I had a small print job that was time sensitive and needed to be delivered. Not only did Muzzy go above and beyond making sure everything was completed correctly and on time. Since I was calling from out of Town and the package needed to be delivered nearby - Muzzy offered to deliver the package for me on his own time. I could not be happier with my experience and highly recommend this store and the staff.
I have had a great experience. I have been helped by Muzzy. This guy knows his craft. He also has great customer service skills. It is nice to find people who really cares about the service they are providing. Highly recommend this store.

Truth be told - Im not a fan of UPS. I have frequent issues with getting shipments in and I never use them to ship due to their prices and generally slower time than the Postal Service.However, I will sometimes need them in order to send a package back to Amazon. I can say that the folks at this store have been nothing but helpful and respectful to me. Rarely have an issue and when one does come up, they help me through it.If only the UPS Distribution Center in Nashua was this reliable. :)
Assisted me in the pick up and packaging/shipment of a few lots I had purchased at an auction. The quality of service was exceptional. Items were expertly packaged, and shipped at a very reasonable rate. Great to work with, and very courteous!

Went in to do a return for Amazon on New Year’s Eve. I didn’t have one of the papers I needed. 100% my fault. They told me it would be five dollars to print it. I think $5 is ridiculous price to print a paper needed for a return. Most of the time all of the employees are wonderful. We have been using them quite a bit lately. Might have to switch to Staples that has UPS in it @ Londonderry.
I went into the store thinking I had three quick easy returns. But only one of them was easy. The associate was kind and didnt make me feel rushed or like I was being a pain (I apologize, I didnt catch his name.) One of them was a return to Comcast and their system wasnt connecting to theirs. The associate had all my information and said he would try later in the day and that he was also working the following day and would continue to try. I left a little hesitant since I didnt think to ask for a receipt that I dropped it off there or anything. I could just see it turning into one of those situations of a lost cable box that I end up getting charged for. Anyway, thats not what happened at all. I received an email the following day confirming that they were able to connect to their system and they were sending it out, as well as a scanned receipt. Just amazing customer service! Ive been in the store a handful of times and have never had a bad experience. And theyre typically really fast, which I like. No offense, but its always an errand that I want to be in and out quickly! :)
A nice young man, Alex T helped my handicapped mom print her labels and get the boxes from her car. He went above and beyond to help her. Thank you.
So I went into this UPS with 8 boxes and needed them to print out the individual labels for each, tape them, and ship them off. I was a little discombobulated to say the least. When I arrived, this one man was literally doing everything for everyone.... and pleasantly.He not only printed each, taped each, but he helped me keep my sanity during these crazy times. I learned his name was Cameron. Talk about composure under pressure. He made my trip there so much easier, and I left with a smile on.
I had a great experience the other day at this location. I was trying to fax an important document but there was no response and would not successfully send. The owner was kind enough to scan the documents for me and try for two days to see if he could get it to send. He kept me updated the entire time. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the fax number and it did not send. He refunded me my money very quickly. He went out of his way to help and was super friendly! I highly recommend this store. I had to post this review as I left the store impressed. I had a package shipped to this store as it was a gift for my husband and I didn’t want him to see it at our house. I work a distance from the store so trying to make it before closing can be a struggle. I pulled into the store at 6:29 (they close at 6:30) and I’m pretty sure by the time I reached the door it was 6:30. I apologized for showing up right at closing, but everyone was so friendly and accommodating. This was such a refreshing experience, especially around the holidays! I won’t hesitate to use this store again. Thank you!
Ian was so awesome and helpful. We had to drop off a package and also fax. He did everything so great and was really friendly helping us and answering all our questions. There was no line and the store was really convenient for us. Very good experience, I highly recommend.
Dropped off a package on Thursday. I was told the truck is loading up so it will go Friday. They never shipped it till Monday! Totally unacceptable !!

This store shows as open until 7:30pm on Wednesday on google, which unfortunately was not the case when I showed up at 6:35 with a package ups failed to pick up at my home earlier that day. As the store owner, I would think you would want to make sure this info was up to date to avoid frustrated customers, but maybe not. Additionally when talking to two employees still working, neither could be bothered to help us get the packages with prepaid labels checked in. Just frustrating all around when people don’t even attempt to go the extra mile...ever.

Had a package to deliver and was in a hurry so not having the best day, to be honest but my visit definitely did not add to the stress of that day. I dont ship things too much anyway, but this was the first I found and I can definitely say Ill be coming here again. When in need of assistance, whoevers there is friendly and helpful enough that I take time out of my day today, to write this review so others know that this UPS store is the one to use.
Came in late on Friday December 20th after work in a rush and tired. After my previous experience at the post office recently, I was expecting the worst. These guys were friendly, efficient and fun. It was a complete surprise! I was out right away and left happy. Highly recommend 😀
I have a UPS mailbox at this location. It is a very helpful service for my business as I am not always around to receive packages. The service allows you to have all of your mail sent to this location and then you can pick it up when you are free. All couriers will drop your mail at this location (it is not a PO box! it is a real address). They can even forward specific items to you if you ask. Lets say you are traveling and you need a specific item you can give them the tracking number and they will forward the item to you. I believe the cost of this service is $3.00.As far as the other reviews go: You cannot use your UPS account number at this location because this a franchise and they need to use their UPS account number when purchasing shipping. If you want to use your account number you will need to purchase the labels yourself and drop the packages off in the store. THIS IS FREE. They will accept all labeled UPS packages for free. I can not speak to the price of their other services as I have not used any of them.Overall, this a great location and I would highly recommend it.

