Let’s start off with positive. The pricing is great and that’s the only reason I go here. On the other hand the customer service is probably the worst I ever ever had to deal with. Rude, condescending and they have no idea how to treat a person. Do yourself a favor and try another Walmart vision center unless you like feeling horrible about your purchase after it’s completed. FYI I’m not the only one to say this but one of few to actually write a review about it.

Went to get glasses in manchester, thought I liked them, but changed mind went to derry and gabby at derry optical helped me out and was so professional and helpful than they were in manchester, even when I picked up my glasses gave me a cleaning pad and spray to take home, didnt get that warm fuzzy feeling at manchester, I will be doing busy with gabby for know on

Pricing is good but customer service is not. I was picking up glasses and the women who released them to me made a face and said she does not like them “they are not her style” without me even asking. And then continued on about how unfashionable they are.
