Scheduled an appointment that fit my schedule. Serviceman was friendly and competent, but had more difficulty finding our place than I thought he should; even when I thought I had given him clearly stated directions, he went to a different house with the same number but on the wrong street. I had his number from when he called me to say he was on the way and I called him just as he pulled into the wrong driveway and told him how to get to my house. He expressed surprise that two places had the same house number. Once he was here, all went well.

Not happy with Adams Doir Company it took 132 days to get doors and installed when I purchased them salesman told me 6 to 8 weeks it took them 3 trips to get 3 doors and openers installed on new construction

We had quite a few communication issues from the get go - from scheduling the estimate to scheduling the install... I was pretty bummed about it truthfully. The day Jerry arrived, I was to receive a headsup call that he was on his way in order to allow time to move vehicles and all — that didn’t happen, so Jerry ended up having to wait for us to be able to move everything out of his way to even pull in the driveway to start :(Jerry did a fantastic job and I felt bad that he had to waste time waiting on us, but that could have been avoided w a phone call. I had 2 Raynor Affina garage doors installed recently. I would rate communication from the company rep to be less than satisfactory but the important part to the purchaser is that the product itself I would rate as excellent. The installer though himself not much on communication was focused entirely on the job and making sure everything was done right. His name is Jerry, hesa perfectionist and the type of person I would want doing work at my home.

A dear friend of mine was told she would recieve a free estament for her garage door repair but instead a man comes out and starts working on her door and wasnt even fixing it the way she wanted it fixed, so he was asked to leave and now they are billing her for doing nothing. So i guess if you want a thief to work on your door give them a call.
