My experience with Vogue Vision was actually wonderful compared to where I went last year.No names but I threw there glasses in the trash.It was so very nice to be treated like a human beingAgain and on top of all that the glasses fit and I can actually see when I wear them.Wonderful team that works with you. They really want to make sure you are happy with what you chose.

I have been going here 3 years now and have been quite happy with every one at the Euclid branch. This last time I had my eyes checked I was getting headaches and upset stomachs an hour after putting on my new glasses, and they rechecked everything and ordered a new prescription, and it has been fine for me since then. I can’t say how thankful I am for their kindness and all they have helped me through.

The staff was so friendly & helpful. The doctor was very nice & answered all my questions. I got my glasses in a few days & they fit them perfectly 🤓

I’ve gone here along with my two daughters for 14 years and they are great- Becky has worked there the whole time and is very efficient and helpful!

I have been going to the Euclid location for around 10 years. I never have to wait, the staff is very courteous and efficient. They have gone out of their way to promptly help when my glasses were broken and they actually replaced a pair of glasses where the lens seemed to be marred. The staff also works with my insurance to get the best possible price which leaves only a small balance for me. I would highly recommend this Vogue and this particular location which is easy to access from I 235.

I just picked up my glasses at Vogue and couldnt be happier. For my last pair of glasses, I went elsewhere (a cheap place) and I had so many problems! I will always come back to Vogue from now on. The staff is the best and my glasses are perfect! Thanks again!

I called as a new patient and they were able to get me scheduled the same week. Optometrist is very friendly and thorough and explained everything along the way. Front desk staff was also very friendly and patient as I had tried on many different frames and was very indecisive. I ended up decided on Harley Davidson frames with transitional lenses and anti-glare. The staff allowed me to break up the cost between two different paychecks. Office is open until 6 during the week and they are open for a few hours on Saturday, which also makes it very convenient for me and my family. I started as a new patient but ended up having my Husband and our two children registered as new patients as well because of the good experience I had.

Quick and efficient, the optometrist is awesome!On a side note, dont be late for your appointments, this can ruin the entire day for him as he has to push all of his appointments around because of it.His time is just as important as yours, remember that.
