My friend and I came here for a late breakfast / early lunch. The restaurant is very cute inside. I really loved all the cute collages of photos from classic Hollywood movies. A collage dedicated to Frank Sinatra hung on the wall above our table. I ordered the vegetarian omelet with biscuits & gravy. Both dishes were excellent. My friend ordered the Ruben sandwich and she said she enjoyed it. The coffee was also good. The service was fast and friendly. I will definitely come here again the next time Im in the area.
This was my first time here.The food tasted amazing! Decent prices. Very Homey feeling! However there was a flightless bug in my salad. The waitress provided excellent service by offering me an additional salad but I politely declined.

Great breakfast, great prices and the nicest people work here. My server was wonderful. This is my new favorite breakfast place! A friend took me here as I had heard good things and wanted to try it. Then I in turn brought a friend here who also wanted to try it. It was fantastic both times. 👏
Good food. Reasonable prices. I ordered the Avocado and Shrimp omelet, a very tasty combo. The home fries were nice and crispy on top, and soft on the inside. I was amazed at the service. Our server was very cheery and super efficient, considering how busy the restaurant was. Only open for breakfast and lunch.
I have eaten at this restaurant for years! The customer service has always been great and the food is always good. Wondering why the 2 star review, well over the last couple of months it’s almost impossible to place a “to go” order. They leave you on hold for 15-20 min and then hang up on you. This has been a perpetual problem. A week ago I was hold for 30min and when she finally picked up said “sorry we are closed now” I was on hold for 30min! Today happened again, so I just drove down there while still on hold, and lo and behold there is only two tables seated and workers all laughing and having a good ole time. I ordered the food and it was quick and good. So come on cottage 2, you are better then this, fix the ordering system so you don’t loose money and simultaneously upset your good longtime customers. I will gladly take this review down once things get great again. But the food is always good.
Ive been going to the Cottage over 25 years now. The food is always great 👍 The first time I experienced a waitress with an attitude. She acted mad like she didnt want to be there. We understand they were very busy. We waited over 1 hour with no communication fron the waitress. After 1 hour I asked how long is it going to be??? like it was a unreasonable question. Ill just know not to have her wait on us ever again. Overall its been really nice!
If youre ever in the area, you need to stop here for breakfast (thats all theyre open for) great prices and a good atmosphere with good customers service.
Worst breakfast ever had the country fried steak was over cooked and soggy The Omelette was overcooked very Brown both orders head cottage fries that were undercooked not brown it all hardly. The biscuits and gravy was good just like it always is love the biscuits and gravy theyre very disappointed in the rest I will be more than happy to wait a few more minutes for food in to get the swap that I got last time I ate there louder was to go so there really wasnt much I could do they didnt answer the phone when I called to complain I definitely will be checking my food when I get it to go again before I go home

My Dads last meal wish before he passes was the eat at the Cottage Too, he has been eating here for 22 years. The food is pretty good but I really thought it sad that the one waitress that has waited on him for so many years and he is obviously not a well man, she didnt even stop to say hello. And I remember her always coming to the tablewhen its her table and calling you HONEY! WELL THE HONEY WEARS OFF WHEN YOURE NOT GETTING THE TIP!So to the food... We both asked for Well Done hash browns, as you can see todays cook is not up to speed on what Well Done means. Ugh... Waist of money when you can only consume the very top that is edible. The rest was good.
You can get a great traditional American style breakfast at this breakfast and lunch only restaurant and the staff are friendly and efficient. I only gave 3 stars however beacuse I was disappointed that during this period of increased COVID spread none of the staff were wearing masks. I will be less likely to return as a result.

The steak and eggs were to die for biscuits and gravy was off the chain I had the Denver omelet oh so good if you aint eaten there you aint eaten nowhere gotta go there because their food is really good like moms home cooking good Southern style meal 😋 😉 👌
Classic American breakfast place with all of the traditional favorites plus unique selections like the taco omelet. When you enter go further inside to the hostess station for seating. Our order was taken very quickly and our food was hot and in front of us in about 15 minutes. Good food and fast service! Well be back!

Recently went with my mom during the pandemic expecting to order out. Walked in to find their restaurant packed indoors, we asked if we could have a seat too and were denied. When we asked why the others could eat in we were told they were the owners family. We left feeling very put out. I enjoyed going in on my way to work, but not anymore... Goodbye The Cottage Too...

Looking for a traditional American breakfast at a fair price? This is the place. Service was very good and I like the fact that they are doing outside dining.
We waited for 45 minutes for Disgusting Food. I took one bite of the huevos rancheros and almost threw up. My brother got chilaquiles which were extremely salty. The strawberry belguine waffle was raw.. Pancakes were good but that was about it.

This place was a bargain and portions were huge. I had coffee and the bacon omlett, home fries, and biscuits and gravy. My husband had hot tea and had the chilli cheese omlett also with home fries and biscuits and gravy. Omletts week standard, busicuits and gravy were good, home fries were just okay. My husband ate his but I was too full. Both of us ate for $25 including tip. Would come again if in the area

Nothing fancy to look at, but the food was delicious and very reasonable.After we discovered this place, out cousins told us it was the best breakfast place to go to in the area.We travel with our grandchildren a lot. This is a place we would take them to because it was good affordable, and the staff very nice.
Not that bad. Limited menu. I always have the biscuit and gravy with scrambled eggs and this is why the 3 stars: the eggs are always overcooked and dry. But, the biscuit and gravy and their potatoes are awesome!
From the first moment you arrive in that restaurant the personel give you a good feeling. Very hospitable waiters, it is a nice place to hang out with your friends or with your date. yummy cuisine, professional chef, honest price and generous service. Highly recommended.

I met my 3 friends for lunch because it was close to our rental house. It was very busy with locals but we were quickly seated. All 3 of us enjoyed very good meals, served by courteous servers.

Worst experience ever, sat ourselves today and were completely ignored. Table sat next to us and we’re served and helped first because they were friends! Never ever coming back to this restaurant. Servers help whoever they want that are buddies and ignore everyone else! Cold biscuits and gravy also! Screw them! Food is that isn’t that good anyway! Whoever owns this place needs to wake up! Didn’t even acknowledge us at all. Went right to that other table.

The chicken fried steak was disappointing my sons pancakes and eggs were good. We will give this place another try and avoid the chicken fried steak next time.

Love it it was just like home
Very nice place with awesome wait staff. Felt at home, for was great and portion sizes were perfect, not too much and not too little. Had the Dream omelette and didnt disappoint. The biscuits n gravy were different (and tastier) than Ive had elsewhere. Atmosphere is cute, and lots of interesting things to look at until your food arrives. Waitress was very sweet.

I used to have breakfast here frequently when I lived nearby. Now I stop in whenever Im in town to see friends. The breakfasts are great, your basic diner-style menu. I cant speak to rest of their meals but if youre looking for a solid, tasty breakfast, this is the place. Very nice people, too.

We heard about this place from a contractor when we moved into the area. Since we started eating here, we have always had excellent food, and excellent service. Its A great place to eat, everything on the menu that weve tried has been outstanding!
Its my sons favorite place to eat. We would love to see it open for dinner — overall a great place to eat or take home, and there now on door dash. Everyone is friendly there, and food is just like mom made. Amazing comfort food.
