Great place to buy a motorcycle, parts or accessories and get gear. Prices are very reasonable and the staff makes you feel comfortable. They arent pushy like some dealerships can be yet are willing to answer any questions you might have. They also allow you to test drive a motorcycle depending on the availability of the model after signing a waiver and ensuring you are wearing the proper gear. Great selection of Ducati and Aprilia and other Italian small motors. If you do end up buying a motorcycle, they will even deliver it to basically anywhere in ME, NH, MA, VT, plus maybe more for a flat $50. There is also a cafe in a permanent food truck in the parking lot.
A motorcycle dealer that carries Aprilia and Ducati. nuff said!
By far one of the best motorcycle dealers in New England. Jim is a great business man and know how to treat their customers. Great atmosphere, prices and equipment.
Dealt with Jim & Christina. Very professional, quick, and easy to work with. Highly recommended.
Great shop for all your needs! Jeff in service and Adam in apparel are incredibly helpful and great to work with. If there is anything you need motorcycle related, just ask and if they dont have it, they can quickly get it. Just because you dont see it hanging on a wall doesnt mean it isnt there. Their reward point system is equivalent to receiving 10% off all of your purchase which eliminates the need to shop anywhere else.
Jim and his team are amazing. I just purchased an Aprilia Shiver. Such a sweet bike at a great price. They delivered it right to my house too. The whole process was seamless. They are very knowledgeable and have great communication. They came highly recommended and I now know why. Will def be recommending anyone I know to go see these folks. You wont be disappointed!
Adam and the crew at Seacoast are awesome! They had a carbon bell race star helmet that was discontinued, and perfectly matches my KTM Super Duke R. They even have a rewards program, which allowed me to make an easy second purchase of a second shield in dark gold iridium. I live in Atlanta, GA but have been treated like a local. I highly recommend this place.
The best and only place worth going for gear! I’ve been looking for my first arai or shoei helmet for over a month in the Boston area that would fit my xs head with no success. I was starting to feel so discouraged I thought I would never figure it out. Finally, Adam at Seacoast gave me the time and attention no place around town was able to offer to get it right. He spent over an hour on a Saturday afternoon fitting me including adjusting the padding on an arai signet x xs to get me the exact perfect fit. Bonus was they had every model in stock in my size so I could really feel confident in the shape. Then, on top of it all, Seacoast prices beat everyone else in town. My boyfriend and I will never go anywhere else! Top notch service. Top notch sales staff. We love Seacoast! Ask for Adam!
Very pricey, but they sell high quality products!!
I literally used to work at Seacoasts competitor for several years so Im very critical on how a dealership works and how it (in my opinion) should operate. Let me tell you that SSC does it right in every way. Jim ordered up my Panigale V2 as requested, negotiations were pain free and Kelly in finance didnt upsell me on anything. Im now finally 10 months after my purchase I set up my appointment with Jeff in service for my 1st service on the bike and he was great to deal with also. I didnt make a purchase in the parts department but let me tell you that they are fully stocked with just about everything you need and then some is no exaggeration.TLDR - SSC and its team are great and have earn a life long customer.
Excellent service, great selection and, nice people.
Absolutely worth the trip from anywhere to come here. Amazing and knowledgeable staff with a great selection of quality parts and gear.
The shop was too notch on the sale side of things. Not to pushy, ready to let you ride it and make a choice. Respectful and courteous. They always have a lot of bikes. The maintenance side of the house is usually booked up pretty far in advance. Initially I was annoyed at the Saturday maintenance free for all, but you usually get to meet and talk with a few people. So its pretty positive, but, you might end up spending all day there. The guy who runs the coffee trailer in front makes a great sandwich and coffee.
To start off thank you to Jim for helping me pick out an amazing helmet. He made the experience awesome and spoke to me like someone who cared about my safety not someone who cared about making a sale. I ended up with the shoei X-fourteen and I’m in love! He took the time to fully size the helmet and swap out all the pads to fit my massive head. When I told him my budget he also didn’t jump straight to my top dollar he started with something well below it which was very considerate.Next up thank you to Adam! I talked his ear off today about getting a pair of boots and he was super informative on helping me narrow down my decision on what to go with! He went up and down the stairs a bunch of times grabbing me different sizes and didn’t mind at all! I’ll definitely be back in to snag my boots when my size comes in stock! Overall I highly recommend seacoast cycle!!!
