Standard issued CVS. Clean and well stocked. Pharmacy is always very busy, bring your best behavior and get ready to wait. Staff always nice.

Ive been coming here for years and always have had a good experience. I went in the other day after midnight needing some stuff and there were two very nice young girls working and they helped me find everything I needed.

The man behind the counter said there were no pokemon cards in stock, online it says they are in stock. They werent finished putting the truck away, they didnt even check their BOH to see if it was in stock. I work at another CVS and this is unacceptable, I go above and beyond for my customers. Take the loss and 0 out your BOH if they were stolen.

Always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Friendly and calm even when the store is packed. Great place to get tx filled or pick up last minute items. Keep up the good work.

I got to be honest. I visit that store very frequently and I’m just the biggest pain in the butt! Haha but every time I go in the manager Jason always has a great sense of humor about it. Him and sue are very nice and so helpful! The rest of the staff including the pharmacy is great. Keep it up guys!

Excellent service

Jason the manger was following my boyfriend and I right as we walked in tonite which is July 16th 2020 Thursday night. As we were trying to shop he followed us telling us he was closing in ten minutes when not even a minute went by this guy looked at us and told us he wasnt playing with us and that he was closing and he is leaving at 11pm. Cuz I guess they arent 24hr anymore even though they havent fixed their web page or fix it on Google maps. I just dropped my stuff in the middle isle (which isnt like me) and just walked out . but as I was walking out he said he wasnt trying to be rude or rush us. I just told him he was beyond rude. I get out of work at 830-9pm and its not like I even want to walk there and shop after I just worked. I use to be a big cvs shopper but after this guy Jason who again mind you is a manager there I do not think I will be shopping there and I will be getting my scripts moved to another store. So to the people who are Jasons bosses he let a 200 dollar sale walk right out the door because he wanted to go home and treat humans worse than dirt. I really hope something gets done about this because I am going to take further action on all this. So people of Derry watch out for Jason the manger he has dark brown short hair slicked back med built and roughly in his early 30s. Wish there was something else to give outside of stars cus this place doesnt even deserve 1 star as long as they have people like that working there.

This pharmacy is a disaster !

Staff are nice, but the pharmacy is awful!!! They have so many customers they cant keep up. Third time we have been in 2 days for one RX for high blood pressure and each time a different story. They said it was on back order this last time and would not give me a one month supply. No call to me, my husband, or the doctor. This Very dissatisfied customer!

Wonderful! the pharm. went out their way to help me get a cuff that would fit me correctly! the check out people have good customer skills. they do not ignore you or are short with you. great place!

Tried to call to see if they had product in stock. No one bothered to answer the phone. (Called twice, frustrated at having to deal with automated answering option).

Pharmacy-Absolute worst customer service experience every time I go in! Especially the girl with pink hair!!

Horrible experience multiple times at the pharmacy trying to get a prescription refilled. They offer to get a renewal for you but your better off doing the legwork yourself. They keep you in the dark until you inquire if your prescription is ready. No notes to your file or a phone call

I have several notes to file to prescribe the brand name pill I take. They prescribe the generic. I have asked them repeatedly to remove my cell phone from file, but they really like to call at 2 am when I am in Europe. Then they dont understand why I am mad.This has been going on for 3 years. Maybe Walgreens will get it right. Bye.

As always prove everything yourself.....when dealing with a person or company.The pharmacy staff seems Fast and friendly.Prices are great. Susan is like a Mom personable and a great asset to the Derry CVS pharmacy.As for the store staff and one not both of managers I would only give them a ONE star tonight.The first Manager manager I would give 4 stars along with the pharmacy tonight.Ps. It is hard to get someone to let you into their PUBLIC restroom. The first manager allowed me to use the bathroomThis is just like other CVSs I have been to around the USA. Staff has let me and said it was public. Even after they installed the key pads.Later, that same visit. I already picked up my prescriptions and had gathered some nicely priced items to purchase. The clerk asked if I had found someone to let me in the bathroom.I told her Yes, the manager she lead me to told me the pharmacy could let me in.There must of been a shift change because a tall white woman wearing purple heard what the last manager had done and got involved in rhe conversation because the clerk asked her opinion on the topic. The manager gauchely said, corporate wide their restrooms are not public because they are in the break room.I told the clerk that is capricious and told the manager she was not being honest.So if you have a kid and have to deal with a iccl manager or staff member you might have to pull a Big Daddy move when you get outside the store.Asinine I know but you get my point!Iccl ( I Could Care Less)

Clean, well stocked, friendly and knowledgeable associates

Rude pharmacy tech over the phone. Would not go out of her way to listen to me explain that my Dr. called in a script to hold me over till CVS Caremark delivered my meds. Spoke with Pharmacist on duty. He handled the issue and my meds were filled 10 minutes later. One bad apple always spoils the rest of the bunch. Customer service training is needed in the Derry, NH store. They treat you like youre not the one paying for your meds, the insurance company is.... wrong. Im paying dearly for my meds being retired on medicare and paying for part D for prescriptions that are priced through the roof these days. Ugh. 5.15.2017

Worst pharmacy ever. Been taking pain meds for years. Disabled and in pain everyday. Been called a drug seeker. A grug addict. Had my HIPAA rights violated by pharmacist. Pharmacisrs and aids think theyre Drs. and are rude and unprofessional. Nothing worse then to be in pain everyday, disabled and just want to fill meds without having to feel like a junky. I will contact CVS corp office as well as someone about HIPAA violations. Be careful when filling narcotics there. They will question you and name the drugs you take out loud from their work station in front of all the other customers. Keep in mind, in ten years, this pharmacy gave me an extra 80 pills about ten years ago and about 100 extra pills not to long ago. I flushed them and didnt report their pharmacy. Law suit waiting to happen.
