Don’t know if they have a bunch of bad batches or what?! But I seem to be wasting money left and right on bootleg coils. Might have to do the online route...

Been here 3 times within the last year and will not be coming back. I live right around the corner from here and wouldve been so convenient to use this place for emergency purchases. With that being said, I dont mind paying retail prices for my emergency situations to support my local B&M stores but the service I receive is very typical and felt like the older gentleman did not know what he was talking about. He had to pull out a chart to figure out all the juice specs and was excruciating. Where as other places Ive tried locally were more organized and knew exactly where there juices were.

Yeah... I wont be coming in here at all... tried calling to get info on kratom strains before making my way to des plaines and the dude was rude over the phone. First i had to repeat myself 3 times that i wanted to know what green strains that had (Green Vein Kali, green indo, etc...) and after he said he had them, right when I started talking again, the guy cuts me off mid sentence and goes look, i cant do this all day, you can come in and check out what we have, alright bye. like lmao you think im going to really come in after you hung up on me man? Like... lol customer service much? This just happened 3 minutes ago, it is thursday 5:44 so whoever is the manager can have a chat with your staff on customer service and how to talk to prospects, business 101 man!

Purchased a smok x priv and a tank in an emergency situation at this shop. Staff was knowledgeable however the products they sold me are worthless. The x priv was previously opened and they claimed it was the only one they had (May have been true). When we first set up the device in store, it would not fire at first. Dude looked at it, then it started working but after I left the shop it would randomly not work. The x priv box did not have some of the contents that the device was supposed to come with. The smok tank they sold me did not come with the packaging so I did not receive the replacement components nor any sort of identification for registration (smok can’t offer warranty without this). The tank itself leaks all over the place. Pour oil in, oil pours out. This was even before I replaced the stock coil. Put in a new coil, same issue. Unfortunately they have a no return policy.. on top of all this. I could have bought the device and the tank directly from Smok and I would have saved $40.

Apart from having a place that is super close to my house, this joint definitely beats the prices around town. When I mean they beat competition, I mean it. This is def my go to place from now on.