Very nice, and easy to deal with, wont give you the run a round. Happy all round
100% recommend visiting this dealer for any of your needs regarding your bike. They were extremely helpful and made everything easier than you can ever imagine. I recently picking up a bike here and my sales people were Jim and Kelly. I’ve also dealt with others who I don’t really know their names, but every person I talked to was super nice and helpful!
Seacoast Sport Cycle sold me my Vespa a couple of months ago. To which they took care of my first service (600 miles). They offer everything I want from sales to maintenance, and their service center and professional techs are very accommodating.
Im late writing this review, but I feel obligated to share my experience. I just bought my first bike and had to get set up with some riding gear. I had initially planned on purchasing online. However, my uncle (an experienced rider) convinced me to shop at SSC. I was greeted by Jim Clarke, who assessed my needs and spent hours of his afternoon helping me find the perfect setup. He took the time to teach me about proper sizing and why it is so important. I was able to buy the highest quality gear at very competitive prices. A month later Im loving the gear and having a blast! I highly recommend shopping with Jim at SSC, for anything motorcycle related. Thank you!
Great knowledgeable and highly experienced staff I have bought 3 bikes from SSC and had them all serviced by this great team. I will always recommend them to everyone looking for a great Italian bike or scooter. They are truly the best around.
Excellent service and friendly.
I’m currently driving three hours home after spending the better part of the day at Seacoast Sport Cycle. Don’t let that first sentence throw you off, the only delays I had were due to Covid-19 and my bank. The time I spent at SSC was phenomenal. Jim, Kelly and the service team were kind and patient and informative, answering all my questions and providing me with excellent service. I would not hesitate to send anyone here for their motorcycle needs. Top notch!
Let me start off by saying this is the best buying experience I have had to date when it comes to a motorcycle. Everyone at this dealer seems to genuinely care about the customer. My salesmen Jason was awesome and did not play any games. Kelly in finance handle everything efficiently and did not make me wait all day. Adam in riding gear was able to size my helmet and was very knowledgeable on all products. This is definitely a one stop shop. Well worth the 2 hour drive! There should be more dealers like this one! Thanks again everyone, now I just need the summer!
Bought s motorcycle from here 2 years ago and get all my service needs done here. The staff is amazing and always friendly!
Went in looking for a unique powerful bikr and thats exactly what seacoast provided. Scott was a great knowledgeable sales manager who got me into a 2016 multistrada 1200 enduro. Brenda got me through the credit process with ease. Thank you to the team of Seacoast Sport Cycle for all the help. Id recommend to anyone.
Love anything that deals with bikes. Great selection in there even though Im a Suzuki guy.
The staff are knowledgeable and passionate about motorcycles and racing. They have a highly curated selection of gear and staff to help you. Excellent mechanics. During the winter, they hold maintenance classes.
~4.7 stars (at the time of this writing) average review on a Euro bike dealership should speak for itself but, Im going to add to it anyways.SSC is the best dealership - car or motorcycle - I have ever worked with by a HUGE margin. Product selection, product knowledge, and customer service are all top-notch. My wife and I have purchased 4 bikes from Jim and Scott over the past several years and theyve always demonstrated superior knowledge of their product, worked out a fair deal with no pressure, and have done it all with a smile. Brenda in the back office is a joy to work with and handles financing and warranty logistics quickly and painlessly. Scott and Adam in parts/service making handling the logistics of upgrading and servicing multiple bikes a breeze and make sure its done at a fair rate. Kyle in service is not only extremely knowledgeable but, hell go out of his way to provide accessible explanations of the work done for anyone ranging from a completely hands-off weekend rider to the hardcore home mechanic. The selection of bikes, gear, and parts they have on-hand is the best Ive seen in the Northeast and they have a dealer loyalty program and promotions that are actually worthwhile. Plus, they run a ton of great events for riders and enthusiasts throughout the year: Demo days (and they still offer an impressive demo fleet year-round), track day seminars, various service clinics, custom gear fitting, and even a fashion show for new gear at the end of the season! The only thing thats even a slight negative about this dealership is that service appointments will start booking several weeks out during the riding season (and they still offer first-come, first-served service for smaller jobs on Saturdays to help alleviate this). I cant fault them for this though because their shops expertise is very much in-demand - and for good reason. This is the only business Ive had any true customer loyalty for and I cannot say enough good things about them. If youre in New England and have even the slightest interest in fine two-wheeled machines, you owe it to yourself to check this place out.