Devon is the master of the UPS and customer service. Remember his face. Whenever you see Alex as well, youll see awesome customer service in your face. They make that stuff work.They make all packages do whatever the heck they tell them to do. No one rules UPS stores like them. Not this guy, none of you little guys out there. They are the customer service commanders, remember that! The commander of all packages!When it comes down to business, this is what they do. When I get my packages I pinch them like this. OOH you little Amazon package little guy. Then I rub my nose with it.
I’ve been to this location twice.. I went both times for returns because that’s where Amazon told me to go. It’s easy, they print out the label by scanning a bar code amazon gives you and they stick a label that generates from the barcode on the package and it’s all set. First time I went, there was a younger male that helped me and he was nice and professional. I went there today with my husband and a girl with blonde hair helped us. . She was extremely rude and not very polite. She didn’t say hi, your welcome, nothing. I asked her if there was any tape I could use to close up the package. “Yeah over there by the table.” (Mind you Amazon says UPS store will package and seal up the package for you... I was nice enough to already bring it in a box) so anyways, I sealed up the package I looked at her and said thank you.. she said nothing, gave us a dirty look. Is your job that hard? For crying out loud you printed a label!! I did the rest!! Least you could do is provide friendly customer service. Not for nothing but if you don’t like your job maybe you should get a new one. UPS - you might want to check in on your stores, no one wants to deal with an unpleasant jerk. Your google reviews are terrible already. You need to do some damage control in that store!
Decent place when theyre open. came here at 1:40 pm on a Saturday, fully expecting them to be open since the posted hours on the door say 9 AM to 3 PM on Saturdays. Post your new hours on Google and on your own door if youre going to be closed. Thanks.
THIS IS NOT UPS! This location is unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and go directly to UPS. Team are liars and lazy. Highly recommend avoiding this store.
They have a notary only some of the time! I visited to notarize some documents in a hurry. The guy at the counter was busy helping nobody, because he did not know where anything was. The phone was ringing off the hook and he could not care less. Then after half an hour of my life shortened by this agony, he had the pleasure of informing me there was no notary in the house, and invited me to come back the next day, presumably to sell me some other service which had yet to be invented at this location. I recommend Walmart next door; it serves just as well for all your shipping needs; you get nothing done at either location, but the Walmart chicken is a better choice to waste longevity on.
Brought a return from amazon there, my return was never even processed or shown to be brought to UPS. Tried calling them, left a message. No one called me back. Called again, and said “its not here, so it must have shipped out.” NEVER AGAIN
They charged me $1 for printing out a shipping label. 1 page for $1. Not that this $1 kills me, but hey, come on. $1 for one page, on a big, heavy shipment that costs $$$. Thats petty.
NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! They let someone who didn’t even work there sign for a whole shipment of packages!!! One of those were mine with a brand new iPhone in it!!!!! The kid working there said they couldn’t do anything and ADMITTED they doing check ids and signatures!!! Called ups and they said they can’t do anything!!!
Very helpful and courteous staff. My return package to Amazon was on its way in less than three minutes.
I have a mail box here. I’d say 40 to 50 percent of the time they misplace or lose my packages. Can’t wait till my time is up with them I’ll be leaving immediately.
AVOID THIS UPS STORE. They have a packaging scheme that will OVERCHARGE you every time!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. Your better off going to USPS (if you can believe that) Unless you want to pay $20 to send out a paperclip.This private owned store is the worst out of ANY in the area.
Previous reviews are CORRECT! dont do business here. i just left here after trying to send a package. its Dec 10th, 14 days before Christmas and there were 8 people in line with me. The phone rings and its a disgruntled customers. instead of explaining to the phone customer that he/she is the 9th person in queue and putting them on hold until it was their turn, the counter person (there was only one behind the counter) started tracking their package, explaining what went wrong, told them to come in and get a refund, etc. etc. obviously, they screwed up that persons shipment. the kid behind the counter put everyone who was standing there on hold while going on and on with this one unhappy customer. its a pet peeve of mine to be physically at a business and the phone rings and all of the sudden, that caller is being helped and now youre on the back burner. a caller is just another customer in the queue and should not take precedence because they called. i will never visit this place again because management hires kids who dont understand making 8 people wait while helping someone for 10 minutes, (who is just sitting at home and called up on the phone) is WRONG. im finding the UPS store in Londonderry. bye bye Derry UPS
Live in an obvious bad downtown neighbor with a building that is literally crumbling next door and an addiction halfway house on the other side with bars around. the UPS man literally tossed a package with contents clearly listed with the value on the top in BOLD lettering on a front porch just 3 feet from the road and heavy foot traffic. his back turned to the door rapped loudly not knowing if I were home. No driveway living in the middle of a parking lot and took off. No signature asked for. No making sure package received. awful
I had to wait 30 min in line just to send an amazon return package.
