Starbucks.....Im a little over it. Not bad just personally look for more boutique cafes. Not chains.This location doesnt have ceramic cup for my espresso so stuck with wax flavor from paper cup.

I have ciliac disease which means the cilia (taste bud like hairs) in my stomach to swell and cause my body to not take in nutrients, which makes me sick to my stomach. I asked for a funnel cake frappe without the funnel cake crumbs in order to avoid the bread so not to go against my diet and my frappe came with crumbs anyway with the receipt plainly stating no chips/crumbs and they did it anyway, I mean thanks for the stomach ache and potential trip to the hospital

Delicious drinks and the place is really clean. Its the best one to come everyday.

Nice store with drive thru option. It is very close to the airport and hotels around airport. Walking distance to Sheraton hotel. There are seating areas within the store as well as the outside; overall, friendly staff.

I’ve had several issues with this location.-Sign on windows “closed” during normal business hours. SEVERAL times.- Missing items: Butter, siracha packets, forks missing when told yes it’s in the bag.-Drinks made wrong and barista argues it’s made correctly instead of upholding company policy and remaking drink.-Simple iced coffee handed to me unmixed.-Ordered off uber eats and half my items weren’t available (string cheese, bagel, eggbites) had to escalate to district manager for a refund.- Constantly out specialty drinks / new released drinks.And today, the final straw — out of hazelnut flavor so I’m asked to pick a different one.. I say toffee and they’re out of that as well!!Clearly whoever is in charge of inventory and stocking this location isn’t aware of counts or demands. They absolutely need help.

As always the coffee is fresh and the dessert doesnt disappoint.

Drive thru is always packed some days its fast sometimes it is slow. Much better than the des plaines drive thru which is horribly slow and inefficient.

Drive thru line was at least 30 minutes wait and no option to go inside today. Already placed my order online so couldnt cancel it.

Super slow drive thru this location is still better than des plaines but can take a while.

Quick service. First time at this location and was still greeted when I walked in.

Id give zero stars if I could. They completely ignored me for 5 minutes while my items were sitting there waiting for me. Then when someone else walked in they told him where to get his pickup order. Rude!

First visit today on my way to work. Wasn’t rushing, actually an hour ahead of schedule. Anyway pre-ordered online and submitted order before exiting the highway. Went through drive-thru let them know pick up online order. Arrived at the drive-thru window was given my two beverages and nothing else. I let them know again that I ordered for pickup online and my name. The barista handed me my salad, no fork, no bag & no napkins I also let her know I ordered a banana. What happened that there was miscommunication with the online order? And I’m not Neanderthal I mean come on, no fork or napkin or bag to hold the salad and banana? Are you all training these baristas to have some basic etiquette & common sense skills? Maybe they should go apply at McDonald’s if I wanted that type of treatment that’s where I would get my coffee & beverages from. And no straws!

I always order iced cocoa cloud macchiato. For some reason I dont always get the same quality and even taste in other locations. In this location I got the best taste of my favorite beverage!! Kudos to whoever made my drink!

I wanna order a drink and I have a problem with my lip I cannot drink it without a straw and the lady with the green here refused to give me a straw for a Venti pink drink and she said it’s company policy no more straws and I asked why and they said they’re cutting back on straws this is awful Starbucks get to that level no more Starbucks for me or any of my friends

This Starbucks is really good but for some reason like 50% of the time I order almond milk they give oat milk which taste like sludge but other than that this is the best Starbucks I’ve been 2 within like a 10 mile radius of my house I stopped ordering almond milk so no more problem there... people nice dope

Best location i ordered travel size coffee pak they even put cream and etc on the side. Last week i had issue with different company .... that charge me for empty cups .... people think Starbucks is expensive coffee but you paying for the best service and even in the end is cheaper than others ;)

What is the point of me paying for a Venti but barely getting a grande? This is the 3rd time this has happened. This will be the last time I come to this location. But the service is always incredible and the baristas are always very nice!