They have first come first serve Saturday mornings for up to two hours work so if you need more than that get back in line the next Saturday. Ricks electrics from Hampstead is the only aftermarket they will use it has a great warranty. Just make sure you tell them how much time you want them to spend on testing.
Bought a brand new Aprilia from this shop the other day . Jim gave me an awesome deal on the bike . Adam from sales department helped me pick out a helmet that suits my style and fit . Excellent shop and i will definitely be going there more often now .
Very knowledgeable staff. Trustworthy. A little pricey but worth it. Good inventory. They know their bikes.
If you are looking for anything motorcycle related - this is the place to go. Very knowledgeable people. They spent almost 2 hours helping us find helmets that fit perfectly. Large selection of gear. And probably every italian bike out there is in their showroom. From now on we only shopping at Seacoast Sport Cycle!
Place is great. Just got to test ride a 959 with no pressure at all. I dealt with Jim. Very easy to talk to and let me take the bike for a spin without any hassle at all. Well worth checking out. Thanks again!
Best business I’ve ever been to. Not just motorcycles, best business. Customer service and a passion for what they are about sets Seacoast so far above other shops. Purchased a used bike from Scott, the team did the full service before purchase and repaired other items they found with a fine tooth comb, and told me what it was they found. Not something I’ve ever experienced before. Even held the bike there for months until I had a place to garage it and finished paying for it, and delivered it to me two states away! Now I ride it every day. Customer for life. A+. Feels like a family.
Best motorcycle dealer and service shop I have done business with! Cordial and helpful staff and very knowledgeable but down to earth motorcycle experts, I have been going there for over 8 years now and will continue to do so!
Fantastic shop. Huge selection of bikes and gear. Adam helped us pick out some great upgrades for my bike. It is awesome to have people so in to riding and bikes to help you out. Also, they gave us free cheeseburgers. I could just walk around in there for days.
Friendly, experienced and eager to share their knowledge with you. If you take some time to talk to the employees you will find that they are all passionate about the bikes they sell. They wont push a bike on you to try to force the sale and they gave me more detail than I asked for to ensure I got the right bike for me. As a first time motorcycle buyer I could not have asked for a better experience. 5 stars was an easy decision.
Scott was absolutely fantastic and patient with me when deciding which new bike I wanted to buy. He located 2 bikes for me without hesitation. He even held the bike I wanted for months till I was ready to pick up. never have I been to any type of dealership with such knowledgeable staff and a staff that truly cares about the customer. Would definitely recommend Seacoast to anyone
Scott made the process easy and great for me. I was on a bike and rode it home a week later. Never would have expected the quality and friendliness from an Italian motorcycle dealer after my previous experiences. Everyone is quick to help not just to sell you parts and bikes.Service is great! I highly suggest this place even if you arent looking right now I highly suggest going there!
Friendly people. I recommend going here especially if you are looking for a helmet. They take the time and make sure you have a perfect fit for your head. Love the attention to detail that have
Scott and the rest of the crew are great people and the service was outstanding. Im a new rider and they took the extra time to explain all the functionality of the bikes and nuances of each before riding. Great experience - will be back for all service calls
Had experience ordering from Dana from Seacoast Sport Cycle.Very helpful, highly skilled. I live in San Francisco, CA, but will only deal with Seacoast in a future for all my motorcycle needs. You guys are awesome! Thank you!
“My wife and I own three bikes and we have worked with the sales, service and parts staff. Sales and service and general communication are as good as it gets from any upscale European bike or car dealership, passionate, first class, enthusiastic. Problems, if they ever occur, are fixed fast with understanding for the customer. The parts department, however, could use a little more enthusiasm and empathy for the shopper. For us this is not a deal-breaker, but if the goal is to be perfect, then polish the parts department.”
I’ve been buying all my street & track gear from SSC for many years now. Friendly staff that greet you when you walk in. They always take the time to help you try on any apparel and make sure the fit is correct. If they don’t stock your style or color selection. They’ll order it from their local distributor at no extra cost.Shout out to Adam for helping me size and choose my new Alpinestars GP Pro V2 one piece suit and back protector. Great customer with attention to answer any questions that I had.I highly recommend SSC for anything from motorcycle sales, service, and apparel. They sell nothing but, quality. Thanks again Seacoast Sport Cycles!
In the world of purchasing / maintaining Italian motorcycles youd think the term if you have to ask you probably cant afford it would apply - though surely not true with Seacoast. I just had the first service done on my Ducati that I purchased here in Oct 2016 and I am very pleased with just how affordable (and professional) they really are. Highly recommend.
