I would put 0 stars if I could. by no means pay these guys in full until the work is done. I paid for 26 yards of mulch, weeding and edging. I paid in full over $3000.00 and they completed 10% of the work (one side of my home). Never touched the back of the house. I reached out to B &C to rectify the situation and the owner is unprofessional, ignorant and arrogant. I will never use this landscaping company again. Awful just awful!

Leaving 2 stars since they did come out and do a good job with edging and mulching and, when I was actually able to get someone on the phone, they were pleasant to talk to.Unfortunately, the communication overall was absolutely horrible. When I did speak with someone, they indicated when they thought they would come out or said they would call me right back to let me know and each time, never showed up, and didnt call back. This went on for several weeks and I left multiple voicemails that went unreturned and finally just cancelled the remaining work they were supposed to do.If they were better with their communication and scheduling, they couldve had much more business from us as we have a long list of work we are looking to hire out. Unfortunately Im not willing to work with a business like this.

B&C Landscaping installed a stone patio for us this summer and they did a fantastic job! We found them through a flyer they sent out in the mail. We got numerous quotes from other local companies and theirs was the most competitive. The project finished on schedule and the owner and his crew were extremely nice. Craftsmanship was top quality!

William is very professional and does a great job. He always follows through with the amazing services he promises. His employees are thorough and considerate every time they come to the house. I would recommend this service to everyone, for all seasons. Their snow removal services are always up to my standards and really make my hectic life easier. I cant thank them enough!

Caution. Be prepared to manage them. Ask for and receive detailed quotes for all work itemizing labor, materials and all other costs. Do not pay until they complete work. Require them to provide detailed invoices of work preformed itemizing labor, material and costs. They may be unavailable to do your project prioritizing other above jobs ahead of yours. You will have to call them to get them to work on your project. They will likely not return your calls. Expect that your project may not be completed for months beyond what you planned. Dont expect them to honor their advertised sales prices or discounts.Update: No response after 3 months from the owner to multiple requests to provide invoices and correct excessive charges.

Although the quality of their work is good my experience in 8 years of dealing with B&C Landscaping is their communications is horrible (even for a landscaper). During my busy schedule I dont have time to leave more than 5-6 messages. I leave message after message after message and get no response. I have been trying for 2 weeks+ to get them to turn on my sprinklers and get mulch delivered. Now it the labor day weekend and I have no mulch and my sprinklers are not turned on. This is typical of them. We paid them to put my sprinklers in when I moved here and also had some expensive work done around my house. It doesnt seem to matter with them.
