Very professional and very kind. Took my vehicle to get the starter replaced, they did a great job with the installation. However, I was in a time crunch to get my car to a shipping service. There was a part of my transmission that needed to get cut off in order to get the starter on quicker. The service advisor let me know the plan and asked if it was okay to do. I gave them the okay to go ahead and do it… They had failed to let me know that they were going to charge me $100… an hours worth of shop time. I understand how shop time works but I wish I had been notified that I was going to be charged for it. I recommend that you communicate a little bit better. Other than that thank you for an amazing experience rare to find a good shop these days.

I explained my situation, they showed me the problem, gave a solution, and options! They were clear about what they were doing, and gave a great accurate estimate. Great quality work, great customer service, and fair pricing. I will be back!!

Always make sure you check your car before you leave a shop.I told these guys from the beginning that my rear window wasnt working because the motor wasnt working yet they still had to charge me$150 for diagnosis. Okay...After that they told the part needed had to be ordered to Japan and was going to be almost $800. Okay..I told them to just close the window without fixing it because I couldnt afford.So they closed it and for this I ended up being charged $400. Okay..I was going to let all that pass but then I realized they broke my door handle and glued it together and its not very visible.They sent me a message saying the plastic was old. The car is not rotten. The handle was broken because excessive force was used. So thats not cool.

Is my second time at this place and the service is excellent. I do trust this guys with my Jeep. If I could I will give them 10 stars

5 Stars! I dont usually write reviews, but felt compelled in this case. Not only are they friendly and accommodating, buy they actually refunded me for a part that they didnt use on my 2008 Prius catalytic converter. They didnt have to do that b/c I would have never known the difference. Cant get more HONEST than that. Karill does a fantastic job. I always recommend them to my friends.

Do not ever take your car here, they will estimate your car on the phone different then doing in person, worst costumer service ever i would never recommend these guys..they need to hire better mechanics

Brought my vehicle in twice for two separate things that were wrong it and both times told me the problems and that they had been fixed and both times left after paying almost 2,300 plus for both visits and the problems were still there !.

Came in for an emergency, with no appointment. The receptionists were very eager to help, and the guy who came to check the car was very efficient, solving the problem at no time and refused to charge me for the service.

Checked out my car fast..it was Ford escape..Under my duddys name

Would not recommend taking a diesel to this shop. My truck was over heating. They were the closest shop. They did get me right in. After about 30 minutes of reading the scan tool, Val told me he could not find anything wrong with my truck. Charged me $72 and sent me on my way. Went to another shop and 15 minutes later found out I had a blown head gasket. Val only looked at the scan tool. No degas test, pressure test, etc. Do not go here!!

I described my issue over the phone and they were able to get to my car quickly! All my questions were answered and I felt confident everything was going to be okay..and it was. I am thankful for the quality service!

They were really helpful and did whatever that is necessary to fix my car the same day it got broken into.

I made an appointment to get a check engine light on my car diagnosed for 10 on Tuesday and the diagnosis wasn’t completed until the end of day Thursday. I had to call in each instance to get updates on what was going on and in my opinion wasn’t given a very thorough explanation of what was going on. I understand that things happen, but you should atleast let someone know if you need to keep their car overnight, especially when you only authorize an hour of diagnosis time. They eventually spent 3 hours looking at the car, which seems reasonable, but was never discussed with me. I wasn’t given any real recommendation of what to do about my check engine light, but that they added oil, cleared the code and and seemed to be running fine. The engine light came back on the next day driving it. I’m sure they did a thorough job looking at my car, and I get that the job was tricky, but the communication and customer service I received was the worst I’ve ever had in a mechanic. Nothing is even close.

I have taken both of my cars to this shop. This place has really great customer service. They take care of you here. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Very knowledgeable.