Tried to buy brand new bike with Jim Smith Sales what an ARROGANT kind of person. I just walked out the door. He just lost a Big sale and more from me and my Family .....Maybe he owns the place but he had the I DO NOT CARE IF U BUY ATTITUDE
Great knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good service department with top notch techs. Lots of stock to try. Very engaged with customer base with many events from parties to track days (one of the best perks ever!!!).
“You were recommended by Held as a distributor and they knew your personnel by first name. You had my gloves in stock & were knowledgeable about fit & specs. I manage the Keene NH Motorcycle Rider Training site & teach all around the state- I talk up your business to all of my students because of my personal experience with you and the recommendations of other rider coaches that frequent your store. Thanks for the great customer service!” ~Corvus
Great place, good selection of riding jackets. The staff is very patient and detail oriented. They helped me pick out a great new rev-it jacket.
Awesome shop and crew! Very personal sales, parts and service department that is always willing to help and get you what you need. Would highly recommend doing business with these guys!
Service service service. This place does it. Great staff who know their stuff and will spend the time with you. Awesome apparel selection. I go here because fit and style is so hard to select online. They have a ton of stuff no matter what bike you ride.
Stopped by on a whim and had a good initial experience looking at gear. I saw they listed a couple of used bikes a few days later and had to stop by again to take a look. They treated me extremely well regardless of whether I was being new or used and let me test ride (something most dealers wont do) . I also tried on what felt like 30 pieces of gear until I found the perfect fit. I also tried out helmets and found out my current helmet is the wrong size, I will be back to purchase at a later date. When it came time to purchase a bike and some gear they threw together a package price I couldnt refuse and didnt even want or need to haggle.
Nice shop, great employees. First vehicle purchase in NE that I enjoyed
Excellent service..
Very impressive store. Italian bike porn galore. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. This will be a frequent stop on my trips through the area.
Great place staff friendly dealership very clean and pleasant
Super friendly staff and owner who takes the time to work with you on anything. I cannot recommend this place enough. Do yourself a favor and stop in to see for yourself how a professional motorcycle shop should run.I will be back.Brian
Great customer service! Great team all around.
I bought my Vespa from Seacoast Sport Cycle and the whole experience was wonderful. I especially want to thank Scott and Jim for help with the sales process, Patricia for spending a long time with me and my daughter fitting our helmets, and the person who delivered it to my house (I forgot his name) who showed me how to adjust the shock. I will definitely recommend you to my friends!
Extremely helpful and patient staff. Better than online prices for gear and decent inventory. Thanks!
Wow!! These Guys Rock!!We bring our Aprilia 250 Scarabeo every year for TOP NOTCH SERVICE w a Smile!! ( From St. Pete FL! To ME)Jeff in Service is A_#1..!!Awesome Showroom!! Deals! Awesome Bikes!! Moto Guzi.. Ducati.. Aprilia.. Vespa!! Like I said.....WOW!!
Can’t say enough wonderful things about “Clarkie” in the parts/Accessories Dept. He is thorough, courteous and always follows thru on what he says he is going to do. I went in on a busy Sat. and 3 people asked if they could help me. I’ve never felt more attention at a store when shopping. Great staff and always knowledgeable !!! Mr. Kells took the time to help me find the perfect helmet. He ordered the one that I wanted and called the minute it arrived.Great customer service. Will always buy my Motorcycle products from Seacoast Sport Cycle.Moto Guzzi California Custom.
“I have bought two Ducatis there in the past year. I have always felt welcome and surrounded by knowledgeable personnel. I do some of my own service work and Kyle is very helpful with answering questions and explaining how to do things properly. On many occasions, he has taken the time to show me disassembled components from the shop, in order to demonstrate what he is talking about. They have an excellent selection of factory parts, accessories and clothing, right there in stock. If they dont have it, they will get it quick. I needed a slipper clutch for my 1098 and Adam had it there in less than 24 hrs. I also frequently deal with Pat, Jim, Jason, Charles and Scott, who are always accommodating and friendly . I have nothing but great things to say about Seacoast Sport Cycle.”
Jim and Kelly are wonderful to work with! Seacoast was amazing to purchase from!
Seacoast rocks! Best bikes, best gear and super helpful staff.
I bought a 2016 Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 Factory from them recently and they were terrific. The sales process with Scott was a pleasure; from the test ride and negotiation to the delivery. Adam answered every accessory question I had quickly. I also want to specifically thank Scott and Brenda for helping me with the out-of-state purchase process.
