Did a great job on my TV install! Got the screen on the wall, then after the crew left I realized it was too high. They came back same day and moved it for me at no additional cost. Very professional and accommodating.

Audio Labs is fantastic!! Jim, Andy, and Cory are the best! We are so pleased and would highly recommend them! Now that we have our new entertainment center going to a movie may become a thing of the past!

Its unfortunate that such a great business was sold to such a hapless individual. Greg and Andy are great and regularly point out how pathetic he is but Jim really makes it not worth doing business with Audio Labs. Its a sad situation.Edit: You were my first point of contact and had no idea what you were talking about so Greg and Andy had to compensate for your complete lack of knowledge. I ended up not purchasing anything, since the other guys dont get commissions anyways. Nice try at saving face though.

Easily 5 stars. Quality products, but more importantly the customer service is top notch. Greg was really great to work with and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Highly recommend.

Great place to get high end equipment. Repair shop is invaluable in this town. Lots of audio knowledge in this store. A Des Moines staple.

Always helpful, never pushy, and have great product and values. Wish I could afford some of the gear they rep but goals are for a reason. Ive been going here for over 20 years for product, information, and supplies. Theyre willing to chat and help. Years ago I was struggling doing my own install on a complicated programming matter and they talked me through on the phone.

I have been a customer at Audio Labs since the 1970s and have always found them to have excellent products and outstanding customer service. Multiple times I have received the advice to NOT buy a given product because it would not achieve my stated goal of upgrading my systems. I have never had this experience at any other retailer and certainly not at a big box store. Their attitude has always been to keep me as a customer for the long term and not simply get the quick sale. Keep up the great work, gentlemen!

Harry and staff are the best in the business. I have never been to a high end audio ship that can compete.They are not there to simply sell. They will educate with no strings attached. Even if you simply call. The repairs I have had done were very budget friendly and timely. I cant say enough good things about this shop.

Stopped by looking for an expensive device I needed quickly, but they were late to open. Had to go elsewhere. They lost my business.

I have recommended Audio Labs to lots of family and friends. I tell them to let someone there know what they are wanting to do and how much they want to spend. They always leave happy. They arent pushed into buying things they dont need and are always offered ways to obtain service on purchases. If anyone out there is looking for great sound its great to check it out. Of course, my favorite room in the place is the home theater. I think a lot of people might miss it, but well worth the look to get some ideas of what is possible. The guys there seem to be able to make things happen and make sure they work and keep on working.

Harry and his team have changed the way my family listens to music. We installed a modest automation package which centered around a Nuvo music system. This is our favorite part of our new home; and now we listen to more music than we watch TV.I would recommend AudioLabs for anything related to home audio, security or home automation.
