The have installed a new boiler, water heater and oil tank for us over the years and they are prompt, fairly priced and do a excellent job. I have been a Rockingham Oil customer for ages here in Pelham (almost 20 years!). They are always responsive and have provided us with quick documentation to enroll in their annual budget program which pretty accurately sets us up for monthly payments from July-April each year. They mail a hard copy of the yearly report of oil delivered and related costs, along with the forecast for the coming year and monthly budget. Everything is very efficient and helpful. Highly Recommend them.

I used Rockingham Oil for several years (until I moved into a home that doesnt use oil). They always delivered oil on time. They helped restart my furnace twice. Their pricing is very reasonable for all services and everyone I interacted with was helpful and knowledgeable. They even put up with a giant bush that lived in front of my oil fill. Our deliveries are always prompt and theres never been an occasion when they couldnt get a truck out if we needed it. We also have them service our furnace. Charlie and Bob came out recently to service our furnace and I peppered Charlie with questions and as always he had answers.

Can’t say enough good things about Rockingham Oil in Derry. Somehow I ran out of oil (in July). They came out first thing this AM and gave me what was on their truck and “primed my furnace” and made sure all was working well. They said they can top me off later this week but wanted to get my furnace up and running again. Everyone was kind and understanding. Highly recommend them

Rude and does not believe in customer loyalty and assisting longtime customers with service needs when they need it most. Always paid and always paid on time. The “lady” that answers the phone basically could give 2 craps about loyal customers.

Deb and Bob are the best. Turns out my water heater went. Btw it was 13 years old. Bob checked into it and come to find out it was still under warranty. The did all the leg work for me and less than a week later I had a new 60 hallon water heater for free! You tell me would another oil burner guy do that? You can totally trust these guys !!!!
