I have to say Dan Berry is one of the kindest and most efficient folks I have ever dealt with. My husband passed away and I have been somewhat lost as to how to deal with things. My Jaguar was at its leases end. Dan just asked me a few questions and made an appt to bring it in. I went in...he greeted me, explained the possible options, had me sign the paperwork and I was done! I cant thank him enough for making something was nervous about and dreading so easy!!! GI will be back!!

Where I might have previously thought Id buy from here I wont now . Just driving down the road making a left turn and one of their vehicles with D759 plates sped up in a Jaguar suv and cut me off almost hitting my car then proceeded to go slow in front of me. If thats how you treat people on the street I will never buy from your campus for any reason. I had my family in the car.Tell the lady that was driving she should be more considerate and careful of other drivers and actually obey traffic laws.

Nate was very knowledge about F-Types and enthusiastic about the Jaguar brand. Although I did not choose a car today, he spent a lot of time cheerfully describing the cars.

Service dept. has been a huge disappointment. Went in for an oil change and they drooped something in my engine. 5 days later i get my jag. back. Barely an apology for the inconvenience.