Only teenagers work here and all of them occupy themselves with one customer at a time or taking selfies on their phones. I had to wait a long time even when some of the workers were just wandering around the place. The presentation of the drinks I ordered was unacceptable; my coffee was cold, they put one messy drop of the chocolate syrup on the frappuccino (which I specifically ordered to have extra of). Starbucks is overall a good store but not this location! Its disrespectful to customers! Im not even a picky customer, but this is the first time I became really furius!

Starbucks does everything right but the coffee. When you finally start looking around, youll realize Starbucks is just convenient, fast, easy and now standardized. We go there all the time but only when we are not near our regular small cafe that has a real cup of coffee.

This Starbucks has great service, it is conveniently located but whenever the drive through is not working it is not worth the stop.

Very busy location especially around events at Allstate Arena, but the staff do a great job of efficiently getting through the lines. I do pick-ups through the drive thru after ordering through the app and my drinks are always ready when I get to the window.

This SB location is the most convenient spot to get a cup o caffeine on the go. With a speedy moving drive through, most drinks seem to be dished out to cars rather than those inside the building. If you find that the drive through line is impossibly long and you cant snag a spot in the way-too-small parking lot, you can detour across the street to Target and find yourself a much less Starbucks just inside and to the right of the entrance.After a remodel, this location has those uncomfortable high tops and the cold dark interior design. This isnt a spot that says waste time here.

The worker who worked at 8pm on 8/18/19 was very kind he pleasantly got us our drinks and made our experience above and beyond!

Usually good, but today I purchased 3 coffees w extra soy milk, and they looked like a black cup of coffee. Was disappointed. Had no time to return for them to correct.

Starbucks coffee is okay but its a little bit too roasted and too strong like drinking espresso or Turkish coffee those are fine if you have a little bone of it but even the whole cup its just gives you acid indigestion.

The staff that I interacted with didnt seem friendly .... when I asked for extra syrup in my latte and a straw, I got the impression, by his expressions, that he thought I was unusual and stupid for asking. Especially the straw. He looked into my car at my drink with an expression like are you kidding me?.. but maybe its because Im used to Nebraska Starbucks employees.... they might be a little surprised that I asked, but they dont make me feel uncomfortable for asking.The caramel latte was delicious though

Had a bad experience at the desplaines Starbucks on manheim rd. Was a 15 min. Delay never got my coffee requested a refund.

Declining customer service at this location. Years back this was a nice, friendly staffed location. In the past 4 months the drive thru service has been awful. In a one months time frame I visited this Starbucks 10 times at various times not one employee created me at the window, (just told me my total), nor did they tell me to have a good day, not even a thank you after I received my order. I wont be going back to this location.Ample parking here, long drive-in lines, slow & average wait time 9+ mins at times at various times during the day.

Went to study for school and there were dirty napkins all over the floor and no plug outlets for charging laptops. When we looked towards the staff, they just stared at us and didnt try to help us. Ended up leaving and going to Brew Lounge to study because this place was the WORST.

Something wrong with their coffee! Me and my wife ordered frappuccinos and cappuccino which made us both sick on mew years day. Milk that day was bad?!!

I love this place. Coffee is delicious as usual. People are friendly, busy, and professional. Yes, there is s drive-thru but they manage very well the workload at busy times of the day. Ive done several mobile orders thru the Starbucks app with this location and that was a great speedy experience for me. Highly recommend this Starbucks shop. Enjoy your next cup of espresso here!

This location can get a bit crowded. During peak hours, parking can be a monster. But overall, I havent experienced any major problems.

Coffee should be a pleasure to drink it and start your morning happy, but because of this coffee shop my day is a mess now. I told them that I want my coffee warm, well it was boling in the cup and burned my mouth. Warm does not mean hot!!!

I didnt care for this Starbucks at all. I ordered a vanilla bean frappuccino with drizzle. Compared to other Starbucks in the area this location was not good. The flavor was off. I tried to drink it but it was terrible. The line was the length of theentire building otherwise I would have gone back to complain.

One of the friendliest group of Starbucks employees Ive encountered and Ive been to Starbucks around the world (should I be bragging about this...). Had a nice conversation with the girl making the drinks about how the music gets selected, felt old when she kept calling the music 80s music when I was positive it was 90s but thats a personal problem.
