I had a bad monday!Stopped in for a gal. Of off white semi gloss. I needed an additional gal. To complete a kitchen for a great customer. When i returned to the job i immediately boxed the 2 gals together. As soon I started pouring i realized it was a light grey. I immediately returned to the store very frustrated about the blunder. I talked to matt and explained my situation. He did not hesitate to correct the situation .although it was a bad day i will continue to use Sherwin Williams. The service has always been top notch.

Bizaro World Here.The service is horrible! Sure they tried making it up couple times but eventually it hits the wall. I assume fake reviews will follow but I assure you the best ones are the ones that are constructive. I hope youll learn, smh. But this place in particular needs proper and effective coworker social skills, and manners within the team (respect)I guess fish rots from the head... Lets bring it up team...
