in repairs. I bought the truck for about 6 grand plus. And it didnt even pass inspection. And the work had done was to get it to pass just find out it needs more.I had the muffler and all the rear brakes replaced. The steering stablizer done. And now it beeds all the ball joints done. For the amount of money i am spending i could of bought a truck for 9 or 10 grand and not have had half the issue im finding. And the bed is not even on right. All the bed mounts need to be replaced. And the bed will need to be replaced as well. This is turning into a 10 thousand dollar lemon. And the sale rep was actting like he was doing me a favor.Im a single father of 4 kids. Whos mom passed away a year ago. I get nothing from her death to support these kids. I went there knowing i had bad credit and i was in a real tight jam. When my other car the motor was on its last legs. It is partialy my fault for not taking for a test drive which they didnt even offer to let me do. And i should of looked at it better. Well i will never buy another car from these guys. And i will make sure my kids never go there either. Honest and fair. Is not what my experiance was. In my opinion they are a rip off.UPDATE7 month after buy a truck from these guys. And about 4 thousand in repairs. Now i find out that unless i want to dump serious money into the motor .it is basically junk. These guys are a joke and unprofessional in my opinion. Buy with extremme caution from these guys. Now im stuck with a car loan for a truck i can no longer use and i will be lucky if i dont lose my job.

Seemed very rude and like we were wasting the guys time. Sold us a truck claiming to have just passed inspection with a sticker. Brought it to our mechanic and the rear cab mounts were missing making our truck totally unsafe! Never again will I go back here

I bought a truck from Michaels and there was an issue that neither of us were aware of and he fixed it no charge to us. Thank you Michaels you are a man of your word.