We brought my wifes Honda Pilot in for a new A/C compressor, condenser and recharge.... seems to be blowing cold and I do not have any complaints on the work performed! Time will tell on the longevity of the compressor since this will be the 3rd one counting the original!They performed a routine check on the whole vehicle and pointed out what needed to be done to it, including a drivers side wheel bearing that was loose! do to Me! not seating the CV joint nut when installing the new bearing.( the race pushed out a bit when pressing the spindle into bearing) 180 foot lbs of torque on the nut and a re peening of the nut, she is fixed. But !!!! it was loose as a goose and I had no idea... Thanks ABC!One more cool thing I noticed, and they did not mention,was they put a bolt on the oil dipstick that I could not get the original one in after replacing the timing belt! The team here is straight forward. No surprising charges. I Got a fuel pump replacement. This is the first time I have went outside of using a family members or close friends shop to fix a vehicle in 10yrs and I will be coming back here for future repairs. They know how to get the job done right the first time! I use to think that customer service was on its last leg in our society, but Customer Service lives here at ABC Auto repair. I asked about the warranty expecting the standard 1yr. And blew me away once again with a 2yr warranty on the work and part. And the cherry on top of it all..... they have the best prices in my 15 mile radius search ☺. This place is as good as it gets!

Went in to for a pre-purchase check on a car. The mechanic accommodated my schedule and provided a complete car review in less than an hour. He found things that helped me decide to not purchase the car. Would recommend ABC.

Friend put his car in the shop. When we got it back, the transmission may have been rebuilt(?), but it sounded like clunker when they delivered it. Besides the transmission, nothing was wrong when it went in, it purred like a kitten. He says he had to weld the muffler on. But it wasnt noise before what did you do? Return it in the condition equal to or better than which you received it, please.

Last year had my 89 bronco two in for an engine removal and replacement! May 2019 I came in for wheel bearing removal and replacement and front end Alignment. If you want competent shop mechanical work done on your vehicle this is the place to go to with five star performance with reasonable shop rates! I recommend this automobile repair shop Highly!

Great work! These fellows can diagnose just about anything, as well as do routine maintenance work. Ive been using them since October, 2017, and just this week again on 5/7/18. They are very nice, super efficient, have a refreshing clean waiting room and restroom, and very conservative pricing. As a woman driver, I feel safe with ABC Auto - they arent going to rip me off because of my lack of knowledge about my cars mechanical needs. And sometimes you can converse with a p/t receptionist, the owners lovely daughter!

Before I had called ABC Auto Repair my brakes were about to give up and my car was un-drivable . It was very stressful and scary. The second I called them up, they were able to get my car in same day, fix my brakes and have my car returned to me the next day ! Very impressed on how fast and efficient they are . They made my stress about my car be at such ease . I will only be coming back to this shop if I ever have any car issues that need to be fixed again!

Scam do not go there they started work and said we okayed it and then our car started doing other things that it never did before. And they said if you dont want us to finish the work that we would have to have it towed since they already started taking it apart . Started with a 1,00.00quote and left paying 3

2003 impala. I went in for transmission flush, filter, and oil change. Two days go by and check engine light appears. I check oil level. Its a good half inch over filled. I take car back and explain. There was no leaks what so ever in my drive way before I brought my car for these services. Oil way over filled. The pictures showing level two days after, which is where my thumb is. Two days. One picture is my drive way and second picture is right after I bring my car back and explain. The guy gor really defensive as I was explaining. They did not even drain the oil level to proper level. Clearly its dripping oil right there durning my second visit explaing what was happening. They made a serious mistake and they did nothing on their behalf to fix it but get mad and very rude. Im very disappointed. But what can a person do? Do not recommend. I feel terrible

Did a pre-purchase inspection on a BMW and they did an excellent job finding hidden problems on the car. The price was very reasonable, and they even opened till late for us (we arrived at 5:30). Id trust them as my go-to mechanic if Im near the area!

Drove to Seattle from New Mexico and our BMW ran into steering problems. Needed a new pump and rack and pinion and they got it fixed overnight for a fair price. Drove it back home without any problems.

Wow! Is all I have to say my repair job isnt completely done due to waiting on parts, but they still get a five start rating from be thats how AWESOME this place is! So about a week ago I brought my Camaro in for a break job the young hot girl at the front looked for the parts from shop to shop calling. So eventually she found what she needed and went to go buy the parts herself since I was waiting a but she offered....get this TO BUY ME LUNCH! What auto shop does that! That just blew me away. We are still waiting to get the random part from online so they can complete my job but all in all they are amazing Im telling everyone to go here this is how a business should be run! A+ guys

Scheduled an appointment. Was waiting for a about 40 minutes for the shop to open Saturday morning. Received a call hours later apologysing for force majeure circumstances. It would be nice to call customers prior to the time or shortly after the time of the appointment.
