Sales manager Bill provided excellent service and was most knowledgeable on the mattress that would best fit our needs. As a result of the level of service we purchased another king size mattress for our daughter and son-in-law. Additionally, delivery personnel were quick, efficient and ensured old mattresses and new mattresses were delivered without any damage or issues.

I came to American Mattress primarily because it was the closest to my rental car drop off at the airport beings that I just moved from Louisiana and needed a bed. I checked their website and saw that they offer free shipping on orders over $499. Im going to need this as I do not have a personal vehicle now living in the city. Extremely dishonest. The sales person tried to charge me with 500$ more than the sticker price. I was buying an $8,500 mattress set and he didnt even care to show or explain anything. Kept on talking to me from behind his counter. Told me the mattress set had a 90 day trial period and I would be able to return it for a full refund if I didnt like it. 60 days passed and I wanted to return it, but the manager told me no refunds are possible, only store credit. The delivery was a mess too and the guys who installed the mattress, didnt know how to program the base. Awful!!!