I was looking for an ignition cover for my Aprilia- ordered it from an online source who had to call and tell me the bad news that they couldnt get the part anymore, but that they had done business with Adam at this place and the list said that they had the part I needed (1 in stock). I called and Adam answered the phone- he placed me on hold to go get the part in his hands before going any further. He found it and came back to the phone- he could also get it to me in 2 days for a great price on the part and shipping. This is my first experience with them and will not be my last- 1st impression is a lasting impression. Thanks Adam.
Awesome staff that definitely know their stuff. Very friendly and glad to help.
I take my Piaggio MP3 500 here for service and winter storage. Excellent!
Great service by Jeff at Service desk and the mechanics! These guys know what theyre talking about (Guzzi Stelvio NTX 2013). Theyre not cheap but they seem to know their stuff. Ill update, maybe with 5 once I get the final bill and my bike back.
If you love Italians, youll love Seacoast Sport Cycle.
Great cycle selections. Knowledgeable staff
Great staff, great accessories, AlpineStars, Rizoma... Italian exotic machinery!
Great people. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great place love the hospitality every time I go there.
Excellent experience, great knowledgeable stuff, good selection of motorcycle and accessories👍👍
Good collection and good people. But short on staff so we had to wait to talk to them
I bought a 2014 Monster 796 from them. Went to all the dealers in the area (north east MA and south east NH) and they were the only ones who were truthful about several test questions I asked e.g. Ducati rebate program, etc... Straight shooters and very knowledgeable/helpful with gear and gadgets. Had 500 mile service done, bike acted a little weird after and they were on it fixing the problem, even called the next day to make sure things were ok. Trust is important to me, drive here from MA for service/gear... buying my next bike here for sure.
Bought my Vespa here. Very knowledgeable.
Needed some parts in a hurry and Adam in parts got me dialed in! Great service and knowledgable staff! Thanks.
Jim and his team made this bike purchase a complete breeze.I walked in with an idea, they listened to that idea, they prepped the bike I would test ride, I rode it, they let me buy it.Shipped me aftermarket parts I purchased on the original purchase date free of charge, a tech even sent me a service manual PDF for my own garage library.Loved it so much Ill bring it back to them for a break in service later this month. Bike (a Moto Guzzi V7II) was properly set up and adjusted (surprisingly not an everyday occurrence for a small-production niche motorcycle dealer network). My only problems are that the oil and brake fluid seem to have been overfilled at time of prep ... not a big deal, better than a misadjusted clutch-box lever or improperly torqued bolt (yes I checked).Financing was a snap, delivery was great, staff will wait on the phone while I talk at them even though Im sure theyve got other things to do.Seriously, for your italian moto needs this is the place. Gear department looks totally rad too ... Revit dealer? I dunno, didnt look.
“I have had my bike in for service 3 or 4 times. The first was a seal issue the bike was 3 weeks old. The service was done but the dealership charged Full price me for my first oil change at the same time the seal was fixed. I thought it should have been maybe discounted or freee. I had a stater replaced again under Ducati, I later developed a leak at the clutch cover. I was charged for that. While that was done I asked for the Clutch to be checked, I drove the bike for 200 miles and the slave cylinder for the clutch leaked. I was charged for that seal. I was told too much fluid in the clutch res. I might be crazy but it seems to me something is not right here. I purchased the bike from Seacoast brand new right out of the crate. I told the service rep when I paid my last repair bill I was not happy and would be going else where. I had a great experience buying the bike from the sales man John Martin who is gone now to I think to a BMW dealer. If I was pampered after my first issue which I addressed with Ducati USA and Italy with maybe an extended service contract from Ducati or maybe some more empathy from SeaCoast with my oil change I might be a little less jaded with the whole ordeal
Home of the best Ducati technician in North America - Kyle Thompson. If nothing else, you should bring your Ducati here simply to have him work on it. But theres more! Also home to the most impressive collection of apparel in the North East. If youre after serious gear these are the people to talk to. Theyve been selling the top brands for years and they really know the product well. Shoei, Arai, Revit, Dainese, Held, Sidi - like I said all the top brands.
Excellent experience all around.
This is one of my families favorite places to go.
Great staff.....unreal machines!! Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!
Great service
Sales, parts, and service are awesome
No need to go ANYWHERE else !its a FAMILY there and I get treated as such, including my dog !
A very professional dealership that knows their stuff!
Great friendly crew
Great people and service
